### "Easy to Merge Emails with HubSpot CRM"

The experience has been good in comparison with other CRMs I used.

Pros

It helps me to keep all the info about clients in one place. All the emails I write and receive automatically go into the CRM. HubSpot pulls the info about the company from the Internet and I don’t have to fill all the boxes about a client myself. It saves time.

Cons

Sometimes some emails do not go to HubSpit and I end up missing some of them, even though they are still in my mailbox.

Pros

Hubspots CRM has the most functionality and features of any tool we've tried, and it's free. I really like the integration with Gmail and also like that it integrates with Zapier, allowing us to really take advantage of numerous features.

Cons

None at the moment. Our CRM needs are fairly simple, so I am sure more a company with more sophisticated needs may find some aspects of this tool lacking.

With a good software, i tend to effectively reach out to my customer based on the date i have save in the hubspot, and i'm able to know the customer details, with the relevant notes. It helps me in better follow up conversation with customer.

Pros

It does help me a lot in saving my time & effectively in managing a huge customer database, it help me better managing my daily task cause i could have a review of my daily task every morning, it help me in proper planning for my daily events, and better time management. It also help me a lot in reaching out customer in the right day and time which we have been discuss when to.

Cons

I do want to have timeline on the sales process, so i would prefer if the software could tell me how long do i've been follow up with this customer, and how many times did i try to reach out to customer.

Pros

The CRM and marketing operations are the foundation of HubSpot, and they are quite robust and capable. But I really enjoy the sophisticated connections that let you link everything you need in a one location.

Cons

Some of HubSpot's capabilities are priced somewhat more expensively than those of some of its rivals, such as marketing contacts when compared to Constant Contacts and Mailchimp. But once more, the ladder lacks all of the CRM functionality that HubSpot provides.

Pros

If you're using HubSpot strictly for its automation features, then this is definitely the right software for you. It's fairly easy to use and I enjoy all of the analytics and other things that it provides. Will use it in the future.

Cons

If you're not savvy when it comes to these types of softwares, it WILL be difficult to use. Otherwise, I don't have many complaints, because once you understand it, you can't really live without it!

Our business benefits from the software access to the social media outlets. It allows us to view and act on any negative post and rectify and issues that wasn't presented to our support group.

Pros

I like the functionality that allows us to respond to social media post regarding the company. Our sales department also uses the software to keep track of their potential accounts

Cons

I haven't seen anything I dislike about the software so far but we are still learning new features.

Overall my expericence with Hubspot has been great!

Pros

Hubspot is very easy to navigate and as long as you name your lists and emails properly, things are very easy to find!

Cons

I feel like Hibspot can improve by: - having an update on the list to let us know it is processed instead of having to copy and then paste it into the search bar to see if it is done. - they should add a function to the exclude and include section of the recipients part. There should be an option to either swap lists or they should appear at the top of the list form so they can esily be swapped and switched around

\- User friendly dashboard makes it easy to navigate around the different solutions - Lists and Boolean rules are very easy to create - Fairly slick email design capabilities and templates - You can track the lead source of your inbounds which is really valuable in enabling you to track marketing channel ROI

Cons

\- Works best if you host your website with Hubspot, if you don't you lose a lot of website insights and metrics as their tracking is not sufficient. - Very expensive product and you can get a lot of their premium features with smaller automation software companies

Free to use CRM that integrates with just about everything.

Pros

It integrates with almost every system out there. Very intuitive and the best part is it will find more information about your contact, for you, once their data is uploaded.

Cons

There is a catch. Hubspot makes their software free and easy to use upfront. Getting you to sign up. Then, once you are ready to grow & scale it gets VERY expensive.

Pros

Free and simple, HubSpot CRM is built to be a platform that allows sales teams to get started quickly without making much of a change in their existing workflow. It is a solution ideal for companies that are still starting to recognize the value of CRM and want to try it out or for enterprises that are not using their existing CRM systems to their fullest potential.

Cons

Some advanced features you might find in a tool such as Salesforce or Marketo are not present. As we're using the free version, but once we iron out all the kinks we're 10000% signing up to the plan, so I'd say at the moment the only downside to the service would be the support which is community-based. but its all spot on.

