Very positive. I can get all the information about my clients in one place and I can track all interactions over time.

Pros

User friendly. Easy to learn and incorporate to your daily tasks. Love that the clients can schedule calls in my calendar without contacting me and I get the notification on my phone.

Cons

I'm using the free version and it does not include fractures for automation and I cannot afford the paid version as my business is still under development.

The magnitude of customisations available for businesses when it comes to automating lead nurturing processes is amazing. The devs have covered so much! It's also given us great clarity over how our leads are interacting with our business, helping us to stay on top of nurturing. The support is great too - I get replies almost immediately when I contact the team through the Support inbox.

Cons

It can get a little complex at times, but I'm generally able to find what I need to in online articles or reaching out to support.

Overwhelmingly positive. Every client I have implemented HubSpot for has been very happy with the results and we’re able to see results as early as the first month of usage.

Pros

The data that you are able to get out of the system about a customer. When everything is connected correctly with all of your existing software systems and your website, you are able to provide your sales agents with extremely valuable information that they would only be able to get through a system like HubSpot. It increases the chance of closing a deal and converting a lead into a customer tenfold!

Cons

It would be the price. It’s a tough sale for an agency to recommend to a client who has never used a CRM before and does not understand the value of having a system like this.

Very successful and easy to use. Greatly increased sales and made it much easier to manage clients and stay ahead of the game with relevant notes and details about each job.

Pros

It's very intuitive and easy to use. Lots of free options too. I used to organise contacts and manage when I last contacted each person and their details or notes.

Cons

Sometimes it was tricky to setup. For example there is no entrepreneur option, they have to have the contact details for a person and then assign them to a company as opposed to just combining these into one with a entrepreur/sole trader option.

At first we were excited.. but it turns out they are just another greedy company and don't do anything to help when they are wrong. Disappointing.

Pros

It is a solid CRM. Tracking interactions with potential customers is great.

Cons

You cannot automate emails to your customers unless you purchase the marketing add on (+$1k/mo). Also, they removed features that we had been using since we started, without notice, and without a reduction in cost! Beware!

It has been a positive experience overall. The ability to customize the stages of your deal workflow and customize the data logged for customers/deals/etc... is nice. Automated email reminders for tasks associated with customers and deals is also quite useful for our team.

Pros

Makes it easy to keep track of open proposal and communication history with each client.

Cons

It is bad about logging users out on the web app and the outlook extension. Some days have to login multiple times. Gets frustrating

We use Hubspot primarily for lead intake and deal flow. It's relatively good at segmenting customers and running engagement/re-engagement campaigns. We rely heavily on the Sequences feature in particular

Pros

Hubspot is easy to get started with, and a very full featured platform. It does basically everything under the sun, though I don't think it is necessarily best in class for anything. It feels optimized for small businesses with relatively basic needs.

Cons

The pricing appears very reasonable at first, but over the years they've added so many gated features that it turns out to be much more expensive than it seems.
