**Overall:** \[sensitive content hidden\] is always helpful, clear and makes sure to ensure issues are resolved after the first call She has helped me multiple times and is always great

**Pros:** Calendar sync prevents double bookings. Their technical support is usually always very helpful. \[sensitive content hidden\] are always helpful

**Cons:** Restrictions ……. I am unable to share reservation info my owners due to the fact that they have access to view coupon codes for properties that are not theirs and that doesn’t make any sense. Why the two would be associated

"good system with some bugs"

**Overall:** It was good, but as described there are quiet a lot of bugs in the system, as with the calender export etc. This are very important things, and it makes me worried a bit that it doesn´t always goes correctly

**Pros:** It saves a lot of time, and you avoid overbookings in this way. It was good to have a trainer who explains you the whole system

**Cons:** Issues with exporting, for example not all prices got synchronised correctly, also when changing the amount of bathrooms, this took a while before the change was actually made.
