Using HubSpot has empowered my team to unlock a level of ROI data that was previously impossible and to streamline our efforts to what is really moving the dial.

Pros

The best thing about HubSpot is having Sales & Marketing fully aligned. Our whole business now understands the impact the marketing team is having on our key goals. The reporting function is particularly useful, giving us the ability to cross-reference different data sets in reports which previously would have taken days to complete.

Cons

HubSpot is not geared up for supporting Marketplace business models, in which there are 2 customers for every deal. We have not found any way around this. Importing our historic data was a nightmare and we did not receive very effective support. The email building feature could be slightly more flexible.

Excellent, Hubspot is now our go-to CRM.

Pros

Began using Hubspot because it integrates well with our sales process. From initial live chat to sales tracking. Hubspot ticks all the boxes for us. Outlook integration is a massive bonus for us.

Cons

Some elements are difficult to figure out initially, although there are plenty of guide available on the web, so not a big issue.

\- Very complete software with endless possibilities - Adaptable to any kind of businesses - Latest Marketing tools - Precise and helpful analytics - Perfect to manage sales and pipeline

Cons

\- Because there is a lot of functionnalities, this CRM is a little heavy to use at the beginning. There is a lot of things to learn and it's not always easy for trainees. However, it's worth it.

Pros

I liked being able to track my leads in a clear and functional way. It made it easier for me to see where i was at and to see what customers i needed to follow up with. I like that i can change the progress of each lead so that i can see where i am up to at one glance

It is easy to use. Good UX overhall and no need for training.

Cons

It is extremely costly and their sales team is only dedicated to charging you the higher fee possible with Shady techniques.

I've had a positive overall experience and would definitely recommend this!

Pros

It's incredibly user-friendly and makes sense for businesses of all sizes. I love that the free version still gives you access to so many features in the platform. It's been a huge time-saver for my business and helps me stay efficient and productive.

Cons

Because it's capable of so much, even with the free version, you can sometimes lose track of what you're doing. But it's not bad, and this is seriously the only drawback I can think of. I'm very happy with Hubspot.

My experience with Hubspot's CRM has been good. It covers all of my current needs and is really easy to navigate.

Pros

Hubspot is extremely easy to use and visually see all of your leads, companies, and sales activity in one location. It quickly captures all pertinent information.

Cons

I don't think that any features are truly missing. As to what they could add would be some predictive analytics and reminders.

For small to medium sized companies, HubSpot is a must to try free CRM. After trial period and testing efficacy for your own case one can easily note that it is highly advantageous CRM for sales force and companies.

Pros

It is helpful in neatly organising useful information including contact details of all my stake holders. You can easily record the deal details and focus or control the useful segments. It facilitates email integration, phone number integration, drag and drop communicators and many more attractive features.It is free and available to all. In paid versions you get a plethora of features such as email marketing and analytics.

Cons

Most attractive features useful for big companies such as Analytics and email marketing are available with the paid version only.

Can't recommend this highly enough. The free model may work for a long time for you or you may want to upgrade as you start to see the power of a CRM or looking for inbound marketing support.

Pros

I was amazed with how much it did on the freemium model. I liked that they kept improving it..never saw the need to go to the next level for our basic needs.

Cons

Some constraints on customizing fields but understandable with the freemium model.

We are now able to have better visibility into our customer information. We can pull data on demographics, return rate, and the sales cycle. Also, we are able to review our campaign effectiveness and adjust as needed. We also no longer send shotgun blast emails, we target them using customer intel and nurture them with meaningful content.

Pros

The ability to segment my customers to create profiles and do targeted marketing and nurturing campaigns.

Cons

Limited reporting. I have talked with support about this and they're working on it.

We felt it was great in terms of features and capabilities, but difficult to master and sometimes, understand. It felt like there was too much going on with the offerings.

Pros

Its pretty simple. I and my team were able to automate several interactions with users, assign responsible support staff to users and track our interactions with them. This made the software so useful to use. We also love the free-to-use-for-life features on the software.

Cons

To be honest, the learning curve to master the software felt daunting. We also did not see the value of the heavy subscription fee at the time. So, we moved forward to other software options. We also felt the suite and architecture of solutions offered by Hubspot were pretty complex at the time.

HubSpot has enabled us to dive right into a CRM and use it as needed from the time we imported our contacts. The ease of use and user-friendly platform is so simple to navigate even our non-tech friendly people have no problem.

Pros

HubSpot, even in its' no cost version, serves an invaluable purpose for organizations seeking a CRM solution that is done right from the start. HubSpot's standard is all that's required with options for enhanced capabilities throughout business operations in one place. I've worked with many different CRM's and it seems you get started in a platform to find you need something else. It would be rare to find that here.

Cons

We've had no problems to date other than considering when we may be ready to upgrade for enhanced features - none of which were related to the basic CRM though.

We've been using HubSpot for nearly 3 years now and it has allowed us to bring all of our marketing into one place (email, social media, blogging, etc) and we were able to discontinue many other software. It also allows for integration with many other apps. The analytics are good and we use it weekly to monitor our reach. We are a non-profit with about 6,500 "clients" for our work.

Pros

The best feature is the integration with other apps. This feature allows the opportunity for so much more exposure to potential clients.

Cons

I said the analytics was good, but it could be great. We are a data-driven non-profit so for some of our reports we still have to use a combination of Google and HubSpot.

Pros

I like that all of my contact and private information are listed in one place. You can add some comments and highlight important things.

Cons

There is a lot of thing that you need to know before using the HubSpot and it took me a long time to learn.

Pros

Hubspot is an industry leader in making a CRM easily accessible for the user. You do not have to have a single ounce of experience in CRMs and you will still be able to navigate the platform with ease. Their Q&A articles on their website are amazing as well - the quality level is akin to what's available for Google Analytics. Definitely worth trying out the trial version if you're at all interested; you literally lose nothing!

Cons

Hubspot is consistently changing the layout and location of tools (especially the navigation bar), often relocating these items without any head's up to the users. Nothing more frustrating than logging in one day and knowing where everything is at, then logging in the next morning and the entire layout has been switched.

Pros

They have lots of support agents to make you feel like the mess can be fixed. The truth is they are trying to fix a plane while flying it and you get to watch your business crash.

Cons

They are a predator company and what we are trying to drive out of the ecommerce space. They charge tons for what services like mailchimp offer for free.

I like that most of it is free. I've never used the paid version and haven't had the need to yet. I could see reasons for upgrading, but it has everything a small business needs to manage it's sales pipeline and customers.

Cons

There isn't much I don't like. I wish there were more features on the mobile app and I wish my email read notifications were not limited to 200 per month, but you get what you pay for!
