Pros: -ease of use - all in one facilities maintenance software - lets you separate tickets by location and allows you to tag assets

Cons: - Needs to add a feature that allows the requestor of the work order to comment back and forth with the technician.

A great way to stay ahead!

Pros: I really like how easy it is to organize and inform my team of work orders and ongoing projects. creating new work orders is a snap if you take the time to do it. And they don't get lost in the shuffle. It's easy receive reminders on projects. Also, I can't say enough about "Assets" I'm able to keep a library of information about the equipment I work on and update new equipment as needed

Cons: I would like to add more users without the cost! But, I guess most would like to have a little extra for little effort sometimes.

Pros: Ease of use, easy to deploy, learning curb for users of any skill level is minimal. One of the best mobile application UI. Have been using it for a year with out any complaints from users. Loved the feature which allow non-registered users to make request and track progress of request from a web browser.

Cons: The pricing structure should be a more aggressive as competitors offer for lesser. Reporting and dashboard services should be available for all subscribers.

Overall: We were able to streamline maintenance requests and set proper processes for approvals and procurements of assets.

Pros: I loved having the ability to self onboard the system, and training my team of its use only took a minute!

Cons: The only con I have found is the lack of ability to select a default worker/team for new work orders. as it is now the default worker assigned is the user creating the work order.

Overall: simple method assigning, tracking, and archiving work done.

Helps keep our team organized and efficient. Helps management to see the work being accomplished

Pros: Keeps everyone on the same page and helps to organize our parts inventory for our machines. Staying up to date on tasks is very good too.

Cons: I am unable to edit parts that I have added to inventory. Being able to view certain aspects (ie assets) in ways other than lists would be nice.

Comments: I good investment no matter the size and scope of your organization. It delivers where other software programs come up short.

Pros: This software program has a complete offering to best manage assets, building equipment, and inventory. Clean and easy to use with enough category separation to truly manage all the pieces of a property or multi-unit properties. Solid time and cost analysis to physically see work production vs idol activity that creates no value. The software program delivers on all turns. Asset management is no problem and tracking is simple.

Comments: I think that Upkeep is a good choice for any size project and it was definitely the best value option that our company came across.

Pros: The best parts of Upkeep that our team experienced were the API functionality, the great customer support, and the simple user interface. We saved money on maintenance and training.

Cons: The only main downside to Upkeep is that it does not offer all of the functionality that a more expensive CMMS provides. However, on multiple occasions, I have asked Upkeep's development team to add features or documentation, and they were very receptive and speedy.

Great service and support before and after the sale. Easy to use with a great interface for our crew

Pros: Ease of use, excellent service/support. Our maintenance guys who are not necessarily tech savvy picked it right up and ran with it. They were shocked to see how much work they were actually doing once they were able to track it!

Cons: The per-user cost for technicians may be prohibitive to some, fortunately we got a great discount as a non-profit.

Upkeep has streamlined and enhanced our company's ability to manage our fleet of equipment.

Pros: The thing I like most about Upkeep is its mobile usability and friendly interface. It is very easy to use, yet it contains the depth needed to manage our large fleet of equipment.

Cons: There is nothing I dislike about Upkeep, other than recommending a few small custom tweaks in our work order functionality.

Overall: It has enhanced our company's ability to manage, in a user-friendly way, our large fleet of equipment, eliminating the hassle of consistently having to manually update spreadsheets, as well as giving us all of the information we need in the palm of our hand.

Very fast and easy to get started across my whole organization.

Pros: Lower friction for end users means that all of them use it reliably and our team can go to one place for managing our tickets.

Cons: Sometimes takes longer than I want to wait for the site or app to refresh when I'm trying to work quickly.

Overall: Lower cost, better end user buy-in and better communication with our Facility team.

There are no other CMMS with this feature set at this price point.

Pros: Easiest sell to the boss. "For that much? Just do it."
Lowest training time. Share an email address with requesters. Users take 10 minutes to be up and running.
Has all we need to develop a more responsive facilities management team.

Cons: We have had one occasion when audible updates didn't come through on our phones, but the team at UpKeep were very responsive and the problem was fixed in minutes.

Overall: Quicker response time to maintenance requests.
Improved request rates. People don't let things go out of not knowing how to report a problem.
Tracking of expenses by asset or location.
Easier scheduling of service personnel.

Pros: There are many things to like about this software.. If I had to pick my #1 top thing it would be that its extremely easy to use! They have it laid out so well and it's easy to follow and track your work orders and supplies! It was well thought out by the developers!

