Initlay I was looking for one roof solution to my Tour Operating business. iTours gives me 100% Tours Operator Solution. Frankly speak now I'm relax to promote my business. It include 40+ modules under one roof.

Pros

I realize everything is automated from you ege calculations, SMS, Emails, payment alerts, customers credentials, payment calculations, Tax and many more. I say iTours for : Stop Manual Start Automated.

Cons

1\. CRM system 2. Acounting 3. Customer Booking Registration Form & and instant SMS confirmation 4. Auto bank receipts 5. Reports 6. Group Tours & Package tours manage completely different and so more

Experience with itours is really good. It's most of the functionalities are automated so it saves lots of time. It has been very helpful to us for managing our CRM and Accounting part.

Pros

Overall software is very easy to use and very helpful. Its various features provides all the functionality that is required for travel operators.

Cons

As such there are no cons about this software to specify.

Most of our CRM related problems like managing multiple inquiries, quotations etc are solved due to iTours. Overall very happy with this software and customer support

iTours is full of multiple essential features. CRM and Accounting modules of the software are great.

Cons

There are no such specific cons to mention. Entire system is very helpful
