Their support is great.the system is very easy to configure.the way the onboarding works makes it easy to start with in days

I found the price to be increasing quickly.it is also not very clear on what u pay for. It feels very expensive

Pros

HubSpot combines CRM, marketing, sales, and service tools in one place. I didn't need separate tools for email campaigns, lead tracking, and customer support.

Cons

HubSpot Academy offers tons of free courses and certifications. Helps you learn and implement best practices for inbound marketing and sales. There was a cost to all this

Pros

This is the most comprehensive and intuitive CRM that I have used in an organizational setting. The native configuration works well out of the box.

Cons

I honestly cannot think of a negative reason to not like HubSpot CRM. Their support team is efficient and always ready to help as well.

Overall, it's a good platform. It is asked to do a lot, and HubSpot usually comes through. It still feels like a work in progress, though. There is a decent amount of bugs and annoying UI issues. Unless you are very well-versed in the platform, it can be overwhelming. It is a good platform, but it could be better.

Pros

It's a one-stop shop CRM in many ways. Even on more basic plans, you get a ton to work with. It is easy to move contacts into marketing workflows and there are ways to integrate HubSpot onto our website.

Cons

It is pretty difficult to navigate and has a buggy UI. There is so much content and data within the CRM, so this is understandable to a degree, but the UI isn't consistent across the entire platform. It requires a ton of front-end work to create a strong structure before it becomes beneficial.

Overall I have no huge complaints and I find it's right for me. Once I grow a bit more I am going to definitely upgrade to a paid tier so I can use some of the additional features like Help Desk and Social Media Marketing.

Pros

It was really easy to sign up and get started. The price (free tier) is perfect for small business like mine. Tracking sales and customer interactions is a breeze.

Cons

The AI Integration is kind of annoying and I don\[t find it works very well. Honestly it seems like something they threw in there just to keep up with other tech companies.

HubSpot is our main CRM tool. It's also used as a ticketing system for our clients to reach out to us so that we can resolve their issues.

Pros

Hubspot surves its purpose as a CRM system very well. Besides, we use it to create our Knowledge Base (articles that are then integarted in our platform) and for Hubspot helpdesk (which is our system of helping clients on a project through ticketing system).

Cons

The navigation on the website is not very straightforward (not super easy to find some tabs, some tools). The templates to use for emails sometimes disappear.

All companies and contacts in one place that is easily searchable! Use data fields that make emails personable and unique to each contact. Easy to use as a team to make sure people are not double booking/answering inquiries.

Cons

The cost of HubSpot is high, but you get what you pay for. You can limit each managers access to help with costs.

Fairly low cost and decent live chat solution. The chat solution is easy to use and to go through old chats to get customer information.

Cons

I cannot seem to get notifications to appear for new live chats, so often miss them coming in when I have multiple tabs open.

Cons

Pros

HubSpot is a great tool for SMBs looking to scale up to serving an enterprise segment. The integration of marketing, sales and customer success in one place is very useful. Everyone knows about HubSpot from their inbound marketing, and I feel they provide great value even to those who have not purchased their products.

Cons

CRM is a bit clunky, and there is a learning curve, even for some basic features. You need to upgrade to a higher plan to really use it well, and the pricing structure is quite complicated.

It's user friendly and intuitive. The way the information is organised makes sense so it's easy to pickup.

Pros

I really like the way the information is displayed about the contact - with the payment details all on one side and the personal information on the other. This makes it easy to quickly pull bits of information just from a glance. I also really like how you can hide blank properties when you go into the more detail contact information.

Cons

Sometimes the activity part in the middle that is the default feels a bit cluttered and hard to pull the most useful information easily out of.

I cannot give Hubspot a big enough praise as it has continued to impress me at every turn. The fact we can have a shared database of contacts, see the latest activity across the team with them and assign them to various people has really changed how we operate.

Pros

I had an idea in my head of what a CRM would look like and I was hesitant to want to add in another "step" to my sales process but it was literally minutes of exploring Hubspot before I realized how insane it would be for me to cling to the spreadsheets I had bene using. The email tracking is game changing not to mention the depth of process tracking you can get with this tool. Intuitive design and the automation at key points help ensure we aren't missing anything or doing double work.

Cons

While there isn't anything majorly wrong - I do wish the tool would remain logged in as it seems daily I have to resign in and if I don't remember to check I can miss having emails logged.

I’ve been using HubSpot CRM for several months now, and it has truly transformed the way we manage our customer relationships. From the very beginning, the platform stood out for its user-friendly interface and easy onboarding process. Even team members without a strong technical background were able to get up and running quickly. I especially appreciate the integrations with other tools like Gmail, Outlook, and Slack, as well as the real-time tracking and customizable dashboards that help us stay on top of sales pipelines and marketing performance. The automation features in the paid tiers have also been a huge time-saver.

Cons

While the core CRM is free and quite generous, many of the more powerful tools—such as advanced reporting, marketing automation, and custom workflows—are locked behind higher-tier paid plans. I have used multiple other CRMs in two different business settings and HubSpot was by far the best CRM. It was easy to train on, easy to find past data, easy to set up workflows and triggered outreach that required little oversight. It also worked well collaboratively, allowing my team to work together to quickly ascertain the status of a given client and to share task between them.

Pros

This product is particularly user friendly and offers quick, live data updates. It worked well tracking the sales tasks for a company of over 75 sales people.

Cons

I did not explore the full functionality of the reporting features for upper management needs but would have liked more clear reporting for sales personnel tracking their own metrics.

My favorite feature is its direct integration with paid platforms. Using CRM data on paid platforms is critical for ROAS. Automatic transfer of leads to Hubspot is also a good feature that is of great importance. Ease of use and simplicity of interface.

Prices increase depending on scaling and can be expensive compared to its competitors, which is the only feature I don't like.

Pros

Simple to use, but can build complexity in to support the business requirements - we've ultimately started quite basic but are now expanding our use of the tool from sales and marketing into finance and customer service/experience.

Cons

Can hit paywalls quite quickly and regularly the more features you use - cost of using the tool and therefore exponentially grow. Also sometime come across simple functionality the system doesn't support (but very much feels like it should!)