Overall: A lot of benefits! Able to track items and work orders.. Be able to view them and keep everyone updated on where that work order stands. Having multiple users so everyone is accountable for their assigned tasks! Just an overall great software!

Simple to use , very efficient for my team, keep track of asset and inventory.

Pros: Being able to keep track of my team members quality of work with the required signature function is extremely helpful. The low inventory reminder is also one of my favorite.

Cons: I find the limitation on the Dashboard difficult to do presentations. However, I was informed but upkeep team members that they are improving this feature.

Overall: Maintenance team communication was immensely improved. Work orders were being completed in an order of importance.

Keeping track of assets and maintenance across a dozen different spaces with over three dozen users.

Pros: - The Customer Support is top notch!
- Being able to use both the desktop and mobile versions.
- The ability to enter detailed information about assets and create barcodes for each.
- Being able to streamline maintenance requests through the Work Order Request Portal.
- Having a central location from which to receive, approve, corral and track the progress of Work Orders.

Overall: Keeping track of assets and maintenance across a dozen different spaces with over three dozen users.

Pros: Easy to use. neat and organized. Accountability for users and assets. Customer service fast polite and friendly.

Cons: only problem i have is printing work orders from mobile app. Which is not a really big deal, just time consuming. Have to send it to yourself in email then print one by one.

Overall: More accountability for maintenance.

Pros: Ease of use on mobile devices, including pictures. UI is clean and understandable. No real training is required, and questions are quickly answered via instant messaging.

Cons: Apple app development seems to be ahead of Android app development. Occasionally pages can be a little slow to update.

Overall: Great way to task and track maintenance work.

Pros: Customer service plus the ability for any of my team to submit a request. The way they submit the request is very simple so they don't have to be really trained how to use the system. Has helped us create more than just a paper trail for our equipment, it has allowed us to demonstrate our stewardship and our ongoing efforts to proactively maintain our equipment. I also really like that the software is web based and bridges across all platforms we use. We have iPads, Android phones, iPhones, and Microsoft based computers. This allows each of our users to be able to have access at anytime.

Cons: Would be nice to be able to schedule recurring PM's Monthly on a day not just a date. This is a minor detail though that is easily solved with just a little more front end work on the scheduling.

Overall: Helps us demonstrate to our Corporate Family that we are being good stewards of their equipment. Allows us to track the PMs as well as the breakdowns. Has helped increase accountability and communication with the team.

Decided to use upkeep to have a better control of in house maintenance in our 171 bedroom property.

Pros: Easy to use. Mobile friendly. Allows to take a picture when logging in work order which is a great help.

Cons: Can't make work orders in bulk which is a bit of the headache when you want to create same work order for 171 different locations.

Overall: Tracking of all work orders that were previously logged in via different channels. Tracking of time spend on each work order. Long term I can see that this software will not only make my job easier but wil allow me as well to save some monies.

Pros: I can access this software from my Ipad or Iphone or via compputer. It hlelps me to view incentory and fleet maintenance needs

Cons: still has some limitations even with the pro subscription. The file system is kind of hard to imput into vehicle info

Pros: Web access, Cost, easy to use, phone app. Students are assigned lab work just like if they were on the job using work orders.

Cons: Would like to be able to upload larger files for manuals, or link to our own ftp site to enable this.

Pros: CUSTOMER SERVICE IS EXCELLENT. ANY QUESTIONS YOU HAVE DAY OR NIGHT THEY WILL ANSWER USUALLY WITHIN 5 MINUTES. THEY HAVE VIDEOS TO SHOW YOU HOW TO USE IT & ARE HAPPY TO WALK YOU THROUGH THE SITE.

Cons: Customizing is a little tricky you have to find what works for you company on the sites use. Work orders kinda get mixed up a few times here and there.

Pros: The software allows you to be creative. You can tailor the software to fit just about any application!

Cons: I don't like that their is a Premium version of the software for more $. I know that just about any software or property maintenance software offers an upgraded version that includes more features or benefits. It's pretty simple, the Premium subscription has features that would make most people say "Oh the heck with it, I'll pay the additional fees" even though it feels like you should get all of the features in my opinion.

Pros: I have recently inherited a mid sized manufacturing site with lots of process and plant equipment. Site was proper old school with paper maintenance records (where they existed..!). this Software is super easy to setup and get going. Our Operational managers love the Mobile app for raising WO's. they can capture an image of a problem and send it direct to the team. Support was a concern initially (We are in Scotland, UPKEEP in west coast USA) No issues with support what so ever. Guys are super attentive at getting back with answers to questions or up coming features. Great Customer Experience. Well Done guys

Cons: Different reports would be nice which i believe the guys are working on.
Additional fields to allow a more configurable request form.

