June 1, 2017 5.0 Tradify is a great timesaver, saving on average 1-2 hours per job compared to our 'old way' on the admin tasks such as quoting, scheduling, job sheets and invoicing. Pros Taking into consideration our entire staff - office personnel to tradies to Director, we needed a program that not only could do it all, but be easy for everyone to use. The GPS/map function is great, and the tradies adopted the timesheet function like it was second nature, it's that easy! Saves me so much time - I no longer have to cross reference quotes, schedules, timesheets and job sheets, all of which used to be in different programs/files just to issue an invoice. Cons It is priced per user - while this is great for say, a sole trader/subcontractor with only one or two employees, it can get expensive for a small business with 10+ employees/subcontractors. I am now almost paperless and have all the information I need right at my fingertips all of the time. The workflow process from quoting to materials ordering to job completion and invoicing has saved me countless hours. Integration to xero is the icing on the cake. It helps me get what I need to do, done. Before it was a handwritten affair and my secretary needed to transfer it to MYOB. This is now history as I send it straight over and it adjusts the MYOB stock as well. Pros Pretty easy to use, but it is the first of it's kind so I don't have a direct comparison. All good really. Cons The last update made a difference but hasn't come through on the app yet. Tracking the progress of a job is made easy through the creation of custom categories that suit our business and the ease with which our tradesmen can access and add to Notes for each job. Pros Easy to use, great menu on both platforms, device and desktop Cons needs a equipment register, but it is something that I recommended a while and I think they will eventually add. The tradify app has been extremely user friendly for all of our staff to use. Pros Provides all the features that our business requires and is incredibly easy to use for all staff. Customer support has been fantastic.....our representative has been able to help us out with any requests and questions we had and has gone above and beyond to support us since we have been using Tradify. Tradify has helped me keep track of every hour and expense meaning more in my pocket at the end of the month. Very happy with it Pros The first few hours using the app where a bit confusing coming from using a diary, but within the first day I was able to use it with ease. By using Tradify the team at "The Gate Doctor" can easily book, log, report and invoice every job accurately and from any place or device. No jobs are lost or missed and the seamless integration with MYOB means no double entries, all the customers/jobs/materials is done on Tradify and MYOB is purely for accounting where it excels. It saves me more money than it costs for tradify by keeping tabs on everyone and the jobs in progress. No more missed items that should of been billed out . Instant invoicing from the van. I do my quotes any where I get 5 minutes and it means when I get home I've more time for family time. Brilliant software, even better support team. Easy to add staff to it as your business grows, and more importantly it's easy for them to grasp it so it's used correctly. Its the best addition we have made to our business. Cons Margins need to be adjusted so that Quotes, Invoices, Job Sheets are not displayed over two pages. When clients go to view/print the Invoice there is always a second page which is blank. As this is displayed in a PDF format, it can't be changed. Logo is also displayed blurry on Invoice page. You also can't see it when you look at the job information.
