Even with the ease of interfering with the interface, they still have an Academy to learn to use basic tools in Hubspot CRM amongst other HubSpot product. I use Hubspot to create my bot, an internal chat system for a website with automated responses. HubSpot CRM really makes Customer Response Management easier.

Pros

Nothing is as important as when users can easily use and navigate your software, HUBSPOT CRM is just it!!! The interface is very easy to understand and interact with, you just can't get it wrong.

Cons

I will still be on the lookout for any, I haven't seen yet. I run a small scale business, so do my clients, so HubSpot CRM is working just fine for me and my team

Pros

I find this software very user friendly. It is very easy to transfer your database and create a strategic marketing email campaigns on your behalf. The process of connecting all my emails to the software has allowed me to keep track of every detail and communication I have with my clients and prospects.

Cons

I have not come across any issues on the software to date.

Pros

I like how easy it is to implement and track your first steps into the revops world. The HubSpot knowledge base is a great way to study and elaborate the best way to work your deals from the very beginning throughout the sale and customer maintenance.

Cons

When it comes to advanced analysis, it's crucial to thoroughly validate all data and utilize standard charts. The HubSpot team has made significant improvements in these features; they are much more accurate today than they were three years ago when I first started using the tool.

Poor field level permissions. Poor handling or line itens. Reporting is also sub par.

Pros

Hubspot CRM keeps contacts & leads organized so you can stay on top of your sales pipeline and win more business. Best features - ability to assign leads to different team members, keep track of potential deals in the sales pipeline, set up reminders to contact & connect with email to track engagement.

Cons

Would like to be able to tag certain contacts to keep track of what they are most interested in. This may already be a feature that we just haven't explored yet.

I think it is a good CRM with lots of different functionality, however I don't think its good for Customer Service or Sales Rep roles

Pros

Has lots of different functions and able to use for multiple roles

Cons

It is not suited for customer service, specially for the ticket system. It is very fiddly to use, the ticket status can only change a couple of times. You you can numerous emails under a ticket which can make it confusing. You can't see if anyone else is in the ticket. The Live chat functionality doesn't really work if you have numerous notifications going on at the same time.

Although I'm not in sales, which is who mainly uses Hubspot within our company, I find it very useful to be able to keep important details about a project centrally located. Within our company, it seems there duplication of efforts since we have to keep a lot of information in two places (our ERP system and Hubspot) but we'll be working those nuances out over time. Been using for less than a year.

Pros

Central location for all tasks/notes/communications for customers/accounts. Easy to track where things are at withing project/account and who has interacted with customer.

Cons

My biggest frustration with Hubspot is that if you have a note started and they've already been @-tagged, then you have to start a new note or they dont get notified that you've re-tagged them. I think that might be changing in a new version, but havent seen it yet.

Finding, outreaching, and converting the prospects into the customer is all possible through HubSpot CRM for our restaurant business.

Pros

HubSpot CRM does it enjoyable to find email addresses and depth information of the prospective company that we are targeting. It is also possible to add multiple team members to collaborate.

Cons

Though it is handy in finding prospects sending emails to the prospects at once is not possible, which can be annoying and time taking process.

Have used it for 4 months or so now, and it continues to underwhelm. Difficult to build lists and reports . It is a decent tool for marketing, for for sales reps to navigate companies and contacts, it wastes time and isn't the best tool to use.

Pros

Intuitive interface. Easy to update and modify contacts and company information.

Cons

The reporting tools are atrocious. It's intuitive enough once you get to the page you want to, but navigating to a specific company or trying to make a functional list is so cluttered and ugly. If Hubspot and Salesforce had a baby, it would be beautiful.

We were able to keep track of all our contacts, we made during the marketing research.

Pros

It's a big and mature CRM which can do pretty much everything. The UI is much nicer than in Salesforce, though I haven't used Lightning yet. Auto-enrichment of leads worked mostly fine, though at least once it marked a 5ppl company as 100-500, so we ended up having a weird phone call.

Cons

Per user/month price is quite steep, and if you don't need a full CRM functionality, chances are, you can get away with one of the thousands of smaller niche products. For example, we were using it primarily for email drip-campaigns, and I have a feeling that something like LeadIQ might've worked better. Not sure though, also the price is compatible.

As a small marketing team (reliant on lead generation) we were able to effectively communicate with a number of different audiences with ease. Worth every penny

Pros

From a marketing perspective, this tool makes it extremely easy to track the full customer journey from original source to deal, including all touchpoints in between. Workflows make for easy automation and all channels are easily integrated. Dynamic lists very helpful for segmentation, dynamic content helpful for targeting and optimisation, landing page builder very useful and easy to use. Could go on and on...

Cons

Very few gripes with HubSpot for marketing purposes

Overall it has been a positive experience. HubSpot has provided key analytics on site traffic, email marketing, and user engagement that have informed many business decisions for an increasingly positive ROI.

Pros

HubSpot is the gold standard for Customer Relationship Management software. Their suite includes almost every feature you can imagine and provides a great alternative to cobbling together dozens of other softwares.

Cons

It's a total build-up joint. You may start with one product, but HubSpot has done an excellent job of fragmenting key features between their sales, marketing, and support platforms such that you quickly arrive at a point where you must either try to integrate outside software or spend several thousand dollars more to add the other HubSpot platforms to your account.

I think this is a great tool. I'm an avid HubSpot user on the Marketing side and really like using the two tools together. They have great Enterprise features on the sales side that our team has taken advantage of to see what works best for us!

Pros

The contact and company view is very easy to look at and understand. Everything you'd like to know about your contact is in one place and can easily be found. You can integrate and push information into the contact or company record through outside tools that you use which was very helpful and insightful for my team.

Cons

Integrations can be difficult depending on your data. In our case, our data was more of the issue than anything to do with the HubSpot tool. Trying to get our information into the tool was quite difficult and we needed developers to assist. In most cases, this isn't an issue but because we have too much legacy information, it was a necessity.

A cohesive hub to house all clients and prospects and leads.

Pros

The ease of use. The emails interact with your sales process. I can see when my clients and prospects and open my emails and download the documents. This lets me know if they've received the proposals and a possible level of interest.

Cons

I don't like the scheduler much personally because there are easier tools out there to schedule meetings. I think hub spots could be more interactive.

Usability, very easy to set up and start using it right away. You can learn all the features and how to use it within 30 minutes. Integrations with Gmail are the best part, completely seamless set up and ready to go right away.

Cons

Can be hard to get an overview of all your contacts, some contacts can get lost in HubSpot if you aren't properly labeling them.
