### "Best CRM in the business"

March 3, 2026

5.0

Great CRM with lots of free training and useful certifications. It Just a great platform overall for managing company activities.

Pros

It is such a handy platform and has great features to manage sales activities as well as admin. Really reliable CRM.

Cons

The company duplicates etc. It just gets very messy sometimes and to be honest I wish it was a little easier to organise or at least there was a way to clean it up because otherwise the system itself is flawless.

Dynamics is not that great to be honest. The best thing was Hubspot also offered a massive discount for start-ups and we used it well.

### "Not for a small team that wants to run tech-lean. "

February 25, 2026

4.0

There was definitely a learning curve to Hubspot, even for someone coming from other robust CRM systems. I've used many, and the great thing about Hubspot CRM is that it really can do a lot. But if you're thinking you can just bring other CRM experience and find your way around with ease, you'll probably find yourself a bit frustrated. Even though it's all within one ecosystem, it wasn't nearly as intuitive as I would've liked. Ultimately, the company I used Hubspot CRM with moved to a more simplified system. It was just too powerful and complex for what we really needed, even at scale.

Pros

With Hubspot CRM, I liked that I could create custom properties and have them displayed within the contact records. While the contact records aren't 100% customizable, having features like this where we could display custom properties was very helpful. I appreciate a CRM system that allows for flexibility and customization.

Cons

If you don't have a large team with different departments and multiple pipelines in play, this system is simply overpowered for what you'd need. For our use case, I found myself trying to use features that we truly didn't need in order to get the value out of the system. Hubspot is a costly system built in a modular format, so if you want to do X within the CRM, you need to buy Y access. If you're wanting to run your business "tech-lean," Hubspot CRM is NOT the system for you.

Alternatives considered

[Zoho CRM](https://www.capterra.com/p/155928/Zoho-CRM/)

Reason for choosing HubSpot CRM

Ultimately, Hubspot was used by more teams in our industry, so we figured it would be a good fit for what we needed.

Switched from

We wanted an all-in-one system to consolidate our tech stack, and Hubspot was the one that caught our eye because of all of the adjacent systems you can add on to create one cohesive ecosystem.

### "A simple CRM"

July 9, 2026

5.0

Pros

HubSpot was a big change for us because it helped us move from confusing spreadsheets to a system that is more simple to use. With this CRM, we keep our client information and it is much easier to contact them.

Cons

Rarely, the settings to create new fields are not very easy. I spent some time to find the right fields.

### "Sold a Solution, Delivered a Problem"

June 11, 2026

1.0

Our overall experience with HubSpot CRM has been extremely disappointing. We purchased the platform after being assured that it could meet our operational requirements and that implementation would be supported by both HubSpot and their recommended implementation partner. The sales process created confidence that we were investing in a comprehensive solution that would improve our workflows and customer service operations. Unfortunately, the reality was very different. After nearly 10 months of implementation efforts, countless meetings, significant staff involvement, and thousands of dollars in costs, we still do not have a solution that adequately supports our business needs. Many of the capabilities discussed during the sales process either proved far more difficult to implement than represented, required additional consulting services, or were never successfully delivered. What should have streamlined our operations instead created additional complexity, consumed valuable time and resources, and resulted in ongoing frustration for our team. The most disappointing aspect was the lack of accountability once it became clear that the solution was not meeting the expectations that were set during the sales process. Overall, our experience has been one of wasted time, unnecessary expense, and an incomplete system that remains unusable for our intended purposes.

Pros

What I liked most about HubSpot CRM was the promise of what it could become for our business. Before signing on, it was presented as the ultimate solution to our challenges—an all-in-one platform that would simplify our processes, improve efficiency, and meet our specific requirements. The sales process was compelling, and the platform appeared to offer exactly what we needed. We were genuinely excited to implement it and optimistic about the results we were led to expect.

Cons

What I liked least about HubSpot CRM was the significant gap between what was promised during the sales process and what was ultimately delivered. We purchased the platform based on assurances that it could support our business requirements and that implementation would be straightforward with the help of HubSpot and their recommended partner. Instead, after nearly 10 months of work, countless meetings, and thousands of dollars in costs, we were left without a fully functional solution. The implementation process was far more complex than represented, many requirements proved difficult or impossible to achieve as expected, and progress was consistently slower than anticipated. Most frustrating was the lack of accountability when it became clear the platform was not meeting our needs. Rather than receiving a working solution, we were left with an incomplete system, ongoing costs, and a substantial investment of time and resources with little to show for it.

