Pros: The main advantage of Wrike, I can only call minimalism. This is especially noticeable when you switch to this software from other systems.

Cons: When downloading a link to a file, the name is truncated to 10 characters. In Wrike, it is impossible to address a comment to a specific participant in the task. It is possible only by clicking on the user to open a regular mail program and send a private message, which is very inconvenient.

Excellent for team collaboration.

Pros: We use Wrike in an IT company. Like that we can add comments to specific people, but the discussion is seen by all team members.

Cons: - A lot of surprise at me was caused by the button "to watch the task". Because I sincerely believed that all participants in the task are interested in following her. And then, it turns out, we must specifically sign.

Pros: We have been using the system for several years, at first there were difficulties. Now I like the ability to add images, a convenient comment system, a simple interface.

Cons: The declared add-in with Microsoft Office 365 does not work. It would be better if developers did not tell us what it is.

Pros: Wrike works great for working a number of small and large graphic design projects. I like that it can work really simply or really complex depending on the scope of the project.

Cons: The app leaves room for improvements. I do all my work on an iPad or iphone and I feel like the website and app could be improved for these.

Pros: Wrike is better in making our project so easy from the start and to finish our work on time, all our team members are well informed regularly about the progress of our project. Virtual assistant based dashboards are intuitive they can be easily navigatted. I liked the way we can easily track down our project time, attaching files and documents task management tools, good reporting of projects are done, a variety of template to choose. timeline tools are impressive in tracking down the project total money.

Cons: it is so difficult to use this software when there are many clients and projects it will be more work for our team also irregularities in task updates, hopefully, these issues will be fixed in future updates.

Pros: Quick setup. Supports an unlimited number of projects. Includes time tracking. Offers customizable dashboards and reports. Works with Zapier. Provides documentation for working with APIs.

Cons: Expensive. Lacks some features. Interface occasionally counterintuitive. I rather use Basecamp, it's cheaper and has more features.

Pros: Offers Gantt charts, the design is amazing and easy to navigate. If you're a first time project manager, this is a great program to start with. It has different views such as timeline, gantt charts, tables, etc and it's really intuitive

Cons: The budget tracking could use some work. Would prefer to have an actual vs budget type tracking system, especially when a big part of project management is knowing how well you're keeping to your budget!

Pros: The product has a great deal of impediments and glitches that reason colossal migraines for clients. Amid the genuine administration of the venture, it functions admirably enough, however following any recorded data is extremely troublesome. There are likewise glitches with labeling individuals where they appear to vanish from your view.

Cons: Consider your requirements completely and the choices out there for venture administration programming. While you can change your procedures to coordinate the highlights accessible for programming out there, it is once in a while hard to twist so much that it influences the way you work together or handle ventures.

Pros: Wrike is simply amazing! It's powerful and has many features that allow you to collaborate with your team in real time, no matter where your colleagues are. You can see what part of the project team members currently work on and communicate about it. As the result, all projects will be done in time.

Cons: One issue is that it's not very cross-browser. Some people may have problems using Firefox or IE because it mainly works exclusively in Chrome. Also, the monthly price is pretty high.

Pros: We use this to help us manage different projects in our organization, we work in small teams of 5 per project and it makes collaboration easy. Great for keeping track of tasks and being able to check off as you complete. Easy to use, the UI is great. We love being able to use folders and tags to make it easy for our team to search and find what they need. Personally I think this is the best project management tool we have used so far.

Cons: Not everyone in my team has a license so some have view only access. We use Wrike to create agendas for our weekly governance calls with our third party partners. When you try to copy and paste out of wrike, it does not let you simply copy the body of the content, you have to copy it all, including headers and footers, it's a bit of a nuisance for some users. Some of our employees found the tool to be a little too complex and hard to adopt at first.

Pros: Before stopping at Wrike, I tried several similar solutions, but I realized that Wrike is exactly what I need. The program has an easy-to-master interface, sufficient for most tasks, functionality, a mass of tools.

