It's offline, so users may keep their essential files on their computers. The tiny size of this program is a peculiar feature. In comparison to its competitors, it is rather modest. It is not only stronger but also smaller than others due to the numerous built-in tools. It's also entirely free! Everyone who utilizes PowerPoint should reconsider how they deliver their presentations. Because this program allows you to present and remind the audience of the mind-map at any time. There is no need for a table of contents because everything is graphical and many graphical effects may (and will) be used. Pros The various presentation styles that may be utilized with this program appeal to me. I appreciate the ability to include both regular forms (boxes, spheres) and different sorts of shapes for presentations. Nonlinear flow is a really basic format, and switching to standard linear provides me all of the information I need to examine. With this program, it is possible to obtain significant outcomes in terms of customer service. You may also use the app without an internet connection. Cons As with any software, the more tools you have, the more complicated it becomes. It can't be avoided. The main downside of this program is that if you want to learn how to use it on your own, you will have to devote some time to doing so. You could also find it difficult to learn. It has a nice grid-like canvass. Pros I like the option for being able to insert standard shapes (boxes, spheres) as well as other types of shapes for presentations. Cons The software did not come with many tutorials to explain how to use it in greater detail. It also required additional software to be installed to the computer in order to install the Academic Presenter.