Overall: Stream line jobs coming into the engineering department.

Pros: UpKeep has sped up my job tracking and has increased profitability by being able to see both labor and part expenses quickly. It has also freed up my time as an owner, having instant live info available for several jobs at my fingertips. It has freed up labor time for my workers in the same way, instantly knowing who, what , when, where, and how a project is going, no need to "go looking" for answers. The photo option keeps EVERYONE on the same page as to how something needs to be or was done, The app is very user friendly for me and my employees. The simplicity makes it easy to use and navigate. Customer support is top notch and Very fast. There is always someone available to help or answer questions.

Cons: UpKeep has very little cons if any in my book, I just wish I had time to take benefit of more of its options. I do feel its a little expensive for my small business, but I am seeing it pay for itself the longer we use it.

Overall: More time and income and less headaches!!

This program has been great for our staff. The customer service & response time has been excellent.

Pros: The program itself is pretty simple. It has been great for tracking purposes & the work orders from Upkeep that we leave in resident apartments are professional & informative.

Cons: A designated area for the resident name & contact number or email would be beneficial for us. We hope the notifications can be condensed to only the team that the work order was assigned to.

Really just getting off the ground with this, and it has been great.

Pros: Love the mobility of this program working off of mobile devices is great for how we use it. I have student employees who live with their phones, and this helps get the information to them quickly and they can take that information and run with it. Customer Service has been one of the greatest things about this program!!!!

Cons: Would love to be able to copy work orders from the desk top. It can be done from mobile device, but I use both as the admin, and that feature would help me.

Pros: Easy to Use, assigning projects to teams and individuals is great! The APP is awesome, I could not do this job without it.

Cons: No in app ability to add pictures to work orders. It would be great to set reminders within the work order to remind forgetful employees to do the work!

Pros: Software is easy to use and felt it quite useful especially when you are working for a company and need to report. Also for tracking purpose, it's good and brief software to work on.

Cons: Need more filters to be applied in order to flow this software like water especially when you are working for a company and need to get specific results / data. I strongly recommend to add "Closed Date (when the Work Order being Closed)" at least on Top Priority Basis to get more oriented results. I ask for the same back before when i started using this software but till now nothing is being done. Hope it would be considered.

Overall: It is very much required for me as i am working for a maintenance company and i need to track the progress in the field.

Pros: The ability to handle work orders from almost any device and communicate within the application. Also the ability to accept signatures and photos within each work order.

Pros: Staff likes ease of use and particularly the mobile app for out in the field. I like the notifications when work is completed. Upkeep staff was very helpful in answering questions.

Cons: Repeating task scheduler is a little cumbersome when editing work orders. limited amount of fields to separate equipment information. Having to click on an update tab to see updates to work orders. Would be nice to see everything upfront on the work order.

Pros: I like being able to list my inventory and my assets and being able to see it on my phone while i'm away from my computer is great

Cons: I would like to break my inventory up into more groups as well as different work orders in a cleaner one page system so people on the yard maintenance could see their things and the shop crew can see their things

Overall: I was able to go away from paper copies of equipment work orders

Great app for maintenance. It's easy to create work orders and integrate ops. and other areas.

Pros: Easy to create work orders. Good for departements integration and can be linked to other softwares such as klipfolio for easy access to your data. Fast reply of the developer in the case of need, or for app improvement

Cons: Problems at saving files after changing network. Just recently the app has added the capability to attach files, but before it wasn't possible.

Overall: Filing of data, work records, etc.

Comments: Great app- Customer rep is Great!

Pros: Very easy to use and responsive. Works on all web browsers and is very intuitive on the phone app. The app has never crashed on me or lost my data.

Cons: Features such as "units" do not apply to my particular use and take up unnecessary space. perhaps they could add a feature where you can filter the options given on a work order. Not a con for anyone besides me though!

Comments: Great prices, great product.

Pros: I LOVE that they have an app. I think this is critical for the easy of use for the technicians. I also like that you can add pictures, details, location, asset, importance to each work order. With each new work order, the person assigned can get a notification on their phone, this helps with the endless phone calls that my maintenance director previously received.

Cons: It would be nice if there were two separate apps, one for requesters and one for technicians and other users. I also wish there was a way to deny a request through the program.

We love this app! It's what keeps our maintenance group organized

Comments: Our rep and his group have been very response to any issues and communications.

Pros: Love the picture feature which allows anyone to see exactly what the issue is instead of just relying on descriptions. Very easy to use

Cons: Wish the billing was connected to the app so that we could delete and add users, etc and it would be automatically reflected on our account from a billing standpoint.

