Overall a great product, just need to work a few minor bugs and add a few features

Pros

Ability to sync prices with Beyond Pricing, granular permissions for users, Wordpress plugin, great support and onboarding team.

Cons

No HTML email notifications, only text Some UI bugs Financial reporting a little buggy for CSV imported reservations Unable to manage VRBO messages, only emails Cannot sync multiple VRBO accounts

Links various calendars for me. Nice having everything in one platform.

Cons

Would like more robust financial reporting that will allow me to show income breakdown during the month when the rental occurred rather than when the money was collected. Need more flexibility on payment options that allow me to do both auto invoices and manual invoices when necessary for unique situations.

Pros

Easy to use and very straight forward. Details are very carefully thought through. Great and fast support. Especially our customer rep. knows the product very well and has great to ideas for solving upcoming problems. All in all great value for money.

Cons

Few things are in early stage but getting developed and improved more and more. For connection apartments, the implementation is still a bit though but I´m sure our customer rep. and his team will solve that soon.

Pros

Easy to use, compact program that makes the daily business easier to handle.

Cons

Still missing some small parts in the "task" menu, but we're sure that the developers are onto it.

Pros

Hostaway helps us managing our day to day tasks of running a travel and property management company.

Cons

Saves lot if time and has a public API which is flexible a documented.

The fact that is is operational over all platforms we require.

Cons

At the beginning of our experience we found it very difficult to communicate efficiently. Before our first meeting it would have been beneficial to have had some guidance around the need to share screens, etc via google meet.

The onboarding process is fantastic. They'll schedule as many calls as you need, then graduate you to live chat.

Pros

Customer support is top-notch. Direct booking engine (website is "ok", but is improving) Automated messaging is great. Ability to 'push' changes to all channels.

Cons

No template for a word-processor type document VRBO-API takes weeks to set up (but apparently VRBO's issue) iOS app is really limited in functionality
