Pros: Multiple chart options for displaying timelines
Easy comment buttons (can just reply to an email and everything is captured)
Ability to create custom folders and other set up features
Can grab a visual of a project in under 30 seconds
Customized reporting options

Cons: If you don't do the training up front or keep up with updates you can easily get lost. Wrike has some awesome features but you have to stay on your toes to take advantage of them.

Overall: We're a small team of about 15 employees and were originally hesitant to bring on a project management software since email seemed to be working alright for our needs but after realizing things were getting lost in the shuffle, we decided to try Wrike out.

I'm so glad we did. We've been using them for about three years and it's really helped us move forward in project planning and scoping. Right off the bat, Wrike held a training for our company. They did an in-depth training for those of us who were looking to learn the application inside/out and an overall training for the rest of the team. Sure, lots of people do training but then they followed up about 30 days later to uncover what we felt was lacking. From there they did a second training where they helped us customize our work space. I thought that was a really nice touch.

Currently we use Wrike to manage internal and external team hours, create project scoping timelines, uncover potential roadblocks and to get everyone on the same page about changes/updates/etc. It's a great tool. One of my favorite features is that you can print individualized reports for a person or print out the total hours by project.

I'd love for Wrike to add more color and font customization options just because it's hard to see changes sometimes in the comment boxes. I'd also like to see more customization options for the interface for individual users. Overall, I'd recommend Wrike if you're looking to grow your business efficiency.

The Right Choice was Wrike

Comments: After using several different programs to track new products and customization projects, we have found Wrike to be a very efficient solution for our entire company. In Wrike, we are able to set up and assign tasks necessary to complete projects, we can project completion dates thanks to the gantt chart and are able to store vital information in such a way that it is easy to access in the future. Currently the e-Learning Content Department is the primary user of Wrike, but it is accessible by the management team, sales, engineering, and customer service which allows us to communicate and collaborate company wide.

Pros: Gantt chart -- This helps with projects that are complex and require various tasks or phases to be completed in order to develop a final project. We simply could not plan product releases effectively without this! Folders -- Organization is incredibly important when managing projects for several different facets (customer-driven, sales-driven, marketing-driven, etc) and the fact that I can manipulate and move projects into different folders helps me watch a project as it travels through our "workflow" from inception to delivery. Tasks -- Not only developing unlimited tasks and sub-tasks with deadlines, but also being able to assign them to different people within our teams has allowed us to have a central point to work from. I highly appreciate the ability to duplicate folders with their included tasks as our workflow is often repeated for similar projects.

Cons: I would like to see different statuses saved in different folders. Instead, the status is changed and it affects all folders globally. This has caused me some confusion or irritation at times. With sub-tasks, I find myself wishing that changing a tasks' deadline would also change the subtasks' deadlines. When I push things forward or backward with the Gantt chart, I then have to go into each subtask and adjust them as well. Sometimes, it seems easier to make everything tasks so I can use the cause/effect of dependencies. Duration can be confusing at times given that sometimes a task will take a bit of time daily over several days, but not necessarily all day. Group several tasks like that together and planning resources becomes difficult because you cannot distinguish how much ACTUAL time on a given day is needed for a particular project. I find myself planning by dates and not durations. I think if there were a way to use these independently, that would be helpful.

Comments: Wrike is a super efficient platform for collaboration and organization within a business. It can organize tasks, schedules, discussions and company files all in one shared place. It can also sync employees, and can even get clients involved. There are 3 main components to this app which consist of projects, folders and tasks. And while the benefits of this app far outweigh the negative, my biggest issue with Wrike has been that the setup seems a bit confusing to me, and outside of the Wrike webinar that I took, there are no tutorials available online to walk potential users through in order to make usage of the app more efficient.

Pros: The creation of projects with the ability to assign subtasks and dependencies is a really great feature. I also really like the "timeline view" which enables users to see the progression of a project, including all of the dependencies, so that if something is delayed in the process of a project, we are able to project how much time it will take us to complete the entire project now with these varying components and the change of events / due dates.

Cons: It does not have a shared calendar for employees to view a daily, monthly or yearly tasks divvied up, and there are no tutorials available online to teach users how to use the app. I also feel like I could be doing so much more with the app than I am currently aware of. But I am finding difficulty in navigating through it without any sense of direction. This is especially a little frustrating for people who are new to project management, and really have no idea where to begin, or even how to divvy up the tasks in a comprehensive manner for all of our current employees. It would help to have tutorials, offer one-on-one sessions, or even just to have little pop-ups that explain the app as you go, with helpful hints and tips.

Recommendations to other buyers: I would advise others to explore this app, it is really useful if they can take the time to teach themselves how to use it.

Pros:
It is ideal for project planning, since it has tools that facilitate organization, one of the features that I like most about this software is that it allows to have a clear real-time view of the status of each activity and therefore takes the progress of the project updated with a series of diagrams that facilitate the interpretation and incorporation of the whole team, I can also set the priorities of my project to visualize them without the team deviating from the main objective. On the other hand, it is a software that is very easy to use, it also allows exporting the reports to other Microsoft or PDF packages to facilitate their visualization and printing on any computer.

Cons: Basically it is designed in a web context and therefore it is necessary to have access to the internet to be able to use it and this could be a limitation, in addition the free trial has a few days duration, which makes it necessary to pay monthly the license to access the account .

Overall: It has allowed me to work more efficiently, incorporating all the work team to have clear goals to work according to them and establishing the priorities of each area with their respective managers, which has allowed me to innovate within my organization in project management.

Pros: Write is a great tool to manage your daily tasks and operations. It has a clean and modern interface which was updated recently. It has a mobile application which I like more. The interface is intuitive and you can manage your tasks faster

Cons: What I do not like is the way they ask to upgrade your plan. Probably only small percentage of the companies can use their predefined filters and options. If you want to make your own options and filters that you have to move to upper plan. When you have to create a task with subtasks and each has to have subtask, then you get lost. I had to contact their customer support and waited around 1 day to understand where should I search for my tasks. The complexity comes because there are tonnes of features and I do understand them. It is super hard to represent and organize all that features into an intuitive and clear way. I highly recommend using this tool if you are a company with at least 50 or even 100 employees and you need so many features. Otherwise, the learning curve and time spent is a waste.

Comments: There are a handful of ways in which I use Wrike: project management tool, personal organizer, and wiki.

As a project management tool, it is useful to be able to create folders or projects full of tasks and share them with your team. I like that I can assign tasks to people and Wrike can automatically send emails to notify people that they're responsible for a task or subtask. Wrike has many of the features you would expect from a project management tool, such as dependencies and date constraints. Unfortunately, though, Wrike lacks a field that allows you to enter a workload in terms of hours. By default, you can assign date constraints and a duration. This is useful for viewing your project in the Gantt view, but it is useless for Workload view. Wrike has a great feature in Custom Fields, which can sort of be used as a workaround for the Workload shortcoming, but why not include it as standard?