Comments: I really love that I can add files, pictures, or parts to individual tasks and set the priority level !!

Pros: I Love that I can create work orders on-the-go I can send on spot info about a job as i'm actually there! Also, I get notifications when tasks are updated, and receive alerts straight from my app!

Cons: I think this is the best software I've used to date - so no complaints here! I can truly only give complements!

Comments: This has been a fairly easy App to start using right away... And any questions I've had on any of the features have been answered through the UpKeep Reps...

Pros: I like how the Work Orders flow and can be set for a repetitive schedule. This helps with the functionality of the work flow so once the Work Orders are set the workload is limited in maintaining a Work Schedule for our people... We also like how easy it is to attach pics to work orders from any mobile device that is setup with the App. A picture is truly worth a thousand words (especially when it comes to data plates)...

Cons: We need an option in the Work Order creation to have a custom frequency setting besides the preset frequencies listed in the drop down.

Comments: Just the history tab

Pros: Very easy to use and you can archive and search closed work orders later. The inventory section makes it very easy to keep track of what you have.

Cons: Feel that it needs a history tab in the assets section to log notes about each asset. Other than that Its great

Comments: would like to see it send an email to the requester when their project is closed.

Pros: That its an app. In this format I have it readily accessible at any time and it allows me to add items on the fly. By being able ot do this I can communicate to the staff the priority of a project with out sending emails and or calling them.

Cons: That it costs extra for the Dashboard. In my opinion this should be included in the price as it is an indicator of maintenance progress as well

Comments: We had been using another well-known service for around two years, but it was complicated and difficult to use even for our most technically literate staff. Comments: I would recommend UpKeep for my fellow property managers and their teams.

Pros: As a property manager, I was looking for simple software my team could use to eliminate paper work orders and simplify reporting. UpKeep was easy to start-up, is user friendly, and has the reporting capability I need.

Cons: So far, I have not found any negatives. It meets our needs on a daily basis. We have not needed to consult support for help.

Comments: Upkeep has totally simplified the maintenance process here at our company. We are no longer scrambling. Pros: The app is a really great way to create work orders and manage them. But their customer service is even better. When I first started using this app I ran into some issues with application to my business. They were quick to respond and help me work through them and then followed up to ensure the problem was resolved.

Cons: This app might not be for everyone but it is still a great program. More user defined features would be great but still for the price you can't beat it.

Pros: I would rate the product very highly for its ease of use and implementation. The other obvious plus point being minimum hardware investment as most of the people already have a smartphone.

Comments: Since we started using the app the productivity of my shop crew has increased immensely. The ability to have ALL my workers request repairs or other maintenance for FREE has given them some since of ownership and pride in finding even minor issues. The ability to print the work order and have it on file is a HUGE plus when the state (OSHA) does our annual Saftey audit!

Pros: The ability to have before and after photos included in the printable PDF

Cons: The fact that you must "edit" the work order to add the after photos the developers are fixing this already

Comments: I enjoy the visual aspect of this software for my property management needs. It has been a breeze to learn, and anytime I have a question, the team are very quick to respond. Probably because they use their own software and stay on top of their tasks. If you haven't used this software yet, I would definitely recommend giving it a try. You won't be disappointed!

Comments: Upkeep has allowed me to easily make maintenance requests at the school where I work. I can upload pictures of whatever needs fixing as well as rank it by priority. This has helped the maintenance crew fulfill my requests quickly and efficiently.

Comments: UpKeep is a fantastic application. It has helped us streamline our work order process. We used to have to keep up with multiple logs in the facility, but now all work orders are entered into UpKeep, the maintenance department is notified immediately, and the administrator gets a notification when the work order is completed so that a follow-up inspection can be performed. We absolutely love the convenience and the accountability it has brought to our work order process.

Pros: We really like the ability to take pictures of the issue and the added note section that gives more space to describe things, if needed.

Cons: Have not found any.

Comments: I have been using this management software for 4 months now. I have loved the ease of the mobile app and the internet program as well. The ease of creating a new work order and editing is fantastic. I would recommend this app to anyone.

Pros: The app is easy to use and I can communicate much easier through this app than through texting my boss. It's also more organized than previous plans.

Cons: The notification part of it is a little overwhelming. It needs to be called down a bit but other than that it is no big deal

Pros: UpKeep is very user friendly. It helps track, maintenance workers as well as our aging equipment.

Cons: Being an non-profit we are always looking at costs. Unfortunately the costs stop us from adding on additional people.

Overall: Upkeep helps us better track maintenance requests, and also see what equipment might need replacing.