Cons: Despite the fact that this is a simple and easy-to-use task manager, its cost is too high. I would like to have discounts for small companies or non-core organizations.

Comments: If you're managing smaller, less complex or fewer projects, Wrike may be great. We didn't make it past the evaluation phase with Wrike.

Pros: Very small teams may enjoy using Wrike, but the functionality and ease of use didn't hold up for our teams. We have a very fast-paced environment with lots of change and need something capable of creating transparency across an array of highly-detailed projects.

Cons: We were looking for a cross-functional project management option that would make it easier for marketing and technology teams to collaborate, and unfortunately Wrike didn't make it past the evaluation phase. We were really impressed with their website and stated functionality, but it simply didn't live up to expectations.

Pros: The communication aspect in which you can tag people and keep history of conversation to look multiple parties into one project. I like the amount of visibility and collaboration within Wrike. We can quickly see what projects each artist has on their plate and adjust as needed, communicate on those projects and report on the work we do. It's been a game-changer in how we communicate our work throughout the organization. Much better to settle the workflow for projects in such a way as to inform all team of tasks about when to begin our the project. I really do like how controlling system works on errors. Also, it is wonderful monitoring service for all group

Cons: The only thing I don't like about Wrike is that there is no built-in chat app. This is more of an advice than a con of the software. Other than this no issue.

Pros: It provides multiple templates and resources for your team to engage in collaborative group projects, and allows for some really great projects to be produced on this platform.

Pros: Great at having a task list and it sending automated reminders.
The ability to track projects, resources and time lines.
Decent interface, relatively easy to use (Low learning curve)
Not too expensive for what it does
Can use to communicate status outside of an organization to a partner or client.

Cons: It is basic and the functionality is limited.
This is not a true collaboration software, or a true project management software.
The trade-off for speed and simplicity is that the program isn't as feature rich.

Overall: The ability to manage a task list and to hold myself as well as co-workers accountable. This is better than tracking everything through a spreadsheet.

Pros: The way you can see your Team performance anytime, timeline is my favorite view!! Control Panel also is a good way to see what you have for today i.e. Another useful feature is thay you can create dependence between tasks...and once task 1 is completed, the responsable for task2 is notified, so he can start to work. You can set priorities easily. It's easy to use, both for the person who control de project or tasks, and the team responsable for the execution. The customer support is also excellent... I've used it, and if you do not find answers in the app help, the chat is fast and effective!!

Cons: I have to say, The price is the only point that I have in the cons side.... It's too expensive... It's probably the best GTD software, but the price is too much, even when you use the basic plan, and not all the features are available...

Overall: Improvements in timmings and communication among the team, visibility of the team performance anytime you want.

Pros: I use Wrike daily and it gives me full visibility and control over my daily tasks. My favorite feature is Timeline view where I can see all tasks spread through the time. It's so easy to manage multiple tasks and it helps you keep on track.

Cons: There are freezes sometimes when you run Wrike on Firefox. I wish they optimized it for Firefox so it could run more smoothly. Very resource heavy app. I wish they released a desktop version, but as they say, at the moment there are no plans for having a desktop version of Wrike. The reason is that there are a lot of updates taking place almost every day.

Pros: Easy to use Kanban/Agile boards which you can customise to your own needs. The ability to have a card on two different boards (called projects or folders in Wrike) is a game changer. For example, I could setup a "IT Networking" board and have a card which can be tracked here, but also have it tracked in a "ISO 27001" strategy board. It's a great way of keeping on top of multiple programmes and projects. Being able to see what all of the team is working on helps our company plan more effectively than the other big player in the Kanban world.

Cons: The 'My Work' section could be easier to use. A calendar view would be useful for our project managers. The ability to customise the themes to make it more engaging for team members.

Overall: Improved productivity and a much better oversight of multiple projects in the business, on a daily basis.