Since Wrike gives you the flexibility to make tasks as incomplete or as fleshed out as you'd like, one can imagine many useful applications. Tasks and folders are merely vessels and if they can be filled with objects and given handles that are useful to you, then they can serve different purposes.

I have folders that I use for staying organized. Wrike is comparable to Microsoft OneNote in this way. Rather than covering my desk with Post-it notes, I create tasks in Wrike. Wrike is like a second brain that lets me forget about the note for the moment and come back to it later. Wrike has many features which make it easy to change a task into whatever you need it to be. Later, my note might turn into a project, or it might remain a private information repository. A useful feature to add would be optical character recognition (OCR), which would allow me to scan documents and turn them into content in a Wrike task.

Since Wrike allows you to edit access down to the specific user or collaborator, it can be used like a wiki where you want to share information with other team members, but restrict access for others. I use Wrike tasks to keep track of useful information that I want to share with select few people, which I wouldn't be able to do if I put the information on the company intranet without considerable burden on the IT department.

Beware of one major downside to using Wrike, which is that it is dependent on a fast internet connection. Without that, you won't be able to access or edit your information.

Comments: I would highly recommend this tool to any team that needs a project management & collaboration solution. Wrike works well for startups and bigger companies, it's good for marketing, engineering, product, and almost any other team. You know, one of those awesome things that are just perfect almost anywhere.

Pros: I have had the chance to used several systems designed to help you manage a team, personal tasks, and projects, but none have been as robust and user-friendly as Wrike. With Wrike you can make task managing as easy or complicated as you need it to be. I really enjoy the ability that allows you to create dashboards to see specifically what you want to see and nothing else. At the same time, they provide you with great support as you get going with their product so you aren't left wondering how to use it.

Cons: the newest update for the project isn't my favorite. The overall appearance of the Inbox, Dashboard, etc. items looks clean, but as someone who deals with many small tasks rather than large ones, I would like to have the previous design where the category color of the task was highlighted over the bulk of the preview. This made it easy to scan through and find certain tasks that needed completing.

The "solution" works for well-structured projects and managers that want to micro-manage time.

Pros: The software has a neat stand-alone app offering on iOS and macOS. It connects across platforms seamlessly. It has reporting tools that are good for tracking time spent on tasks per individual and teams.

Cons: The apps assume a time-base of somewhere in the USA, rather than inherit the system time on macOS and Windows 10. There is a setting buried in the settings menu to choose your current time zone. On iOS there is no such setting and it inherits the device time, it seems.
The software is not intuitive. Based on a hybrid of work-breakdown per folders and tasks that can be added at any level, it is devoid of a simple overview that can be printed on an A3 to aid in communication.
Some of the default settings are subtle - if you want to work longer than 8 hours on a task, there is a small tick box to tick, or your recorded time "disappears".
Recording time is done by either hitting a play and pause icon, or by manually adding time. It is not clear if manual entries will override defaults of "allowed hours". Unless you also follow through on extra steps after hitting the pause icon, the time is not reflected in the reports.
What all of this means is that you will spend a large amount of money on up-front training on a paradigm that neither seems intuitive or follows the PMBoK or Prince closely. I have been unable to find a way to import plans successfully.
Finally, the system can be abused by sending lots of notification mails on a constant basis, circumvent company e-mail and repository rules and by imposing a rather inflexible trace of your level of effort. Simply put, the focus seems more on input than on output results. That always ends in PM tears.

The application enables firms to handle all their complex operations at one location.

Pros: One of the main advantages is the robust importing feature. The application is very easy to use, and it has helped us to improve team interaction and engagement in the various processes. It doesn't permit duplication of data and you can set task rankings according to its priority. Wrike helps in getting all the data organized and sorted out and you can decide the visibility of the data. It enables micromanagement and you can see detailed reports about the tasks done by each employee. You can tag team members in a discussion, brainstorm and thereby get more ideas and suggestions from them. If you are in search of an application with easy analytics, Wrike is the one. It provides a lot of templates, and you can draft reports using these templates and impress your higher officials!

Cons: Even though the application is rich in features, it is quite expensive. A feature that enables the creation of forms would be a great help in customizing the workflows. Some of our team members had taken quite some time to get used to the system and it takes time and practice to get familiarized with the application.

Pros: Nothing like knowing what state your projects are in, keeping a complete trace of each of them to know the progress and the time line that is missing to complete it, knowing what each component of your team works on, for this one needs an application of top quality and Wrike is one of them, its headquarters in Silicon Valley guarantees that it is a team that aims high and wants to produce the best, and as far as I have tried it has been like this, they encourage you to give your best as a team and promote healthy competition between teams, is excellent to strengthen your team and you as an individual.

Cons: The times of the team members should not be allowed to lower the morale of others, for example, when one worker has many better times than another, this may feel bad and deteriorate as a professional, you should deal with them to promote them be better and improve your times bringing benefits to the company.

Overall: Always keep updated the status of projects in real time, as each component updates the project based on completed tasks, the work is kept up to date, giving full knowledge about the status of the project.

Pros: This tool is the perfect combination of structure and flexibility. The folder/project tree is an easy way to organize our work. Our Wrike folders mimic our shared drive folders. I love that everyone on our team can organize their work exactly the way they like. The dynamic views (list, board, table, timeline, stream, etc.) in conjunction with detailed filters is extremely powerful. We are able to slice and dice projects and tasks any way we'd like.

I also like that Wrike has stepped up their feature improvement and implementation. When I first used Wrike years ago, not many new features were being rolled out. I'm pleasantly surprised to see additions like emojis and time-tracking categories, and improvements to integrated search, recurring tasks, custom workflows and the inbox.

Cons: To me, the reporting feature is lacking. I've tried to use it a few times and usually find it unnecessary.

Comments: Company after company has tried to "re-invent" task management and collaboration tools. In the process of re-imagining collaboration tools, many systems forget that some of the tried and true core task management methodologies like waterfall or Gantt charts are actually based on tried and true functionality and merely need to be enhanced, not replaced. That's where Wrike comes in with a fresh team collaboration and communication interface to "augment" the old school task management processes, not scrap them. With rich reporting, real-time visibility into activity and most of the critical integrations (gmail, outlook, jira, etc), Wrike is an excellent refresh on old school task management. And it is CONSTANTLY improving with web and mobile app enhancements. They are quick to push incremental updates as opposed to sweeping overhauls.

