Pros Makes it really simple to update invoices on the road. My business takes me to many locations, and it's crucial to be able to update the information quickly. Online application like Zervant is really handy in this. Cons The default message in emails isn't very practical as it can't be set default to a certain customer. Pros It is an easy tool to send out invoices. Cons I payed a yearly fee to have access to features such as a connection to my bank so that invoices are automatically marked as payed or not payed. But after i Paid I realised that this function was not working. I have been in contact with their support who just keep saying that they are working on it. It has been 4 months now and I have asked for a refund multiple times, but they simply refuse to give me my money back. My clients have noticed the difference too (it was an accountant that recommended this platform to me). Pros I like being able to write complex and detailed invoices in a quick and easy way. I like that you can copy a previous invoice to create a new one. Before using this product, invoicing took me a long time and once I got this, it became easy and satisfying. Cons I would like there to be a button that shows how much you have earned from the beginning of the year rather than choosing a date range (it defaults to one year). But this is a SMALL problem compared to how useful I find it. Pros Die Software von Zervant ist übersichtlich und ideal, um Rechnungen zu erstellen und zu bearbeiten. Ich nutze das Programm seit einigen Jahren und bin sehr zufrieden. Gut ist, dass ich die erstellen Rechnungen direkt per E-Mail an den Empfänger schicken kann. Ich kann sogar den E-Mail Text dazu anpassen. Die visuelle Übersicht über die gesamten Buchungen in Form von einem Diagramm gefälltmir besonders gut. So kann man schnell erfassen, in welchem Monat man die meisten Einnahmen hatte. Cons In der kostenlosen Variante kann man nur 5 Kunden anlegen. Das ist zwar ok, ich würde mir lediglich wünschen, dass es ein paar mehr wären. Ansonsten habe ich nichts zu bemängeln.
