The ease of onboarding and the genuine hospitality that I felt begining from my first conversation to my onboarding manager. The Dashboard is very easy to follow.

At first it was calling for Customer assistance. It appeared that they are a growing company experiencing growing pains. Different times of the day are less busy. I prefer to wait and speak with a life person instead of a robot. I don't do well with robots.

Mostly terrible. I was sold on their 24/7 phone support, but no one picks up the phone or calls back when you try to use that option. My support ticket has been "escalated" for almost 3 days, and there is still no resolution, and only limited responses that mostly consist of "we're working on it". Due to the lack of price syncing, a reservation was made during my busiest week for almost $400 less than the pricing set on .

Pros

My onboarding specialist was very nice and knowledgeable, but since then support has been a disaster.

Cons

I have had huge issues with syncing pricing across platforms. I pay extra for the dynamic pricing ad on, and even though the calendar in shows prices correctly, they are incorrect in Airbnb, and for some dates, they show my pricing lower than my minimum pricing.

My overall experience has been very positive. The system is stable, powerful, and clearly built with professional property managers in mind. For an agency like mine that manages multiple properties and integrates with several OTAs, provides the level of control and reliability I was looking for. I would recommend it to other property managers seeking a scalable and comprehensive PMS solution.

The onboarding process was smooth and well organized. The onboarding agent was friendly, knowledgeable, and responsive, which made the transition much easier for my agency, Bliss Caribe. feels like a robust and professional system specifically designed for property managers. The integrations with OTAs are more complete and reliable than other PMS platforms I’ve previously worked with. This was a key factor in my decision to migrate. The system structure gives me confidence as my portfolio continues to grow.

The user interface could be slightly more intuitive and visually modern in some sections. While fully functional, there is room for minor UX improvements to make navigation even smoother.

Very good so far. The onboarding process was thorough and comprehensive. The software opens up many opportunities for us a business. There are a couple of areas in which more flexibility would be hugely helpful (eg around multiple night discounts and check in time as described above).

Pros

Excellent onboarding process with a very diligent onboarding specialist who took the time to talk through things carefully and in detail.

Cons

Some components are a little bit inflexible (e.g i would like to offer discounts on multiple night stays during the week but not at weekends, and we couldn't find a solution for this). Secondly, I would like to continue offering 3.30pm as a check in time which bests suits our cleaning schedule and customer expectation, but they only give options for 3pm or 4pm.

Overall the sales pitch was misleading and oversimplified the process, several months were wasted and we suffered a three month loss of cost before we could even integrate. Once we started integrating we did get more help and were very pleased with our onboarding specialist, \[sensitive content hidden\], who was patient, helpful and responsive.

The layout is easy to use, the calendar is easy to use, the YouTube channel with training video and industry topic videos are very helpful, the smart lock integration.

Cons

The timing of the onboarding was rough, it would have been much easier in our slow season but we were assured that it wouldn't be a problem. Not so, and when we tried to post pone for a few months by cancelling and then sign back up when we slowed down, we were told we would have to pay for the entire year's contracted price. Also, the VRBO integration had bugs and issues and did not work for about 3 weeks to connect, during that time we had a double booking and had to cancel on a guest for a reservation over the Thanksgiving Day weekend.

Love once you get used to the program. There is a lot of great features. The customer support is top notch.

Pros

customer service is the main reason I use this PMS software. Their customer service agents are all very knowledgable about the software, excellent communicators, and very professional.

Cons

Some integration issues still exist, but workarounds are typically provided. VRBO payment setup is not awesome and the House rules connectivity issue is an unfortunate issue to look into. International charges for subscriptions should also be communicated up front with customers.

Overall, the experience has been amazing from day one when I was contacted by an outreach person via phonemail (I forget her name, but she's out of Boston, USA). N1no helped us- he was very kind, patient, and explained the issues. Most importantly he suggested solutions as a work around. He went above and beyond to help us find an answer and worked with his manager to send us communication to help facilitate an Airbnb cancelation without penalty.

Cons

It was frustrating to email with two separate support staff, both of which said our booking windows were opening up due to something we were doing and offered no answers or help with the Airbnb cancelation.

Very bad. The sales guy was very good but lied to us about how discounts and promotions work. The onboarding person was okay but still either lied to us or didn't know how the discounts would work across platforms. The VRBO integration wrecked our VRBO bookings. Bookings from VRBO after we integrated it with dropped by 70%. We had to contact VRBO to disconnect the integration becaues of this problem and the account still hasn't fully recovered. The support team doesn't really know their own software. The customer care team is non existent of they are purposefully not getting back to me because I have requested to cancel the subscription 5 times.

Pros

Messaging automation was helpful across platforms was the only thing I liked. The rest o the service was not great.

Cons

VRBO integration wrecked our booking revenue from VRBO so we disconnected it and now our VRBO account has been majorly affected. (less bookings now then before we signed up for ). Horrible support. They say they have 24/7 support but even if you call duirng business hours you'll be on hold for around 30 minutes. They try and lock you into a 12 month contract. They don't call or message you back if you have a problem with the serivce.

Used for about 6 months. It is way too expensive for what they provide. They boast about their customer service but I had my issues ignored for days on end. They would not return emails or phone calls. They don’t train their technical support well, none of them know what they are doing and constantly have to send issues up to a higher tech. Their salesmen went on and on about their awarding winning customer service, but once you are onboarded, you get barely any support. They ended up costing us hundreds of dollars through lost reservations and they couldn’t have cared less.

Pros

Their concept is good, but the lack of good technical support really hinders them. Their onboarding process was nice, being able to move easily upload Airbnb listings to VRBO and other sites.

Cons

Terrible customer service, horrible tech support with techs that are improperly trained and don’t know what they are doing, wildly expensive. Their app and website go down in the middle of the day for up to an hour, usually once a month. They will straight up ignore you and your issue if they can’t figure it out.

Quick resolution of issue and took the time to walk me through the steps to make the changes I needed to make.

It seems that recently there is a fairly long wait time to get someone on the phone who can help. But that has been the only issue, and I multi-task as much as possible during that time,

great - all customer service and sales people have been excellent and helpful and knowledgeable. great company

Pros

Jeriko was helpful as always and a pleasure to deal with. answered my questions quickly and kept me moving

Cons

Some clunky features, some info not clear on what exports to which fields in the platforms, and some api limitations