Pros: Real-time interactions and updates Communications focused Intuitive and full-featured mobile app Most of the critical 3rd party integrations are in place

Cons: System can lag on loads from time to time and requires a hard browser refresh (may be time for some code clean-up) Chrome browser extension has some quirks that could be improved (like not deleting your notes if switching tabs before submitting the task) Could have more customization of look and feel perspective to make it feel more like a part of each company

Recommendations to other buyers: Make sure it has the workflow integrations you need.

Pros: Ability to view timeline by individuals allows work to be easily reviewed at a glance. I like how we are able to integrate the software into another system to allow for individuality across teams.

Cons: While we are attempting to reduce "swivel chairing" by integrating Jira (used by PMs and Engineers) and Wrike (used for marketing tasks) it is sometimes cumbersome to not have everyone in the same system.

Wrike isn't necessarily set up to use it the way we do, and as such, it is difficult to see the full name of a task listed in the timeline views we use. Our team had to devise a specific way of naming each task and adding a visual date to the timeline, along with using the actual due date.

When tasks sync to Jira the administrators name shows up on every task as if he/she was the one making the change until you click in to see what the change was. Additionally, I get multiple emails: one from Jira and one from Wrike cluttering my inbox

Overall: Easy scheduling and reviewing of tasks across individuals and teams.

Pros: What I like about Write is that you can create separate folders per projects and assign tasks under each folder.

There is a way for you to attach documents so if you need to share files to other workers this feature comes in handy.

Don't miss out on important tasks, take advantage of it's email notifications so you know when a task has been assigned to you.

You also get visibility on a project's timeline, so anyone new who is brought in to the team will be able to get a good picture of how the project is progressing just by reviewing the timeline.

Cons: I also have the mobile app for this and I would encounter issues on the notification. Sometimes it doesn't notify me real-time if there's a new task/comment for me. Good thing that the email notification works great.

Pros: Our team members need to follow a similar process each time we engage in a new project. By creating a folder of tasks in Wrike that each team member can duplicate, rename, and use for each new project, we ensure that all team members have access to the same process for their projects. We love the fact that we can schedule these projects based on the due date for the project or based on the start date. Either way, the folder of tasks, once duplicated, maps out the project tasks, and each team member can adjust as needed. We also needed a tool that allowed us to share all or just some of a project with designated stakeholders. Wrike provides this flexibility. The recent development of subtasks has been helpful as well. We employ student workers for parts of some of our tasks, and we can now assign a portion of a task as a subtask for a student worker to complete. The student worker can complete their subtask without completing the parent task, ensuring that the parent task remains active in the project.

Cons: When we share or assign Wrike tasks with our collaborators who are not familiar with the tool, they find it difficult to use. Those of us who use it every day don't always anticipate the needs of our collaborators who receive an email and then try to interact with a task from a Wrike email. The emails that collaborators (as opposed to full users) receive could provide more context to these novice recipients.

Recommendations to other buyers: After your larger team has used the tool for 4-6 months, reconvene to discuss adjustments to your processes and to share tips and tricks you have learned. We just did this, and the adjustments suggested both improved our processes and provided training to those who were later adopters.

Comments: I am a software developer by trade and training. We (my wife and I) decided to try our hand at flipping houses. Naturally, I wanted to find some software tools to help support us. After trying many tools we settled on Wrike. My requirements were as follows 1. Was inexpensive enough that we could afford 2. Was cloud-based and had a good experience on mobile and web 3. Allowed us to assign resources to a project without them actually having to use the tool (Good luck getting most small shop trades ppl to use your new software tool) 4. Allowed us to keep information together for a given project 5. Helped us gauge job end dates 6. Allowed us to see critical paths in tasks 7. Allowed us to see where slips were going to happen before they happened 8. Allowed us to do post-mortem reviews of projects so we could use data to hone in on our weak spots What we didn't need 1. Document collaboration 2. Group Chat 3. Group workspaces (i.e. we weren't hosting meetings etc out of the software) 4. Didn't want/need CRM or invoicing features Wrike fit the bill in most of the things we needed. In addition, I have found their customer support to be outstanding, both over the phone and in online chats. The price for higher end features can get expensive, but all in all, it is a good value for the money and would recommend to other people with similar needs. I look forward to seeing how it scales with many projects.

Pros: - Intuitive interface -Great mobile solution - Dependencies are easy to create - Reasonable price - Great support

Cons: I wish they did not impose a 5 user minimum as we are much smaller than than. I also wish the project sharing was slightly more intuitive

Recommendations to other buyers: If you are looking low friction way of managing timelines and tasks then I think this tool is great fit.

Pros: Very simple and intuitive user experience, so easy to get started and plan tasks, time, plan projects, reports, custom workflows. Really like the new Calendar feature.

Cons: There are many ways to do things within Wrike which make it unclear the how best to implement some features, and often limitations which mean that the tool is not as useful as it could be. Examples, time tracking requires a user license so collaborators cant track time, you dont want collaborators to have user licenses because you don't want them to be able to create/edit tasks. The reporting on time tracking is also limited by the fact you cant sort time spent by custom fields which allow sorting of information, the categories are useful but would work with custom fields not instead of them.

The best way to manage marketing projects.

Pros: Easy to add projects with tasks. Assign tasks to users. Send notifications to users. Add notes to projects/tasks so you can see what's changed from year to year. Absolutely WONDERFUL ability to copy an entire project from one year to the next, so you only have to do edits for the next year's plan. Quickly see what you have due, overdue, coming up. View tasks in a list, timeline or several other formats. Make tasks dependent on other tasks. Add design files to items/projects/folders. Support is fast and excellent. Wrike is the BEST and saved us from using an old version of Microsoft Project.

Cons: I seriously can't think of one single con. Not one. Price is amazing for what you get. There's nothing lacking.

Pros: After using somesoftwares for the management and administration of projects wrike is a new and effective bet, it is perfect to take order of your project regardless if the team is together or in different places, its flexibility allows you to work with a multifunctional team is channeled in one place, be it to program, prioritize, discuss and follow up on progress in real time, all this in one place, that's why it becomes indisplenable for complete developments with very easy use

Cons: Because it is a web application, if you present problems with the internet connection you will not be able to access the information of your project, it is a negative point since at all times the data should be available.

Overall: Have an aplicacon that streamlines teamwork, being able to keep track of the work done, tasks and who carried them out, accessible from anywhere as it is a web application.

Pros: -Ease of integration with other applications, information
-Notifications are sensible and perfectly managed. Very clean, organized, allowing for more productivity
-Customization of fields, filters, allows for incredibly robust views, project templates, etc...

Cons: -Customization is gated behind pro version
-Relatively poor customer support, with history of error in advising(3+ times)
-Calendars, work logs and other can be better managed
-Active logging of time is pretty worthless without reminders or a system to stop logging time(alternatively can add manual time)

Overall: Team management and process management for workflows - keeps things organized with task templates, and ability to duplicate tasks is very, very useful.

