The Software has performed as expected.

Pros

"Out of the box," the software was very easy to use and easy to customize. It also works with many applications through Zapier and / or automate.io. Hubspot CRM also works seamlessly with HubSpot Marketing.

Cons

Hubspot is missing some of the customizable features that are becoming more available, such as customizable Objects, and the ability to hide fields based on the user.

Pros

After trying almost 10 CRMS we decided to stay with Hubspot CRM. I think it provides the best value for your money as it scales functionalities properly.

Cons

As our company grows more functionalities are needed. I think, just as with any other application, the price for the next level (usually something called PRO) is really expensive. It's not really a CON but something to have in mind. Nevertheless, the pricing is spot on.

### "The Easiest-to-use CRM Also Pack Lots of Punch"

We've been a HubSpot partner for 6 years, and started using the HS CRM 18 months ago. I don't know what we did without it! For us it's almost purely a PRM (Prospect Relationship Management) tool, because that's what we use it for. There's almost no burden involved in using it, nothing but keeping in mind the features that allow us to all keep current on each prospect's context. I would heartily recommend it to anyone who knows they could improve with a tool that isn't a burden or a huge financial commitment. And HubSpot keeps improving the product based on user input. I couldn't be happier with it!

Pros

Very easy to use, intuitive, easy to learn, provides all the basics anyone could want out of the box. You start to benefit day 1, without any customization or expensive consulting setup or support.

Cons

May be limited in certain situations, like sharing an opportunity with competing distributors, or integrating to ERP systems when that's really critical as part of forecasting process.

Hubspot is a great tool for Customer Success, where we can track sales progress from customers, and record contact data quickly and intuitively. Its usability is very good and makes it easy to locate information.

Pros

• Assists in increasing traffic, generating many leads, as well as many sales leads. • Allows you to create the activities kanban in the tool itself. • Helps the Customer Success team identify relevant customer information and track data and calls made within the tool. • Helps in team organization and decision making. • Interface is extremely intuitive. • Contains tools that assist in conversion, result analysis.

Cons

• Duplicates contact and company information greatly, leading to the need to always review and rearrange. • The tool does not have good usability on mobile phones. • Sometimes information appears to be misconfigured for no apparent reason. • Creating filters and extracting information in spreadsheets is not easy.

Pros

We were able to consolidate 5 other systems into one when we switched to Hubspot. Our company was using an email marketing software, social scheduling software, wordpress for landing pages & blogging, a form software, and an SEO software. It has been a total game-changer to have everything consolidated into one platform. Another bonus is Hubspot Academy. This has been an excellent resources to my team. Each time a new person starts we make them go through various training modules.

Cons

There have only been very minor pieces of functionality that Hubspot cannot do. But I remember posting something about adding campaign reporting to the developer forum, and a few months later it was added!

Very pleased with Hubspot, once I got in to all settings/filters.

Pros

Easy to keep track of my team and all the leads. I´m using filters and saved filters to get a quick view of each persons status and leads as well as the teams overall status.

Cons

A bit tricky to get started with all the filters, options are more or less endless.

Cons

Sometimes it is a bit too automated, and I would like to have the option to direct some associations by hand (like emails).

Good CRM that's easy to use and learn more about. Would recommend!

Pros

The CSM is easy to work with, very fast and helps the whole company work together. The automation is also extremely extensieve.

Cons

The emailing in hubspot isn't great. They originally had a method where you'd have to store the HTML'S at one place and edit the e-mails in another using modules, quite inefficiënt. They have a drag and drop in beta but its also still lacking

Pros

Personalization capabilities are up there with the best of them, letting you see exactly what you want to see about any given contact. Custom fields let you customize even further, as do custom dashboards and views. The HubSpot CRM is all about giving you and your sales team flexibility and insights.

Cons

Difficult to get the views you want by company, which is crucial with the rise of account-based marketing. There are workarounds and the add-ons help, but this should be part of the basic package.

At first it was great, really happy with the product, then realised we had been missing leads on and off for around 12 months. Reached out to Hubspot for help, but found out no help if you are on the free CRM. Developers at my end tried to fix and managed to set up a fall back alert for me so I can still collect the leads, but most of the time leads are not collected via Hubspot so tracking does not work and I have to manually enter the new leads. Disappointed that this is the downfall of this product, and sorry to have to leave because no-one from Hubspot can assist to fix this.

Pros

I like the ease of use and the way I can segment clients.

Cons

The form collection works only about 30% of the time so I have to manually add leads, so leads are not tracked and sometimes they are missed.

The software offers many features and allows for great marketing tactics that produce results. HubSpot makes it easy to create a funnel and to develop strategies to nurse relationships with clients.

Cons

Creating a funnel and process for your clients can be confusing or tricky to nail down. I would recommend taking advantage of the courses offered to learn all you can before spending a lot of time developing a funnel.

There are some glitches. We have it linked with Proposify which is our agreement system, and it doesn't do the best job integrating the two.

This has become a great tool for our organization. We're small enough that there are just a couple CSRs and salespeople trained on this software and they'r able to integrate any new hires in a couple hours. Layout is simple, crisp, and MOST IMPORTANTLY: intuitive. That's huge for me and our team.

Pros

It takes every element of conversation with a contact/lead/company/account and gives both the option to collate all communication - phone calls, emails, etc. - in one stream so any salesperson or CSR in our company can find that contact and catch up on ALL communication with them instantly. Communication can also be segmented by type with the click of a button.

Cons

The only thing so far is difficulty transitioning to their layout and account management terms as they differ from our former systems - Salesforce and Infusionsoft.
