March 3, 2020 5.0 Great support responses when they were needed, quick to reply and plenty of documentation which is more valuable than great support to me sometimes, overall great experience. Pros If you've ever had to refund a large order after falling victim to credit card scams, you know how important it is to verify your charges... problem is we simply don't have the time or resources to do it alone. It couldn't be easier than a plug-in, and I haven't had any problems with false alerts. February 25, 2020 5.0 Our system is fully integrated with FraudLabs, all orders are coming there to check, FraudLabs is protecting us very well, before we had many frauds, when we decided to use that service, mostly all our problems went away - reduced amount of fraud orders, and in our business is very important. Wildcard blacklisting of fraudulent email domains was a big help to us. Our DEV team had the magento module installed quickly. Cons More detailed online documentation would be be helpful and a lower cost plan that included more rules for a site with fewer transactions; but its still a good value so far. I've also really liked the identification of freight forwarder addresses. Pros I use shopify and needed more than their in house fraud warnings were providing. Fraudlabs gives you insight not available elsewhere that I found very helpful in determining if the order was good. The ability to identify a freight forward address has also been huge. Cons It's not fully integrated with Shopify, I have to use another tab to access the data. Review Source OR Olivier R. The API is clear and straightforward. Cons Due to the limited amount of data taken into account by the API, the results are not 100% reliable so it is difficult to rely on FraudLabs Pro when choosing to accept an order or not.