Pros: I use Wrike daily and it gives me full visibility and control over my daily tasks. My favorite feature is Timeline view where I can see all tasks spread through the time. It's so easy to manage multiple tasks and it helps you keep on track.

Cons: There are freezes sometimes when you run Wrike on Firefox. I wish they optimized it for Firefox so it could run more smoothly. Very resource heavy app. I wish they released a desktop version, but as they say, at the moment there are no plans for having a desktop version of Wrike. The reason is that there are a lot of updates taking place almost every day.

Overall: Powerful online project management platform with full visibility and control over my daily tasks.

Pros: Increase the productivity of your team or yours, enhancing collaborative work, allowing the management of multiple projects simultaneously, plus allowing you to keep track of your time and your team to know in which the time of each individual is invested, Knowing that each one is better, or in which more time is lost, this helps you to optimize the times and to know in which your equipment is better and in which they have faults to improve each day.

Cons: The free version is very limited, it only serves to test a bit how the application works and the advantages it offers, but to use it as it is, you will have to pay, the cost is between the average of the market and offers several plans for which you should decide which It adapts better to what you need.

Overall: It allows you to have a management platform in the cloud, and thus be able to access it at any time and place, with that you do not need to have a dedicated infrastructure but they offer you the full service and for the payment you guarantee its operation.

Pros: It is a very well-organized platform for collaboration and efficiency within an organization. Wrike can plan duties, programs, considerations, and files in a company in a single common place. It acts as a checklist for accomplishing business plans. Wrike makes it possible for its users to edit documents online and also approve them. It also makes it possible for its users to export their reports to other Microsoft or even PDF packages and in order to enable their visualization and printing when using any type of computer.

Cons: It is a little bit complex since there are some features which I do not seem to understand their work. Also, setting up this tool to people who do not have experience with any type of project management can be difficult. It is less intuitive and difficult to adopt.

Pros: Wrike is an excellent platform for managing projects in the cloud, its main benefits in what I have tried is that you can do the work quickly and easily, it works very well for teams that are both in the same physical site as the distributed, as it is currently very common to work as a freelancer but in a team, this tool is very complete and good for this purpose, since it is easy to use and has the basic characteristics most necessary for good management.

Cons: Well, if the application meets in all aspects but its cost is a little high

Overall: Have a tool for project management that is fast and efficient, which allows me to access from anywhere and from any device to verify the progress of the project and my co-workers

Pros: Wrike has the real advantage to group a day to day task and planning tool with a visual solution for the master planning. I work with it since more than 2 years, and I am able to structure important projects, including themself subproject. I keep a clear vision of the relations what is rare whan you have shared tasks with different redlines.

Cons: The pain point are the export functions, you can export your tasks in an excel sheet, but you cannot export in html to share a planning with a client or a collaborator. Same point regarding the planning view, the pdf export function is more than basic, so you have no choices.

Pros: We thought it was a powerful tool -- but none of that power is accessible if it takes too much time and energy to use it. (for a small staff)

Cons: Time consuming to update projects.

Overall: We paid for a year of this software, with all the best expectations. However, as we began to use it, we found that for our size organization, it was more time and trouble to keep it updated than it was not to use it. Their no-refund policy is incredibly customer-unfriendly, and, as a small education nonprofit, has really deprived us of a sum that is significant to us, for a SAAS we are not able to use. It's not like a product that we used up so we can't return it. Wrike would incur no additional loss for bandwidth we didn't use by refunding us our money. Frankly I am shocked, and would tell others not to take the risk of purchasing it. As certain as you may be that it meets your needs, the risk of finding out you don't like it as you go along, or circumstances change, can cost you a substantial sum.

Recommendations to other buyers: Caveat emptor.

Pros: I love the new calendar feature they added in after receiving a lot of requests for one. The user interface is simple, and once you get a feel for how the system works, it's pretty intuitive. It seems to be pretty well suited for our needs - we needed something a bit bigger/more robust than a simple task management system, but didn't need a big hulking enterprise system.
Also really love the document editor - that is a fantastic feature that was missing from other systems we tried.

Cons: Reporting is not very intuitive, and from time to time the system can be a little slow to update when updating a task description. However, it's not enough to interfere with work.

Overall: Much more organized task management at work. Managing my assignments no longer feels like a job in and of itself.

Pros: The ease of creating and assigning tasks, as well as assigning them to a specific client. I like the possibility of adding comments to a task. It's also easy to manage the status change of a specific task. The most useful functionality is the ability to view the tasks in different formats as table, kanban, timeline, etc. Really great tool to get things done :)

Cons: Sometimes is a little confusing the way the tasks are organized. The first time I work with Wrike it takes me some time to fully understand the organization of 'My Work', completed task, pending task and tasks assigned by me to others in the team.

Overall: Not only this software had help the organization to organize and assign tasks, it had helped us to get things done faster. With Wrike, we can track and manage the projects in a more efficient way.

Pros: There are multiple views that allow you to look at tasks from different angles. You can have one task in multiple projects and as sub-tasks in multiple other tasks. That leads to interconnected tasks. These sub- tasks serves as dependencies for major tasks. It helps with remote development.

Cons: I had some visual bugs that support could not resolve. Sometimes it is hard to find what you are looking for. You need to have somebody to watch over it, or it becomes one big mess.

Overall: We are working internationally with other team across the globe. It significantly improved our communication and also workflow. We are using it for all of our projects.

Pros: I know everything, every second of my working time. Real-time updates from the interface through streams, pop-ups and notification center, as well as immediate notification via the status bar on my phone or iPad. Also, I like the communication tools built into Wrike. Communication within the department is definitely improved. We do not use Wrike much for several departments, but we constantly pull more in Wrike for all other areas of business management and development.

Cons: Scheduled reports require more data and tools for processing data in a report that I want. I also do not like when I receive an email from Wrike, when someone edits a task, etc. Finally, I often find it hard to locate certain tasks if they have been moved or marked inactive.

Pros: The easily customizable dashboards are my favorite feature. I have created several that allow me to look at workloads from different perspectives: by due date; by team member; tasks completed by day, week and month.

Cons: It could have better privacy controls on discussions. You can't maintain a single thread on a project that includes both private team messages and messages with collaborators, such as clients.

Overall: I have a team of over 20 writers and editors in my copywriting business. Wrike has been the perfect solution for keeping all of our writing and editing projects organized and assigned. It keeps due dates from being missed and is a great communication tool where all the communications on a task or project are easily seen in one place.

Recommendations to other buyers: It is important to understand the hierarchy of folders, projects, tasks and subtasks when making user or collaborator assignments and follows.

