It ruined my campaign and I couldn't be more displeased with them. It was pretty awful to be honest. Pros I honestly liked the most how easy it was to set things up. However, that is about where it ends for my likes. Cons I didn't like pretty much everything about Vyper. They had horrible support, their software was slow to load and was buggy. It was an eye opener how bad they truly were. February 4, 2020 5.0 I have loved working with Vyper because it makes impressing my clients EASY! It looks like it takes a lot more effort to build than it actually does. More time is everything! Pros I love the ease of use that Vyper offers. I taught my team to use it in a matter of a few hours, it's incredibly user friendly and has such a great variety of options built into the platform. Cons There are a few limitations in Vyper, if you're trying to link to individual actions for example. I just wish it looked more pro Pros having a way to grow your social media and mailing list is priority on Vyper. It has many optins and it limits you very little on lower plans. Cons campaign builder needs a big UI upgrade. It should look more modern and clean than it is right now. Social follow sharing can't be actually verified. March 19, 2018 5.0 Collected way more emails. Pros It took very little time to setup my popup and start collecting leads. The gamified popup also performed 3x better than my previous popup! Cons Would have liked to have had options for additional fields on the popup like phone number. This would have been a nice feature as I saw it used on their contests and lead magnets. Pros Setup process is lengthy, but worth it. Take your time and you'll get it done. Cons It's a bit hard to navigate the process. For example, I couldn't easily figure out who had entered the contest. Wish there was a button when I logged in that would take me directly to the results, rather than having to go through the contest to get to it. Unless I got it all wrong. Pros This software is easy to use and offers a lot of useful features. I honestly didn't know how effective my first campaign would be, now I'm excited to run another! Cons To personally verify some of the entries, made it difficult to keep up. I wish I could see the leaderboard and entries as an administrator. We only use Klaviyo and Vyper provides us to include Klaviyo with our Giveaway campaigns. Cons The least thing we like about this, and hopefully will be included in future updates, the ability to create a short automatic follow up sequence or edit tags within their emails. I especially like how beautiful the landing page design layouts are since I'm not a designer. Also, you don't need any talent or skill with code to be able to run a giveaway with VYPER.