Pros

It has everything that you could look for in a CRM software. It is really easy to use and intuitive. It has a super customizable data feature which allows you to choose the specific data that you want to see.

Cons

There is nothing that I could complaint about. It would be cool to have a interface a little more attractive.

Benefit is to get up and running quickly. Easy to add team members. Easy to create email templates. Easy to create sequences.

Pros

Ease of tracking customer email, calls and meetings. Ease of tracking opportunity pipeline. Automation through email sequences. Email templating, Document upload, customer download and tracking.

Cons

Reports included in basic sales subscription are not great. Have to pay extra for the configurable reporting. Don't understand how meetings are tracked. The phone app does not track texting activity. When creating sequences it is too easy to break templates used in multiple sequences.

Very intuitive to configure/setup and super intuitive and easy for sales reps to adopt.

Pros

Extremely easy to setup and take live. If you do not need an API, this solution can be setup with assistance from IT team.

Cons

The deal tracking functionality is somewhat limited. Perfect for one-time deals but not ideal of deals that involve recurring and variable revenue programs.

We are seeing much higher inbound traffic as a result of the regular, frequent tweets and social posts.

Pros

Being able to post to multiple social media outlet from multiple business accounts simultaneously.

Cons

Not being able to add tweets and social media posts from a calendar view. Not being able to automatically schedule a month's worth of posts with a specified frequency.

HubSpot helps me be more in the know for what is going on with my prospects. This makes the sales process more seamless and makes me a better salesman.

Pros

I do not use all of the functions available through HubSpot but the ones that I do use are super effective. My favorite part of the service is my ability to track emails. This allows me to know the correct time to reach back out to prospects by knowing when they were able to see my emails.

Cons

I am not sure if this can be changed, but an annoying thing that happens with the service is that it logs me out and if I don't log back in I miss things in the system.

Overall I love HubSpot and appreciate that it can do so many things!

Pros

I like that Hubspot can do a multitude of things that help sales and marketing. I am currently using the inbox and chat feature to manage inbound leads on a daily basis.

Cons

The chat feature has some functionality issues. When a live chat comes in, there is no option to directly email the lead, and that would be nice. It also doesn't check the CRM records for account ownership to then automatically assign the inbound leads to the account owner.

Really great. I had never done phone sales before this job and I was able to master the sales pipeline in just a few days

Pros

Really easy to use, straightforward and customizable. This made managing new customers and old ones alike a real breeze.

Cons

I never had any real problems. Occasionally I would have liked to leave a note or comment to stay visible at the top permanently.

It is not so great as a Sales Engagement tool so unless your priority is merely logging customer data don't expect it to generate a lot of revenue for your company - look for other products in order to secure a higher ROI with your budget instead. Don't use the free version, don't switch to it unless you're going to hire a team of professionals to configure it for your company.

Pros

Some of the UI features are ahead of the competition.

Cons

The UX isn't the greatest and their business model is still in the 'make a humungous platform that needs to be configured on a case by case basis' paradigm which is terrible and costly and makes for a landscape where they have little chance of succeeding in delivering the best value for the money.

\- Very easy to use and manage - Has a sales extension which provides you with many powerful tools - Easily records calls and emails

Cons

\- Duplicate contact management was decent but could still use improvement - You have a capped number of contacts and need to increase subscription to increase this number

I've been using Hubspot CRM for several projects and I can say that has the essential features required for a tool of its kind. You can keep track of customers, companies, emails, phone calls, assign tasks, record deals and know where every customer is in their life cycle. A cool feature are the bcc and forward emails that you can use with every email platform so for save a contact with a customer you just have to forward the email to your own forward email or send your email with de bcc email in the bcc field. Every email sent from Hubspot CRM is tracked for openning and clicks.

Pros

It's free and with no limitations at all. It has all the basic features you need to start using a CRM and even go to advanced levels. Hubspot is a trustworthy brand and the product is excellent for begginers and advanced users.

Cons

Doesn't have an app to use it in your smartphone.