Pros: It's an absolute masterpiece of software. Very regularly updated, impeccable customer support, gannt charts, infinite subtasks, rich text editor for tasks, revision history for files, just... man. So many things. Great mobile app... EVERY view available: gannt, list, kanban, table, workload/burndown/ analytics, etc etc. switch between em.. Tasks can exist in multiple locations for genius organizing, time logs with comments... never ending features. 99% rock solid.

Cons: Can't make workspaces publicly viewable (you can export an interactive snapshot of your timeline though). Expensive if you want all the features. Hard to get even a small non profit discount.

Overall: I've given a lot detail already in my review. I use it for our tech startup social enterprise.

Pros: I'm the export manager of a brewery located in a different city than my hometown. The production team set each fermenter tank of a new beer as a new project, we can discuss the beer profile in the specific chat for each project and do whatever action a project management app offer. But the absolute best thing are the different options Wrike offers you to see all projects together: list, icons, timeline etc. You can also filter however you want, ser up directly notifications in your email etc. It's also very easy to set up a new project and change it later if you have to.

Cons: Honestly there's nothing that I consider relevant but to say something maybe they could offer even more grafic options of showing your projects.

Pros: Interaction with my teammates. To be able to assign and follow tasks without spending a lot of time on prolonged meeting with updates on task statuses. Its a great tool for analytics and building the knowledge of your task.
great in history tracking. You are able to see all the changes and accomplishments on a task in any given moment.
To be able to schedule tasks and workflow properly for me and for my colleagues.

Updates updates and more updates.

Cons: I want it all and I want it now. What I don`t like is waiting for new updates and added features. The ease of use could be upgraded especially for new Wrikers. Some features right now are not optimised but I believe that they will be in the near future.

Pros: I like that with this platform we can quickly see what projects each artist has on his plate and, if necessary, adjust, report on these projects and about our work. This tool is the perfect combination of structure and flexibility. In the program, the organization of clients by folders allows each employee to find a client, see where the company is on the project timeline, and view tasks that still need to be performed. The platform has a good reporting function and can automatically send monthly reports.

Cons: The mobile version does not work as well as the web version, it needs attachments. Although they are difficult to adapt, they have excellent customer service. It seems to me that the tariff plans can be more flexible. During the project management the program works well enough, but it is very difficult to track any historical information.

Pros: The interface is clean and simple and the mobile apps are convenient.

Cons: Incompetent 'Success Managers' and poorly planned architecture out weighs the glossy look. Some of the Product Feedback postings have been going on for multiple years, with no movement. Basic functionalities, like printing reports are not available. Comment strings run old to new, think about that next time you use Twitter. Wrike Execs-I encourage you to read a few of the Product Feedback postings and see how frustrated your users are. The perception is that no one is listening. The bright side is that we are leaving feedback... with some really great ideas. Want success? Let the market drive your priorities for solutions.

Overall: It does allow better collaboration between teams, but there are other tools out there that can do that. I see the potential, but some basics need to be covered first.

Pros: We use this to keep track of all stages of ordering. We can check everything off as we go and it keeps everything updated in real time. You can actually watch someone else typing notes.

Cons: It can be a little annoying when you move a folder from one location to another. We have orders in a folder labeled Active and Completed. When you move a project from Active to Completed, it opens the whole folder and scrolls you down to where you placed the project. We have 3 years of projects. It can take more time then I have to spare to scroll back to where I was.

Pros: Versioning and editing capabilities.

Cons: Lots of features, so it can get overwhelming.

Overall: We began looking for a marketing project management tool last year when we grew frustrated with the IT-focused service ticket tool we had tried to modify to meet our needs. After reviewing several different products, we decided on Wrike. The interface was clean and simple to use, it was an inexpensive system (and thus helped our argument to spend money on functionality that we "already had in-house"), and the sales representative was helpful. We have a team of five creators/designers so we purchased a five-seat subscription; however, you can add unlimited "collaborators" if you need, for example, some outside your team to review your work (in our case, our compliance team has to review our work but wouldn't otherwise use the system). We've created a form for others to use to request work from us (a super easy process) and customized the workflows and categories to meet our needs. Our creative team's favorite feature is the Adobe integration; they love that they can pull up Wrike in a sidebar when they are working in Adobe. I love the Word document editing integration (I'm the content person). And we all love that we can make comments directly on the document for editing and that the document creates versions for easy reference. Our old process was to upload, download, print, markup, upload, repeat. You get the picture. Overall, we would highly recommend Wrike.

Recommendations to other buyers: We love it and continue to expand its capabilities and usefulness as we learn more.

Comments: Wrike came with the features we wanted. Email support, so you can respond to tasks inside emails. Task sharing with those that are outside the organization. A UI that is easy to understand. Cloud storage and document support. Wrike is also very reliable, it just works. Other software we tried was just to buggy and temperamental, it doesn¿t matter how many features you have if they don¿t work when the customer tries to use them (I¿m looking at you Tracky, Microsoft, software developers in general). Summary: Wrike is worth the money, the system makes since to users, they are adding great features with each update, and have great customer support and documentation. Spend the money and get software that really helps you and your team work better.

Pros: It¿s been over a year since we began using Wrike, and they continue to improve and and value. They also respond to the community and add much asked about features, i.e. Sub-Tasks. Their user interface gets easier to use with each update, thank you dashboard and descendent-tasks.

Cons: I do wish that Wrike included more user accounts for our level. It¿s hard to figure out if a person is a ¿User¿ (able to create tasks) or just a ¿Collaborator¿. And I would like them to have add the ability to have external bug task creation.

Comments: Wrike is a flexible and powerful PMS tool. Tasks can be easily categorized to allow you to handle your work in a variety of ways. Wrike is very useful for managing projects and tasks which makes your work easier and more effective and it helps the department in our company to keep organized. The communication between other departments in our company is much better and helps to get things done more effectively. The email to task function and the google chrome integration are perfect goodies. In dashboard you have a perfect overview to all assigned, to do and overdue tasks and in activity stream you get news about the work that is done in your team. Wrike is improving continually and over time they have developed many new features in order to achieve better efficiency. Best of all, they take user feedbacks to make their changes. I'm looking for new ideas, they will surely come up with.

Pros: Customize and share your dashboard, perfect support, timelog (very important to estimate project costs!), Gantt diagram, email to task function and various other integrations...

Cons: Various exports like the whole folder structure with the users who are directly shared with or the users/collaborators full list is not working. No flexibility for group avatars or platform colors or fonts. Lack of administrative control.

Pros: The collaboration and conversation tracking tools are what have kept this as part of our ongoing product development toolkit here for the past two years. It is fast, responsive, and extremely flexible, serving a variety of different team configurations.