### "Tried and true - fantastic CRM choice for all"

June 13, 2026

5.0

Fantastic. I have used Hubspot in most of the companies I have been with today from start up, to early stage, to larger as well. It has been a constant and has performed well throughout.

Pros

What can I say about Hubspot that hasn’t already been said… HS is truly a great platform, whether for leaner teams or larger teams, Hubspot is a great fit for a crm (with other optional pieces as well like the marketing hub). Hubspot is extremely intuitive with a laundry list of easy plug and play integrations and allows for ease of implementation, adoption, and on going use.

Cons

Really my only critique is the flexibility and power compared to its biggest competitor - Salesforce. Hubspot is fantastic for a certain runway - but doesn’t have quite all the power that some enterprise teams need at scale coming out of the box.

### "Easy to Stand Up and Get to Work"

January 21, 2026

5.0

I've used HubSpot CRM in a couple of different organizations, from large-scale enterprise wide deployments, to small-scale small businesses. In both cases, working with the HubSpot team is a great experience

Pros

HubSpot CRM is incredibly easy to spin up and begin using. It is one of the fastest CRM tools to stand up and use from the get go. Its especially nice that there is a free tier to get you started.

Cons

Everything costs money, which you should expect. However, with HubSpot CRM, there are tiers that unfold functionality. Rather than getting exactly what you need, you will find that you are likely to pay extra for the things you don't need as well.

### "Modular Approach to CRM"

August 20, 2026

5.0

Easy set up and friendly user interface though it sometimes looks outdated compared to other CRMs but it is a great value for the money

Pros

The modular approach let's you set up different parts of the CRM according to the company's needs and customize them along the way allowing all the team to work together and follow up the requests.

Cons

Sometimes, the modules come with certain fields pre assigned and they are limited to a certain number of modifications.

### "HubSpot as an Efficient tool in Real Estate, Sales and Recruitment"

July 26, 2025

Extraordinary. Meets the companies expectations in email marketing, sales/client profile keeping and filters.

Pros

HubSpot does an amazing job in organizing records of prospect clients/sales. User interface is easily understandable. Worth the price for companies with sales, real estate and recruitment in nature.

Cons

One thing that I missed a lot was from the last update it did. Before, it has an automatic finder for linkedin profiles and automate necessary available information. It saved a lot of time and effort.

### "Powerful all-rounder CRM that has helped us to grow"

May 27, 2025

5.0

Very good all-rounder, enabling us to operate efficiently across all areas of our GTM function (marketing, sales, customer success). The product feels like it is constantly being updated and improved, and is a very powerful CRM.

Pros

Workflows and automations are very powerful and enabled us to scale our marketing, sales and customer success processes. Hubspot can also integrate with pretty much any other tool out there as well which makes things a lot easier. Managing inbound leads and enquiries through forms and workflows is very helpful, and all of the elements within the marketing hub (e.g. email) have recently been updated and are a massive improvement from when i first started using Hubspot 4 years ago.

Cons

Lead scoring can be a bit complex and clunky and is one thing that has frustrated me in the past, although there have been some recent updates/releases to this. The sales forecasting tool could also be improved by being made more customisable.

### "Excellent solution for expanding operational capacity"

May 21, 2025

5.0

HubSpot has been a game-changer for organizing and scaling our sales and marketing efforts. It’s user-friendly enough for non-technical teams, yet robust enough to support complex workflows and reporting. The platform helps keep our entire team aligned and efficient. With a bit of strategic setup, it becomes a powerful central command center for growth.

Pros

The flexibility to build custom properties, workflows, sequences, and dashboards makes it adaptable to almost any team structure

Cons

Pricing can scale quickly as you unlock advanced features, and some limitations (like per-seat pricing for Sales Pro or needing Ops Hub for deeper automations) can sneak up on teams. Also, while integrations are generally strong, custom syncing logic (especially bi-directional syncs with non-native systems) often requires middleware or development.

### "The All-in-One Growth Engine"

January 1, 2026

5.0

My overall experience with HubSpot has been excellent, especially for driving team alignment. It effectively eliminates the friction between departments because everyone sees the same data in real-time. If you are willing to commit to their ecosystem and have the budget to scale into their higher tiers, it’s one of the most powerful tools available for accelerating revenue and managing complex client relationships.