Cons: I want it all and I want it now. What I don`t like is waiting for new updates and added features. The ease of use could be upgraded especially for new Wrikers. Some features right now are not optimised but I believe that they will be in the near future.

Pros: It is a very complete application for the management of your projects, large or small, since it has different versions, one of them is free, it is the one that we use in my work team with less than 15 and with this application we are doing great, It is fast, easy to use and fully complies even if it is free, it helps you keep your projects organized with support for possible errors, allowing rollback and with historical uploads for each member, it is a good tool to take into account for your projects be in team or personal.

Cons: Although we have only used the version for free, if you need to add more features in it, so that it becomes a more competitive app in the market at least add the power to use the Gantt diagrams which is a very necessary tool, doing this can improve and project more, also if it were possible to allow more users for the free version would be aggravated.

Pros: We use this to keep track of all stages of ordering. We can check everything off as we go and it keeps everything updated in real time. You can actually watch someone else typing notes.

Cons: It can be a little annoying when you move a folder from one location to another. We have orders in a folder labeled Active and Completed. When you move a project from Active to Completed, it opens the whole folder and scrolls you down to where you placed the project. We have 3 years of projects. It can take more time then I have to spare to scroll back to where I was.

Pros: I love the design of the user interface, great details. Also the amount of options you have is impressive. Great for keeping track of multiple projects with multiple teams.

One of the features I like the most is the "Status of a Task" , since you have more options than "Incomplete / Complete" , you also have "Deferred, Active, Cancelled" which lets you have a better overview of the work of certain project or teammate .

Cons: Actually since it is packed with so many (and good) features, I found it to be a little overwhelming on the day to day work. To get the most out of it you have to be prepared to spend a good amount of time preparing your tasks and so. So if you want a fast dynamic task management you are not going to get the most of wrike, think of it as a V8 super car to drive in a small 25MPH road.

Overall: Got to admin a couple of big projects and it was really helpful for keeping me on track of my teams.

Pros: I liked how this product gave us insight into projects at different stages across our team so we weren't so "silo-ed." You were able to get a snapshot view of a project's progress on a timeline, which came in handy for tracking projects with many steps and multiple people involved in its completion.

Cons: There was a definite learning curve for us to figure out how to navigate and use it. Once we were more comfortable it was still time-consuming to set up and maintain our tasks on a day to day basis, especially when we often still had to follow up with people outside of Wrike about the same tasks to get the full scope of the project.

Ultimately our team decided Wrike wasn't for us, though I could see how it would still be valuable on detailed or extended projects, especially for teams that are working long-distance or don't have regular communication with each other.

Pros: All operating systems like iOS, Linux, Windows and Mac is supported. Integrations with major software like Gmail, Microsoft Outlook, Salesforce, Google Drive and Microsoft Office among others. Wrike is available for free. The pricing version is not even that expensive. It has made me more efficient and more organized in my day to day work. Wrike¿s 3-pane layout lets you view important data on one screen, giving clear visibility on project operations. The details of all projects are on one page enabling you to quickly work on tasks. Wrike gives you the ability to put an item in different folders without duplication. The Activity Stream enables project managers to see the big picture as well as micro-manage small tasks. One of this Wrike review highlights is the ease with which this solution lets you break projects into small tasks. Subtasks can be further broken down into specific activities.

Cons: The free version lacks a lot of features and must be upgraded in order to use features like Unlimited Collaborators, Unlimited Hierarchy Levels and Custom Widgets.

Pros: What I like most about Wrike is that it keeps you informed about the progress or the activities that have been assigned to you in a certain project. It works as a personal agenda where every so often reminds you of the pending tasks.

Cons: I think it could be considered an improvement to make an online version or a mobile version, which allows you to consult some details of the projects that are loaded in the software, so in any moment you can check or update a status

Pros: First of all, Gantt charts! It's really difficult to get that good overview, without seeing a timeline. It's so much easier to quickly look at it and see how things are progressing.
It also has a billboard style to the program, which is nice, but it's definitely worth looking at that timeline. In addition, it's fairly easy to separate the project into tasks and actions. The folder view lets you see the entire project, and you can get the breakdown by going into it.

