Pros

What I liked most about Hostaway was the ease of use and how intuitive the platform is overall. The calendar sync has worked well across our booking channels, helping keep availability updated in one place. I also like the website booking widget, which makes it easy to accept direct bookings and display availability on our website. Overall, it has simplified managing multiple homes from a single platform. \[sensitive content hidden\] our onboarding specialist, was especially helpful throughout the process. She was patient, knowledgeable, and adapted her training style to fit how I learn. She allowed me to take the lead while she screen shared and guided me through the software, which made it much easier to understand the platform and feel confident using it.

Cons

One downside was the initial onboarding and setup process. During our initial implementation, the system was not configured correctly, which caused availability to be displayed when the homes were actually unavailable. This created some confusion and booking inquiries for dates that should have been blocked. Once the issue was identified and corrected, the system worked as expected.

Very solid experience. There are times where it takes a bit longer to reach support but Hostaway has multiple contact options.

Very patient, competent support. Very knowledgeable help. Answers backed up with documentation and example.

I never expected the customer service to be so good. The onboarding is the key to success with this product. They do it very well.

Hostaway has increased my bookings and dynamic pricing. It is way better than Airbnb auto pricing. Already getting more bookings on other platforms.

Cons

The app needs to be better. There is quite a bit of info that needs to work on a phone. I'm used to doing most on phone only and never needing a laptop. You definitely need a laptop.

Would be great to have pictures in the scheduled message, otherwise everything seems great, all though not been on the app long.

Overall experience was good but could have been better. Needs to catch up with the likes of other major PMSs.

Pros

Ease of use, cost, recurring minor updates and Q&A sessions with senior team at hostaway. Overall good PMS.

Cons

UI was abit outdated, No trust accounting, slow with major updates, support take along time to get back to you and constant price increases.

Cons

\- Steep learning curve however this is to be expected from a feature rich platform. I would expect this to reduce over time - Occasional lag and downtime on the platform

Mi experiencia general con Hostaway ha sido muy buena. Es una plataforma estable, práctica y muy útil para la gestión de alojamientos turísticos. Me ha ayudado a organizar mejor las operaciones diarias, automatizar tareas y mejorar la eficiencia en el trabajo. Además, el sistema es fácil de aprender y el soporte siempre ha respondido de manera profesional y rápida. Gran parte de esta experiencia positiva también se debe a la excelente formación recibida, que ha marcado una gran diferencia desde el inicio.

Pros

Lo que más me ha gustado de Hostaway es la sencillez de uso y lo intuitiva que resulta la plataforma desde el primer momento. Facilita muchísimo la gestión diaria de los alojamientos, ahorra tiempo y permite tener todo organizado en un solo lugar. Además, la automatización y la integración con diferentes canales hacen que el trabajo sea mucho más cómodo y profesional. También quiero destacar la magnífica labor de la persona que me ha instruido en el uso de la plataforma, ya que gracias a su profesionalidad, paciencia y capacidad para explicar cada detalle, el proceso de aprendizaje ha sido rápido, claro y muy agradable.

Cons

Aunque mi experiencia ha sido muy positiva en general, me gustaría que fuese un poco más sencillo generar ciertos listados de reservas en formato Excel. Aun así, la plataforma ofrece muchas herramientas útiles y continuamente incorpora mejoras que ayudan a optimizar la gestión y el seguimiento de las reservas.

Calendar sync prevents double bookings. Their technical support is usually always very helpful. \[sensitive content hidden\] are always helpful

Cons

Restrictions ……. I am unable to share reservation info my owners due to the fact that they have access to view coupon codes for properties that are not theirs and that doesn’t make any sense. Why the two would be associated
