Integration with SES Hospedajes, automation messages, overview calendar and finance tools. Quite easy to access all tabs and intuitive

sometimes few feature can't be customise or added (for example key door tab). Often messages are not translated but looks like fixed

We’ve had a very positive experience using Hostaway to manage our growing short-term rental portfolio. As a property management company overseeing multiple listings, we needed a system that could handle channel distribution, automation, reporting, and operational scalability — and Hostaway delivers on those fronts. The channel manager is reliable and integrates well with Airbnb, Vrbo, and direct booking channels. Calendar syncing has been consistent, which is critical when managing multiple properties. Automation tools (guest messaging, review requests, task scheduling) have helped us streamline operations and reduce manual workload. We especially appreciate the flexibility of the reporting features. Owner statements, revenue tracking, and payout visibility make it easier to maintain transparency with property owners. The system also integrates well with third-party tools, which allows us to build a more customized tech stack as our business grows. Customer support has been responsive and helpful when we’ve needed assistance, and the platform continues to evolve with new features that support professional property managers — not just individual hosts. Great tool to integrate all calendars and aspects of managing properties. Nice to have a single tool for booking across multiple channels and easy to navigate the user interface.

Cons

Still behind on some features/functions. Should be able to permanently set Seasonal Rates without having to manually block calendars and adjust pricing from there.

Overall, my experience with Hostaway has been very positive. It has allowed me to scale my short-term rental business while keeping operations organized and efficient. The automation, channel management, and direct booking capabilities have helped increase revenue and reduce manual work. Once everything is set up properly, it runs smoothly and gives me confidence that my systems are dialed in. For operators managing multiple units, it’s a powerful tool that’s worth the investment.

Pros

Hostaway makes my life easier by centralizing Airbnb, Vrbo, and direct bookings all in one place. The automation tools save me a ton of time with guest messaging, scheduling, and payments, and the reporting makes it easy to track revenue and performance. The direct booking website integration with Stripe has also helped me increase margins and reduce OTA fees. Overall, it’s streamlined and scalable for multi-unit operators. Shakira the Rep I work with is also wonderful.

Cons

There is definitely a learning curve at the beginning, especially when setting up automations and customizing workflows. Some reporting features could be more intuitive, and occasional updates can change the layout or settings, which takes time to adjust to. Pricing is also on the higher side for smaller operators, but the functionality generally justifies it.