Cons: There is a learning curve. I shouldn't say a steep one. There's so much (this should be a pro!) but it's intimidating out of the box.

Comments: Overall a great platform with many useful functions for teams of all sizes. I would say this tool would be best suited for users of 10-50 seats.

Pros: The project interface is "plain" which for some people is odeal, it utilizes kanban as well as list and gant chart functions without creating projects in each function, this allows each user to operate in the function that suits tgen best. The platform has task magamenet as well as scheduling and collaboration tools. Being able to easily assign tasks is a great function. Theybalso have a free version that allows small teams to use some of the core functions without time limits (great for startups). You can import Microsoft project tasks.

Cons: The platforms task and dependency settings are a little cumbersome but can be easily overcome. When your project has a lot of tasks the dashboard becomes a little overwhelming and it is sometimes hard to figure out what needs to be done next, there are no priority settings. You cannot import excel tasks just ms project.

Pros: Easy to add projects with tasks. Assign tasks to users. Send notifications to users. Add notes to projects/tasks so you can see what's changed from year to year. Absolutely WONDERFUL ability to copy an entire project from one year to the next, so you only have to do edits for the next year's plan. Quickly see what you have due, overdue, coming up. View tasks in a list, timeline or several other formats. Make tasks dependent on other tasks. Add design files to items/projects/folders. Support is fast and excellent. Wrike is the BEST and saved us from using an old version of Microsoft Project.

Cons: I seriously can't think of one single con. Not one. Price is amazing for what you get. There's nothing lacking.

Pros: I love the ability to stack tracks into folders at any level of task management. It functions much like asana, which I find to be a major plus. Though, it doesn't have the speed and ui of asana, and that was what ultimately made a switch back.

Cons: A few features were really bothersome.. First the order of tasks was Counterintuitive (and not in a good way.) when writing tasks in a list the program ordered from bottom to top instead of from top to bottom.... Because we were writing step by step systems this feature drove us crazy! Also, I think the speed could be better... It felt clunky at times.

Pros: I appreciate the straightforward panel view of navigation, tasks, and task details. Being able to replicate previous projects helps tremendously for product launches and trade shows that have a myriad of tasks. Being able to tag tasks in multiple folders is also a must have function. It's format is open, so it's pretty conformable to how you want to use it. You just have to think through how your business operates and organize it so it makes sense. It gets a little mind-bending once you realize a folder can also be a "status tag" or "category", but that adds another dimension of organizing your workload. It's like a database of text files you can relate to one another, so it's quite flexible

Cons: The program lags and may not fully function in different browsers. It's nice that is collaborative, but I feel that it also slows it down sometimes. One thing I would really like Wrike to create is a project template feature. Instead I've created a "template project" that I replicate, but if they had an option to build up templates separately, these overdue blank tasks wouldn't live in our navigation panel and take up space

Pros: - Wrike is web-based and does not require any downloading or maintenance. - the way Wrike organizes workspaces ¿ with folders, projects, tasks within each project, and multiple sub-tasks per task ¿ just makes good sense to me. - There is a whole laundry list of keyboard shortcuts you can use to speed up your interactions with the program, improving your efficiency - Packages plan are extremely cheap and worth the money - Wrike includes a timer function on each task and subtask - The feature of task creation

Cons: - Some people find the interface to be unispired compared to Trello and Redbooth - Some users find the interface cluttered because Wrike advertises their ¿rewards program¿ with what is, in essence, a pop-up ad - Users admit that it is hard to access their task and sub-task lists outside of the main activity feed. - I found several users complaining that Wrike¿s mobile app has some reliability concerns

Pros: For people who want to be highly organized this program is a dream. You can organize projects within folders that are within folders to the nth degree. The timeline feature is great if you utilize it and all of the other tracking features like budget go very in depth.