Cons: Search! As our database has grown we have far outstripped the search capabilities of the product, to the point where we've had to add in a few hooks to our workflows to keep even the basic function working. That and partial resource loading HAVE to be the next development steps in the pipeline or the company won't retain the customer base.

Overall: Wrike is unmatched when it comes to getting a rough sense of an overall project timeline and resource needs in a fast, low-overhead manner. Where other Project Management tools have either a steep learning curve or substantial upfront cost (or both!) Wrike is ready out of the box, when you need it, and as easy to use as typing a to-do list. That coupled with the cloud-based real-time collaboration engine and you have one really versatile, richly featured tool.

Recommendations to other buyers: Brainstorm early, Gantt often, and make sure you actually check the critical path at least daily on short timeline projects.

Wrike has been a game changer for us in terms of transparency and collaboration.

Pros: We love the transparency of it. We know what everyone is working on and the status on our projects. We can report on our work and quickly make adjustments to the backlog when needed. Collaboration is better than ever before and the ability to report has been incredible.

Cons: There are some buggy things we've found with how projects are sorted in the My Work and Folders areas. It doesn't cause a major stoppage, but is more of an annoyance. We do wish that there was an icon next to a project if there are attachments on the project, just like the paperclip icon next to the title of a Task that shows that there are attachments. Also, the ability to duplicate reports and give selective rights to reports would add so much more value to an already great software.

Overall: There are many benefits we've seen but the biggest benefit is transparency, collaboration and reporting.

Pros: I like the ease, the various custom options as well as the reporting features. It is very easy to train new associates with all of the videos and collateral provided from support.

Cons: I wish there were more automation tools for assigning and completing tasks. The calendar view is just terrible. The timeline view is confusing and will not perform how we need it it. Customer service sends me to twitter for updates. I don't like that either.

Overall: By having accountability and a clear cut understanding of who is responsible for tasks, we benefit from Wrike.

Comments: Great product for work or even personal use.

Pros: Wrike is absolutely great at keeping an organized workload digitally. The subtasks really help me be more organized. Tagging or including people in tasks is so easy to do and it really helps with major projects. The multiple views they have available work from can really cater to everyone and their preferred method of viewing their tasks. It also helps to see when other people are typing in a task so you know they are working on it.

Cons: One of my cons is that clearing out your inbox in Wrike can be time consuming since you can only check them off one by one rather than select and mark as read.

Pros: I like the visuals that Wrike offer. It¿s affordable, has unique features like the robust reporting. I also enjoy the ability to mention others to gain teammates attention to the task. The communication system is quite good. I love the mobile application- it¿s organized and easy to use.

Cons: Limited functionality. I wish it had a wider range of functionality like extracting specific information from the Email and linking it to Wrike rather than adding the entire Email. There are a lot of features that Wrike doesn¿t offer but its competitors does. Moreover, it has a bit of learning curve so one must figure out how to get things done

Overall: Customizable, well organized- communication system is amazing. Robust reporting is one of the best features. So, I recommend Wrike to everyone who¿s looking for a project management software. Though it has limited features the ones it offers are top-notch.

Pros: Wrike has a very user-friendly interface, intuitive shortcuts, responsive forums and help request functions, so the answer is never far away if you get stuck. Planning tasks for the day, week, and fortnight is simple, as is managing overdue tasks and keeping an eye on critical dependencies.

Cons: Functionality is extremely limited on IE, so some team members get confused between multiple browsers when they're working. Functionality is also limited depending on the license bracket you're in, so what you see happening in the pilot won't necessarily happen if you start out on a smaller-scale once you purchase.

Overall: This software is becoming core to the central administration of projects across three teams in the service. I would not be able to manage the staff and workload here without it - delegation has become much simpler!

Comments: After reviewing a variety of PM software solutions, I recommended Wrike to the company I had recently joined. As a dedicated Project Manager, I have the luxury of dedicating time to learning how Wrike operates, setting up the folders, projects and naming conventions as other team members joined in. We were assigned a Wrike Consultant who has guided us through the steps of their Deployment Plan, ensuring we are on track and answering any questions that arise along the way. We still have more features to incorporate into our routine and we're excited about their application.

Pros: The @mention within tasks provides seamless documentation of communication between team members. The timeline view with dependencies allows for a fantastic overview of a project's progress with the freedom to adjust as necessary.

Cons: Shift+Return is generally used to enter a new paragraph. Within Wrike, it is used as a full enter - which results in a lot of submissions requiring editing because the user expects this to simply create a new paragraph. Still trying to determine how to incorporate communication from external sources (ie email from non-users or Slack messages are being copied/pasted which is time consuming and inconvenient).

Recommendations to other buyers: Use the free trial period to its full extent before committing.

Pros: Wrike is easy to use and they always seem to be adding more helpful features. The interface is easy to navigate and it's intuitive to set up project, tasks and timelines. We've mored much of our internal communication to wrike, and it allows us to keep everything related to a project in the same place.

Cons: Sometimes the dashboard views don't work for our user's needs. We end up creating custom reports to make the task lists fit our user's workflow.

Pros: I love the ability to stack tracks into folders at any level of task management. It functions much like asana, which I find to be a major plus. Though, it doesn't have the speed and ui of asana, and that was what ultimately made a switch back.

Cons: A few features were really bothersome.. First the order of tasks was Counterintuitive (and not in a good way.) when writing tasks in a list the program ordered from bottom to top instead of from top to bottom.... Because we were writing step by step systems this feature drove us crazy! Also, I think the speed could be better... It felt clunky at times.

Pros: Wrike can be a taylored ticketing solution for a company that understands the importance of teams interaction. So far we're tried at least 2 other companies, but none has given us the support that Wrike has given us. Every company is different, there cannot be a cookie cutter solution tor a ticketing system. That's why we love Wrike, we would never be able to accomplish so much without this awesome tool.

Cons: I wish there was a more intuitive integration with the Slack app. Or maybe more documentation for that matter.

Overall: It gets our team on track, meeting deadlines and avoiding emails at all cost.

Pros: What I liked about Wrike is that you can customize it on how you want to set the project, assigning a project to a specific team member and let him/her to set the scope of the project. As well the real time collaboration (comments) it's one of the good functionality of Wrike, because no one will be left behind with the progress of the project. With it's price it's definitely a good app for your team and projects.

Cons: For a first timer using Wrike you'll need a time to learn all the functionality and use of the set ups. After you able to get well with it you'll enjoy using Wrike

Comments: I work for a small sized digital ad agency and the company began using Wrike shortly before I started. The goal in using Wrike was to have one central place that we could easily see what the status was for each project we had going on at the time, who should be working on each project, what was the next step, and when it would be completed. It took a little while to organize Wrike the way that works best for us, but once we figured it out we took off running. Now, we have a setup that works perfectly for us and we utilize Wrike daily. Wrike has exceeded our expectations by being able to customize everything we need to fit our unique situation.

