Great way to utilize local technicians, contract labor and to vet new resources!

Pros

Ease of use in filtering areas, skillsets and seeing real time reviews from other companies for individuals applying to an open technician request.

Cons

There is some discrepancy between the labor quality received and the ratings at times. It seems that not every company that is utilizing resources provides feedback or provides accurate feedback since they view anyone sourcing labor as a competitor.

Well, we will no longer be using them and we have heard that work market has better pool of resources with more experience and more professional.

Pros

Having an available pool of technicians nationwide to pick and choose from, but very hit and miss.

Cons

completely unfair. you get a turtle tech who will take on a fixed cost project that takes 2 hours to complete for $100, then he gets on site and wastes a ton of time, doesn't follow direction and takes him 6 hours to complete it, guess what, even though it was a fixed job, you will get billed for an additional 4 hours!! Completely unfair to companies.

Pros

all the contractors on the ground are the same. Field nation helps you blacklist bad hires and filter for the qulaified hands you need on site to compelte your installations and troubleshooting.

Cons

I dind't have much experience with tech support as I was always dealing with the contractors directly. I woudl say an escalation method with fieldnation would be appreciated but everythign works fine without it.