Cons: My team has found that we actually use little of the "in depth" features and just need a more basic way to view projects and manage our workflow. The interface feels pretty convoluted and has so much text (from folders, to project titles to project description) on the screen at once that to open the software and view the days work can immediately feel overwhelming.

Pros: Wrike has a nice modern interface and most features its competitors have. Request forms and Live editing are my favourite features :)

Cons: Personally, I found this tool very powerful. The only cons I have to highlight is a pricing politics. I'd recommend them to decrease prices a bit, especially for Business plan (for yearly payments). That would be great.

Pros: This software is easy to use. If you have used other PM software you will say to yourself, "Why did I waste time using these others, Wrike was what I needed all this time."

Wrike is versatile enough to use for PM, collaboration, and even generalized work management.

Comments: For an immediate solution to project management and collaboration, Wrike is an excellent choice. With plenty of integration options with other apps and services its ease at fast set up, and the ability to engage unlimited projects simultaneously, the value outweighs the higher price. Wrike is one of the best on the market today.

Pros: Has a quick setup and supports offers unlimited projects. It includes time tracking and provides dashboards and reports that are customizable. It also works with Zapier, Google Drive, Dropbox, Box, and OneDrive. Provides documentation for working with APIs.

Cons: It is a bit expensive and lacks some features compared to other PM software. The interface is occasionally counterintuitive.

Pros: I like how easy to use and intuitive the software is. There are several default views available that all work together, making it easy to switch back and forth between views. It has helped our team become more collaborative on large projects we are working on, helping us close the gap on loose ends.

Cons: Sometimes I wish I was able to drag and drop the order of tasks (like you can in Asana) to prioritize tasks in folders, but this isn't a huge issue.

Overall: Increased collaboration and accountability across departments when working on company-wide projects.

Pros: This software provides great project management and organization for a small business. The features allow it to be fine-tuned to each user's needs.

Cons: The set-up takes some time to learn and customize to your needs and the customer support isn't as responsible as I'd like.

Pros: Great user interface, allows you to easily move between multiple projects, actions and other features. Intuitive design means you are not hunting for the next page/ section or relying on the help section.

Particularly like the ease of flipping between the different project views- Gantt, table etc

Cons: Not necessarily a bad feature of the software but I have received quite a high level of emails and a few calls from their service/ sales team- I wouldn't usually class this as a negative but I would have appreciated a little more space to start using the software before I was being asked for feedback etc

Overall: Allowed me a cloud based solution for project management tracking with some use group working features- removed the need for going down a tradition MS Project route and allows me to work remotely on projects.

Pros: Wrike allowed me and my team to get off to a good start as we were all geographically disbursed. We were able to send and assign tasks to each other.

Cons: Wrike served its purpose for our needs at the time; however, it was not a very intuitive and easy to use software. There was a learning curve. Sometimes it was difficult to locate the tasks and documents that were sent using the software.

Although its not the most user-friendly, Wrike is truly a functional project management software

Pros: 1. Has several features that can be reported through graphs
2. Customizable interface
3. Easy monitoring and communication of tasks to teams

Cons: 1. It's not easy to learn. Some may take longer to really adapt with the software
2. Not sure if the layout font can be changed. I personally don't like it.

Overall: This software made me more conscious of my team's projects. It also helped me in presenting tasks that are monitored.

Pros: I liked the amount of collaboration functionalities including a feed to interact with the project team with organizates all the comunications around the project. The manage of documentation versions inside the tool is useful and simple.

Cons: Difficult to import and export MS Project schedules. The import process demands time in configuration and some data changes. The export process is possible only to a MS Excel template and not to a MS Project file.

Pros: My favorite thing about Wrike is the very high level of customizability. There are so many features, and so many ways to configure your work/project. It takes some time to get used to, but customer support is there to help out when you need it. One feature in particular that isn't always available on other tools is the ability to assign a task to multiple people, which is really important for our team.