Pros: My favorite features of Wirke are the ability to easily duplicate complicated projects using their excel import, Gantt charts, workload view, dependencies, Outlook integration, real-time editing, and helpful support team.

Cons: The one thing I wish was expanded more in Wrike is their time-tracking feature. We utilize this a lot and it works just fine, but I wish it were more detailed. I would love to have a desktop app for just time-tracking where I could easily pause/stop/start the timer using keyboard shortcuts. Also, some of the features we would really find helpful are only offered to Enterprise users and with a company as small as ours, that really adds up.

Pros: I really liked how easy and quick it is to set-up a project / project team and get going on assigning tasks, tracking progress, etc. I think that the time tracking is quite unique to this type of product as well and find it to be very valuable. The quantity of dashboards (which are customizable) is a huge plus as well.

Cons: I think that it is priced too high, and I have found that the customer service could use work with answering questions and resolving issues quicker.

Overall: Organizational and also a benefit is being able to quickly view project dashboards to get high-level detail on how tasks are progressing.

Wrike has kept many little tasks from falling through the cracks that could hurt or delay a project. Wrike has many useful features such as the timeline function, that instantly gives you a high level picture on how your project is progressing. I am all in with this project management system.

Pros: Wrike has a lot of tools, and to name one as the best is hard. But for me, I have to say is the tasks - subtasks with dependencies, and the time tracking. This is what I always look for in a good project manager. The time-line report was very appreciated by my superior, he could see everything we were doing at once. The Print a project was really good, but limited for us. The folder and project was awesome for us, because we have so many projects at the same time.

Cons: My critic goes to the constant e-mails on everything that happens in a task or subtask. I use the daily digest and the notifications from Chrome. With a 3 persons team, I get +100 e-mails a week. It's good and bad, depends on how much you like e-mails.

Pros: Really like the overall structure of the project management and communication. Easy to use once you finally set it up to how your company manages projects. The notifications and preferences really adapt to your daily workflow, which is very beneficial.

Cons: The setup process is very time-consuming. After multiple trials, we finally found a solution for us, but it was a few projects in as we were testing it out. The only other issue is that getting everyone trained to comment in the same place, because you can put them everywhere, is annoying, but also good for follow-up.

Comments: In addition to seeing who is working on what project, this application allows each employee to be in time with respect to a calendar, Gant chart and timer. This also allows the employer to know the actual and not estimated time for each project and adjust prices accordingly.

Pros: Wrike allowed us to optimize our time. Easier to make the "dispatch " Internal communications related to projects, so easy to trace the activities of each job.

Cons: It lacks an integration that would be useful, with BaseCRM to create a task in a new project or existing project when a deal is concluded . It also lacks integration with Xero to notify Base or Xero when a contract is completed. The communication system is not intuitive enough in my opinion.

Recommendations to other buyers: I recommend Wrike for micro-enterprises and SMEs and help us to handle management tasks adequately .

Comments: As a Project Manager this software has helped me to keep track of every piece of the puzzle. As a man, it has helped me keep on top of the honey-do list. I recommend it for professional and personal use.

Pros: The familiar "Get Things Done" task management is at the core of this software. The User interface, once you are used to it, is very adaptable to your specific goals. There are desktop and mobile applications as well as a web based platform. All these sync through your account.

Cons: The product has many tutorials to watch, but it is time consuming to get started with it. The user interface is not as attractive as some other project management softwares (simply my opinion, I am really stretching to find anything that is a serious Con)

Pros: I think it does a good job of allowing customization and give great overviews to see workflows. Its nice that I can customize my dashboard differently for what works for me. I also like that there is an app however, that means you are always in contact with work.

Cons: Some of the functionality is off. The widgets should be sizable. It seems like there is a feature now but it is limited, i cannot move around or change my widgets horizontally - seems like a flaw. It also has gone down a few times since we have been using it. It is reliable, however on occasion I will get booted out, and task info will not populate.

Pros: The communication aspect in which you can tag people and keep history of conversation to look multiple parties into one project. I like the amount of visibility and collaboration within Wrike. We can quickly see what projects each artist has on their plate and adjust as needed, communicate on those projects and report on the work we do. It's been a game-changer in how we communicate our work throughout the organization. Much better to settle the workflow for projects in such a way as to inform all team of tasks about when to begin our the project. I really do like how controlling system works on errors. Also, it is wonderful monitoring service for all group

Cons: The only thing I don't like about Wrike is that there is no built-in chat app. This is more of an advice than a con of the software. Other than this no issue.

Pros: My favorite thing about Wrike is the very high level of customizability. There are so many features, and so many ways to configure your work/project. It takes some time to get used to, but customer support is there to help out when you need it. One feature in particular that isn't always available on other tools is the ability to assign a task to multiple people, which is really important for our team.

Cons: Because there are so many features and options it is easy to get lost. There are so many different views (and even customizable ones!) that it can be hard to find the exact thing you need when you are starting out.

allowed me to communicate with people around the world to supervise work management excellent too.

Pros:
My team can access the necessary work information from anywhere and at any time it is needed. If you are in a meeting with a client, or from home.

Cons:
it does not allow to load very heavy files, and it is a bit slow to enter and works only through internet connectivity.

Overall:
Share files anywhere in the world with my team.

Pros: Wrike does have a large amount of features that are necessary and useful for project management. It is customizable to some degree and customer service is willing to try help find a solution, although a solution is not always possible.

Cons: The functionality is not very intuitive and not very user-friendly. Wrike does give you the ability to customize features so with enough time and patience, you can often find some way of getting things to work for your needs.

On of the BEST out there!

Pros: This program just rocks! Easy to adapt for any type of industry or office type. No software to install, and can be accessed anywhere even on a mobile device!

Cons: It does take some time to get setup just right, and some options that you would think would be self explanatory or actually pretty hard to implement.

Comments: Wrike is excellent for prioritizing and tracking progress tasks. As tasks come up, I generally create the task and tag it in the relevant categories then go back and flush it out to spec the task. Wrike automatically lets you follow tasks you've created that are assigned to other and lets you follow and have other follow relevant tasks for updates.

Pros: In contrast to other task management apps I've used, the user interface is clean and works well both on desktop and on the mobile apps. The way wirke has designed notifications is great: the notifications are obvious but not in the way of the getting other work done. Nesting subtasks and creating dependancies is also tell designed.

Cons: Setting up Wrike took some to reach the right custom set up. An automatic date assignment feature for certain tags would be useful. I'm not sure that the "my work" section is an effective or a good use of the dashboard space, at least for how we're using this tool.

