Pros

What I like the most is that you can track so much information. You can set up alerts to employees to complete tasks that would normally be done on paper.

Cons

It can be a bit daunting when creating forms or adding equipment.

Pros

Support. Currently working close with iScout team to implement iScout as the primary database for the Quality Management System (QMS).

Cons

The hesitation for proposed/potential new development.

Duplication of material make for some videos to be monotonous.