Cons: Because there are so many features and options it is easy to get lost. There are so many different views (and even customizable ones!) that it can be hard to find the exact thing you need when you are starting out.

Pros: Wrike has a lot of tools, and to name one as the best is hard. But for me, I have to say is the tasks - subtasks with dependencies, and the time tracking. This is what I always look for in a good project manager. The time-line report was very appreciated by my superior, he could see everything we were doing at once. The Print a project was really good, but limited for us. The folder and project was awesome for us, because we have so many projects at the same time.

Cons: My critic goes to the constant e-mails on everything that happens in a task or subtask. I use the daily digest and the notifications from Chrome. With a 3 persons team, I get +100 e-mails a week. It's good and bad, depends on how much you like e-mails.

Very good

Pros: It is the most efficient and easy to use tool for organizing any structure, calendar, project. The software has features for any type of process to help improve and insure efficiency.

Cons: The only disadvantage I can think of is related to the mobile application which seems far from the desktop version. I would like to see some improvement on this side too.

The "timeline" view is very useful for production industries.

Pros: I'm the export manager of a brewery located in a different city than my hometown. The production team set each fermenter tank of a new beer as a new project, we can discuss the beer profile in the specific chat for each project and do whatever action a project management app offer. But the absolute best thing are the different options Wrike offers you to see all projects together: list, icons, timeline etc. You can also filter however you want, ser up directly notifications in your email etc. It's also very easy to set up a new project and change it later if you have to.

Cons: Honestly there's nothing that I consider relevant but to say something maybe they could offer even more grafic options of showing your projects.

Pros: Easy of Use! Value! It's hard to even explain how valuable Wrike has been for us. We were easily able to create step by steps tasks for our projects to help keep everyone on time. The software has features for any occasion and project to help streamline efficiency. It has more than paid for itself in the short time we have been using it.

Overall: Streamlined our projects, lost time due to communication of tasks has been extremely limited!

Pros: The really liked the grid-view and how it allows the creation of custom fields that can be matched up with the types of projects I manage.

Cons: I found the mobile app a bit lacking behind some of the other products I've tested in the past. It feels like this is really best suited for a desktop environment.

Pros: Wrike has a lot of features and functionality, which makes it easy to customize it to your use case. I liked the timeline view, where you could see how different tasks depend on each other and where they fall in time.

Cons: Wrike has so many features that it's overwhelming to find the ones you need. It is expensive, and for the price I have found better project management options.

Pros: The ease of creating and assigning tasks, as well as assigning them to a specific client. I like the possibility of adding comments to a task. It's also easy to manage the status change of a specific task. The most useful functionality is the ability to view the tasks in different formats as table, kanban, timeline, etc. Really great tool to get things done :)

Cons: Sometimes is a little confusing the way the tasks are organized. The first time I work with Wrike it takes me some time to fully understand the organization of 'My Work', completed task, pending task and tasks assigned by me to others in the team.

Overall: Not only this software had help the organization to organize and assign tasks, it had helped us to get things done faster. With Wrike, we can track and manage the projects in a more efficient way.

Pros: I like the feature set that Wrike has to offer. It is intuitive and comprehensive. I like the fact that Wrike has a Dashboard view although I only used the free version so I was not able to access it. I did see the Dashboard in use and it was very nice to see everything all at once.

Cons: I did not like that most of the key features were at a cost. I thought some more should be included in the free version so I could see them at work over time. Overall when looking into the software I was not impressed and thought some the marketing was effective but the overall product was lacking.

Overall a useful tool; somewhat complicated at first, but once you interact with the dashboard a few times it becomes second nature.

Comments: Great for collaborating with co-workers!

Pros: Clear layout, many different ways to view project timelines and tasks that need to be completed, easy to collaborate with people who are also using Wrike.

Cons: Takes some time to learn how to use it the most effectively, would be nice to be able to collaborate with others without them having to pay for the program.