Pros: Been trying many project management application for a while trying to get my team more effective. Wrike is one of the best. It is very easy to customize and easy to understand. You create projects, tasks, subtasks. You assign those tasks to people. You update/set values of your tasks. There is many customization you can create like creating your own parameters. You can create a timeline. All those feature work fines. Also many integrations

Cons: Dependencies are hard to setup and represent on the time line. You absolute needs date and time to make it organized on the line, but when the project is not started and still in design, I don't when it will start and stop. Let me set "number of hours" and "hours per day" and create it for me editing not always easy

Recommendations to other buyers: It's a very nice task management system, but when it come to project, you need to work in a canned world, following their steps. You can add parameters, but sometimes it's not enough. The price kill it! If you need advanced features like "custom parameters" it gets very expansive! Thx but no thx.

Pros: It gives decent options for set due dates and recurring tasks. Good interactive gantt (called time-line) to change dates on the go. I liked the sleek look and feel of Basecamp better.

Cons: It has many features and very good for project management. Not very useful for a product launch. It was a pain to setup users in the system and the nested tasks within tasks are complicating the look and feel of things. prices are very high compared to the market.

How to Introduce Wrike

Comments: I have always known the importance of having a structure and interactive forum for workflow. A friend recently recommended Wrike as the next best tool for doing this, as I have used other programs in the past that have been helpful in the nonprofit world. Upon entering a new world of research work I have had to re-organize my excitement for Wrike in a way that made sense for research, a culture which moves much more slowly than nonprofits. I think the most helpful think about the Wrike community is the support of its staff. I have had many questions about the tools, and what method of project management made sense for my team and I have consistently been directed to an article or process that would help me to tailor my approach to be more helpful. This has been a great support in making the case to my team that this is a program that can take what is already working for them, build on that, and fill in the blanks where they still have needs.

Pros: Quick response when I have a question Ability to look at my own workflow independent of others Ability to quickly see completed, and outstanding tasks in a visual diagram Ability to take snapshots of work and send to others

Cons: I wish there was more training available on Wrike. There is an option to earn training through the Wrike club but that process seems long. Referrals to trainings for project management methods compatible would be helpful.

Pros: The time tracker and reporting have proven extremely valuable. We are able to pull a report for any given client and review our total hours for sending invoices and it allows us to review our tasks, and which required the most time etc.

Cons: Some of the elements within task creation seem to be redundant (i.e. priority level vs. starred tasks). There are always more features I am not aware of, but constantly learning new ways to approach organization and task management. Some of the folders and sub folder creation is confusing - could be more user friendly and streamlined. Otherwise gets the job done.

Wrike is very easy to use and especially easy to search for projects.

Pros: I love how easy it is to search for certain projects and how you can make your cases populate at the type so it's easy to jump into them to update.

Cons: I wish the time tracking was a bit easier to use and I wish that you could modify your time added to a task and not have to delete it and start over.

Pros: The way you can see your Team performance anytime, timeline is my favorite view!! Control Panel also is a good way to see what you have for today i.e. Another useful feature is thay you can create dependence between tasks...and once task 1 is completed, the responsable for task2 is notified, so he can start to work. You can set priorities easily. It's easy to use, both for the person who control de project or tasks, and the team responsable for the execution. The customer support is also excellent... I've used it, and if you do not find answers in the app help, the chat is fast and effective!!

Cons: I have to say, The price is the only point that I have in the cons side.... It's too expensive... It's probably the best GTD software, but the price is too much, even when you use the basic plan, and not all the features are available...

Overall: Improvements in timmings and communication among the team, visibility of the team performance anytime you want.

I research project management software monthly, and time after time, Wrike has been the winner.

Pros: I love that Wrike's UI is super clean and customizable. It doesn't feel like I'm using ancient software, and it's easy for our new team members to jump right in!

Cons: A lot of the customizable features are locked behind higher pay walls, even if you just want to unlock 1 of the many they have.

I love the way on how you can communicate the tasks and escalate it to all the staff whit just simple steps.

Cons: Not that much to complain about but it will be great if we could have more aesthetics on the platform to make it more interactive.

Pros: All I can say is that when I use Wrike daily, I definitely see my productivity go up. While Wrike is an easy, well-organized way to keep on top of my own tasks, it's most useful for staying on top of projects that require multiple people or departments. For someone in a department like mine where different people swap off on the same tasks from month to month and where good project visibility and communication is important, you can't beat Wrike for convenience. Wrike makes it easy to "set it and forget it" for tasks in the future as well, so there's no panicking at the last minute due to forgetting a followup task. It's also easy to delegate projects or parse out different tasks within a project.

Cons: I wish there was a better way to clarify people's roles on the project. Sometimes, when multiple people are assigned for visibility purposes, it's not immediately clear who is really supposed to be doing it. Comments fix this somewhat, but a better way to define roles would be great.

Recommendations to other buyers: I don't know if this is the most powerful option out there, and it's probably not the most customizable, but if you want a simple, highly convenient, and masterfully organized tool, then you should definitely look into Wrike.

Wrike Pros
Gantt chart -- This helps with projects that are complex and require various tasks or phases to be completed in order to develop a final project.

Pros: I worked with Wrike for close to a year at my previous job and found it easy to learn and use. I reviewed and completed trials on several project management/collaboration services before recommending Wrike to the higher-ups. It had all of the features needed for our 15-20 person department.

Cons: No cons for Wrike. I said from the beginning that our department would only get as much out of the system as we put into it...unfortunately, the majority of users do not like change. Wrike in and of itself is a great option for project management and collaboration for small or larger teams.

Pros: Wrike is a great program to use for teams and even individuals. It helps with organization and task lists and task assignment.

Cons: The interface had a little too much going on. It was not easy to get used to it and it requires more than minimal effort to make a productive routine. I ended up liking the program but we were unsuccessful in getting our team to get on board with it because it took them too long to learn the ins and outs.

Pros: Some of the things I like best: - The ability to collaborate effectively and efficiently with remote coworkers. Our team is spread over 3 countries. Except for occasional time zone issues, our lack of proximity is never a concern! - Wrike offers several different methods of tracking projects, including a timeline view that provides team members with the ability to see all assigned projects. Managers can see a "birds eye view" of all projects for their team. - The ability to create sub-tasks offers even greater efficiency in assigning small parts of a larger task to individual collaborators. - Wrike's user support is outstanding. Whenever we have had issues along the way, a request for support always results in a very fast response and a satisfying end result!

Cons: We wish that we had access to a fully customizable calendar without purchasing the enterprise version of Wrike. Though calendar integration is possible with iCal, I would much prefer a calendar that is native within Wrike.

Recommendations to other buyers: Are you looking for a program that allows your team members to collaborate and communicate remotely? Are your team managers looking for ways to oversee many projects at once? From one place?
