Very happy so far with how the transition from another property management software has gone. Their customer service is great.

Pros

Very happy with the customer support and my onboarding rep \[sensitive content hidden\] who has been incredibly helpful in guiding me through the process.

Cons

Not really much other than some of the short codes for messages. They are different than my previous software but not a big deal.

is a nice software with a clean interface. Its very easy to use and it is well intergrated with the OTA's

Cons

That I have to make it in airbnb first before I can send it out to vrbo and booking.com and that is doesnt work with powertranz

Cons

Sometimes the PriceLabs rates and the markup I set in do not sync properly. Additionally, when I publish the owner statement, the owners who are using the app do not always receive a notification when it's available to download.

el precio y algunas funcionalidades que serian esenciales pero no tiene, por ejemplo el envio de los datos de los huespedes a alas autoridades sin necesidad de utilizar herramientas externas. tambien seria interesante que la IA pudiera responder automaticamente

Overall it is very easy to use, even with language barrier it is simple enough and very user friendly. We had no issues with getting all of our staff to get used to using daily.

Pros

How it streamlines all operations, front and back offices. I didn't know what i needed but provided me more beyond what we thought was availble on the software.

Cons

I wished connects to more OTA, especially Tiket.com, which is a very crucial OTA in Indonesia. I also wished hostaway has payment gateway partners in indonesia.

The depth of the product and range of things in the suites to make the user experience better. The on boarding process was excellent.

Cons

So far I’ve had a positive experience, however I was told dynamic pricing was included and I’ve been charged extra for it

Pros

I know it’ll be great once I fully understand everything. There’s so much to learn, especially while trying to run a business at the same time. It’s a lot, but I’m confident it’ll be worth it.

Cons

I find it difficult to retain everything I’m learning, and having a hard copy of the user manual would really help. It would be ideal if this could be mailed to the business address as part of the onboarding process.

Cons

It was very difficult and time consuming to set up. Much more difficult than ever expected. I am not very technical and it was burdensome.

Cons

Having to schedule customer support meetings a week out is problematic. When we need answers, we need them more timely.

The website builder is not quite to par with the industry. I expected the direct booking website platform to be at least average in terms of use and feel.

Doesn't work with Xero, wish could transfer to save me entering all details in my financial accounting system.

So far excellent. The demo was great and \[sensitive content hidden\] as I stated before was very knowledgeable. Without the onboarding I would not have been able to figure this out myself. Looking forward to using the tool and becoming more familiar with the process.

Pros

\[sensitive content hidden\] was great. Very knowledgeable and easy to understand and follow. The reporting tools appear to be easy to use and will help me better understand profit and loss. Love being able to track expenses all in one place. I was using excel before.

Cons

The tool does not become integrated until the reservations occurs which means any inquiry conversation still has to be handled oustide of . The information for the prior reservations is not fully incorporated without manually adding the missing information. I understand this is due to limitations of channels but is a con for those using Hostaway. Having to pay my own taxes is also a negative but again no fault of Hostaway.