Pros

The all-in-one nature of HubSpot is its standout feature. Having your sales, marketing, and customer service tools living under one roof creates a seamless single source of truth for every lead. The user interface is incredibly intuitive—arguably the best in the CRM space—making it easy for teams to adopt. I particularly value the automated email tracking and the drag-and-drop deal pipeline, which provide instant visibility into the health of the sales cycle.

Cons

The HubSpot Trap is real: while the free and Starter tiers are great for getting your feet wet, the pricing jumps significantly once you need advanced features. Many of the most powerful tools—like sophisticated workflow automation and custom reporting—are gated behind the Professional and Enterprise tiers, which can be a massive budget leap for a growing business. Additionally, the mandatory onboarding fees for higher-tier plans can be a frustrating initial hurdle.

### "CRM is very effective and has a lot of practical features."

June 21, 2026

4.0

If you need to manage customer information and enhance team efficiency, HubSpot CRM is a great option. It has eased the process in-house, centralized our procedures and communications, particularly with leads. The expense and learning curve posed a bit of a challenge, but over time there are clear benefits. It's a huge benefit to a team such as ours to have everything in one place.

Pros

One thing that really struck me, is how organized it makes lead management. Can set up specific tasks for team members and follow up on them and make sure that no lead is lost. Reporting tools provide me with visibility of our progress without having to wait for people to provide data to me. The added benefit is that it automatically updates itself which saves us time on manual updates.

Cons

As you add on features or users, the costs can escalate, which can be a concern for a smaller team, such as ours. Secondly, the setup took longer than the time I allowed for it to take, because the entire team needed some time to get used to seeing where to find and how to work out some of the functions.

### "Easy to use CRM"

December 29, 2025

4.0

Overall, HubSpot CRM is a solid and reliable platform that does a lot of things well. It’s particularly strong for teams that want a single system covering CRM, marketing, and sales without heavy setup or custom development. That said, companies should go in with a clear understanding of pricing and future needs. It works best when you plan ahead for which features you’ll actually need as you grow, rather than assuming everything will remain included.

Pros

HubSpot CRM is easy to get started with and intuitive, even for non technical users. The interface is clean, navigation makes sense, and core CRM tasks like contact management, deal tracking, and activity logging are straightforward. It works well across marketing, sales, and customer teams, which helps keep everyone aligned without needing constant manual updates. The reporting is clear, integrations are strong, and the free tier is useful enough to properly trial the platform before committing.

Cons

Over time, more features that many teams would consider fairly basic are being moved behind extra paid tiers. As your usage grows, it becomes harder to stay on lower plans without running into limitations, which can increase costs faster than expected. For scaling teams, this means budgeting carefully, as functionality you may assume is included often requires an upgrade.

### "Grades tool for SMBs and scale-ups to get sales and marketing in one place"

July 14, 2025

4.0

Good tool to get marketing and sales teams on the same page. HubSpot needs to work on its pricing to make it easier to understand.

Pros

HubSpot is a great tool for SMBs looking to scale up to serving an enterprise segment. The integration of marketing, sales and customer success in one place is very useful. Everyone knows about HubSpot from their inbound marketing, and I feel they provide great value even to those who have not purchased their products.

Cons

CRM is a bit clunky, and there is a learning curve, even for some basic features. You need to upgrade to a higher plan to really use it well, and the pricing structure is quite complicated.

Pros

I love HubSpot CRM for two main reasons: first, it’s free and allows infinity contact list for a small business and secondly, it can be integrated with almost any third-party platform. Each time we use a new tool, this allows us to import our contact list from HubSpot.

Cons

It’s complicated or I don’t know how to do it properly. This hasn't happened to me just a few times, but every time I export a contact from Excel, HubSpot creates new properties if I don’t set everything correctly.

I have had a remarkable experience working with HubSpot CRM and it has made my work as a customer service representative become a breeze. HubSpot CRM allows me and my teammates to interact effortlessly with our customers making it easy to offer them all the services they need. We have made a huge step towards building a stronger work relationship with our customers through HubSpot CRM.

Pros

I like the available customer engagement tools especially the live chatting tool which makes it possible to share updates with customers quickly. HubSpot CRM has a clean user interface that is easy to learn and straightforward to navigate through. I had an easy time onboarding to HubSpot CRM since no technical skills are needed to be able to use it. HubSpot CRM offers well documented performance reports which help us make precise decisions on how to improve our customer services. It also has powerful data safety features which offers a secure space for keeping customers data and information.
