Can easily add, remove and amend assets all with Audit Log of each change madeRun Actual and Forecast Depreciation for forward planning Cons The data fields only allow for very little characters (max 36 characters). This proves difficult when you have notes and they have to be truncated. Super user friendly and able to be managed and altered based on your own individual needs. Cons Only con would be not being able to quickly see if an asset has an attachment associated to it from the main asset view screen. Not major, but would be nice to see. Nothing was too much trouble. Pros I liked that the system could be adapted to our working methods. Most software applications are 'out of the box' solutions, where you need to adapt to it's methods. Mistakes would creep in and the formulas would get jacked up, balances weren't always correct and with out a full audit, mistakes aren't easy to see. This has fixed all of the that and made that part of my job much more streamlined. Pros I like the accruacy of the monthly depreciation, knowing that the numbers are correct. Cons It does take some getting used to, it is a bit of a different process than what I was thinking. But training and their support are great helps.
