### "Violation Glitch"

Fairly decent with a few annoying glitches. Would be good if something could be done about them. ( as stated above)

Pros

Ease of use. I don’t have much else to say.

Cons

The fact that we keep getting violation notices even when we are off duty and have up loaded the information. Especially my self. As I get a notice of violation almost every day.

It has been a great experience with Titan GPS, we use it everyday for our company and the people we deal with through Titan are always helpful and get things done in a matter of minutes.

Pros

The customer service is amazing, anytime you call the person on the other end is always cheerful and have an amazing attitude. They always figure whatever is needed out fast which is very appreciated

Cons

It would be that it doesn't give notifications on the app if a driver has a violation or malfunction which would help the drivers in knowing when they are over hours or have left themselves on duty

Pros

so really liked the auto connect better it was way easier to use on my phone the new one is way to small and not as good.

Cons

It’s way to small and hard to manage compared to auto connect

Im able to track my units and redirect them to where they're needed.

Overall, a very pleasant experience. We have had great success in the tracking of our fleet and have enjoyed the insurance discounts as well.

Pros

The accuracy of location details as well as the integrated street view.

Cons

The coordination for installation was a bit difficult to manage as the installation department was hard to reach at times. We also experienced a technical issue after install on one of our vehicles that they were not helpful with until I pointed out their absurdity.

Overall the support staff are helpful when their services are needed, although reaching support via phone is a challenge. Via email or support ticket is the way to go

Pros

Easy web services and portal. The installation is very straightforward. There are a lot of options and reports you can run on the portal.

Cons

The AP1 camera units we had were plagued with bugs and issues. We completely switched to just GPS OBD2 dongles and haven't had any major issues since then.

I have a really tough time thinking about giving this company more business because what is stopping them from doing this again in 5 years and forcing everyone to purchase more hardware.

Pros

While it worked it performed as advertised.

Cons

I purchased their CTS tracking solutions product back in 2019. Roger’s is no longer supporting the 3G network and I was given notification that all of the hardware I purchased will no longer work. They gave me recommendations on other products I could purchase with zero compensation or trade in value with my current system.

Simple to use & analyze, It is a great tool for locating and monitoring different equipment or assets at any given time as needed

none really, The system seems to meet all of our needs at our shop,i do not think any changes need to be made at this point,

We’ve done test runs on with other GPS companies that were anything but impressive. Titan makes sense for any business looking for Fleet management.

Pros

Common sense platform, 24/7 tech help, price and availability.

Cons

I have nothing bad to say about Titan at all.

Pros

Being able to locate vehicles almost at all times

Cons

The trailers and equipment don’t update their location very often which makes it hard to see equipment moving between job sites; and live video feed cuts out

Frustrating - constantly making changes to logs.

Pros

I find it hard to find any pros with this program

Cons

\- Once you log out for the day, and log out of app, it will log you back on duty at midnight following the completion of day. - Constantly logging unuseful events. Malfuctions and unidentified driver when blue tooth is working. - a lot of times does not show driving or location of vehicle when driving.

Terrible. Horrible. Wish I never heard of them. DO NOT BUY

Pros

Not a thing. I was ripped off and taken advantage of like the fella with the title “taken for a $$ ride”

Cons

I asked specifically if we would need the with the new regulations, told them about our company and how far we travel and they said oh yes. They en suggested a contract as it would be “cheaper” for me and cost me a ridiculous amount of money when I found out we didn’t need the at all. I tried to resolve with them, and basically was told too bad. I can’t even give these piece of crap things away. DO NOT BUY Also customer service, don’t bother commenting that you will reach out. That’s a load of crap too.

Very Poor. The customer service is terrible. I've never dealt with a company like that in my life. Nothing but issues and the response is almost non existent. They don't return calls or emails. Sometimes drivers cannot log in. The tablet they provided is thinking and thinking and does not log the drivers in. No use calling to complain.

Pros

There is nothing I like about it. There are lots of issues with freezing, unable to log in, not updating etc.

Cons

Customer service is terrible. They will not try to resolve your issues. The software does not update like it should. Sometimes it shows truck idling for all night in the app when it has been shut off overnight.

We previously stand well too much time on the telephone locating service Cruise and seeing how much time they have spent on site. It has also helped us to understand aggressive driving habits of certain drivers and solve those problems.

Pros

Easy to use features that are as Simple or as in depth as you wish them to be. We find the array of custom reports available to be an incredible time saving for our office staff and install crews alike.

Cons

I have no truely negative comments. The software seems to be regularly updated and improving with technological ability.

### "Customer Service Call Out"

I have had fabulous customer service! Representatives are extremely helpful. When I call for a question, quite often reps will stop in to present 'hands on' tutorials. Cannot thank the team enough.

Pros

I like the ability to track several assets accessing a certain location. My customers will call to see when a certain product has been picked up, weeks after we have dropped it off, and I am able to easily landmark locations. My customer is happy with the information, which makes my company look good. All thanks to Titan GPS.

Cons

I do not have any complaints with this product.

### "Very Useful GPS Tools"

Overall, CTS is a very robust tool that our operations use for a variety of functions: operations, dispatch, IFTA reporting, HOS auditing, and sales across our Canadian and US operations. The team at CTS is very helpful and a pleasure to work with, and are quick to resolve customer service issues. Some report generation is sluggish due presumably to the sheer volume of data and the dashboard is often delayed when changes are made to assets/landmarks which requires a refresh to correct.

Pros

\- GPS dashboard is user friendly overall - customer service excellent - good reports and alerts

Cons

\- device installation can be cumbersome - pelican GPS units and driver ID fobs require constant oversight
