Overall, KPA has made our everyday procedures much easier so that we can ensure our team is always safe. We prefer the electronic documentation compared to paper since we can no longer lose the docuements.

Pros

KPA offers many valuable features and functions that make our everyday jobs easier. KPA has great reporting features when looking back at submitted forms. In addition, KPA has a mobile application that is great for submitting forms when you have no internet connection.

Cons

There is some limitations when it comes to the training aspect like ease of use, training flexabilty, and lesson creation.

Overall, my experience has been phenomenal from using the mobile app to training program.

Pros

I like how easy and accessible training videos are on how to use the program on Youtube. Arlo is amazing at answer and helping me out on any questions I have.

Cons

Haven't found any issues yet. I have been enjoying all the challenges and user-friendly videos on YouTube.

I sing the praises of KPA to every one I meet. Once employees in the company realized how easy it was to use the implementation went through the roof. Everybody wanted to add their forms/resources to KPA and it has become an integral part of our operation.

Pros

This software is simple for the administrator and the user. It simply works. Employees are able to log in and get right to work without learning a whole bunch of new processes.

Cons

The biggest sticking point for us is the ability to add options to the testing. The quiz function is limited to multiple choice and it would be nice to add an option for a short answer question. We also would like the ability to add an optional training in a composed training which would help us automate our entire progression system.

The customer service is excellent. KPA is easy to use and navigate through. The platform offers multiple tools such as the training module, equipment, and QR codes that help us utilize one enterprise-wide solution. The offline functionality is critical for our field operators to submit incidents and inspections in areas that have limited to no service. KPA is very easy for administrators to build and make updates to the system.

Pros

The user interface, ease of use for administrators! Most importantly, the exceptional customer service!!!

Cons

Not HIPPA compliant. Would like more functionality with building reports and adding more capabilities with building rules within the forms.

I haven't even thought about looking for another company to switch to. If you're looking for something you can tailor to your company needs, KPA should not be overlooked, it can be pricey but it has done its job for us.

Pros

Customizable forms and trainings User Friendly Able to contact support with any questions or issues Has an app that can do most things the website version can Feedback is accepted and applied to future releases

Cons

My cons are minor and they will always take feedback to improve the product Tutorials could use some work but they are improving Features they add are almost perfect but usually missing a key piece

We are a short term user at this time, and still have a lot to learn about the system and how to best utilize it for our company, but what we do use, we are very happy with it. Customer support is probably the best part of the experience so far. They are always ready to help. even with the smallest of detail.

Pros

Pros to using the KPA system are many, from accountability, to reporting, to the ease of use. Building forms are are very easy and gives you a variety of options to choose from for each entry. Editing the form is just as easy.

Cons

The part that I have difficulty with in KPA are assigning the workflows of each form. There are so many things you can do with the workflow, that it can get a bit over whelming until you get the hang of it.

So far KPA has been a huge success and has been a cost savings as well as a time saver.

Pros

KPA is easy to use, and has a lot of good tools to help our safety department. In the past we used spread sheets for everything, and this has really lightened the load.

Cons

Initial roll out felt rushed by KPA, that area could be better.

Pros

KPA software is easy to use and streamlined. Not only do we consistently hear this feedback from our workforce, but we were able to build the software from scratch and implement KPA to our workforce in only a month.

Cons

Education during the implementation process was left to the admins too much. It was a self-serve process. The videos were helpful, but we would've liked to have been able to let some of our implementation cost be earned a little more.

The fact that employees have access to the system no matter where they are. They can access from a phone/tablet out on location, to a person that is in an office setting with access to computers.

Setting up trainings and forms. Once they are set, things are great, but I would like to be able to import my ppts and/or forms into the system directly.

IScout has allowed Conquest to seamlessly create, manage, store, revise and retrieve every aspect of our HSE Management System. Of all programs I previously use with previous companies, IScout is the most simplistic and user friendly while presenting the most professional formatted operating system to date.

Pros

The simplicity and user friendliness of the software.

Cons

Unable to customize and tailor cosmetics of reports. Most reports look identical to each other.

Training and videos and worth it. The videos can have your own pictures in and the content works and makes it all worth it.

Cons

We are using KPA EHS for our training platform. It has been great as we are able to offer high quality online training to our employees, who are primarily out in the field. It is also easy to manage and integrate, saving lots of time and offering a better view into our overall training and compliance.

Pros

Nearly every step of our journey with KPA EHS has been fantastic. Getting set up and integrating with our existing systems was as easy as it could go, the product itself is easy to use and works great, and the team behind the product is awesome to work with.

Cons

About the only thing I can comment as a minus is that I wish there was a bit more flexibility with some of the API functions, like more ways to sort and filter, but as is it still works super well.

Pros

There are countless features within iScout that I can rave about, but one of the most helpful features for me as a business owner is the ability to receive reports and updates regularly to my email inbox. For example, I receive an emailed pdf report every Thursday showing me which drills and inspections are up to date and which ones are overdue. This gives me peace of mind and helps me manage my business with little effort! I can instantly take action if needed to ensure the drills and inspections are completed right away if they show up as overdue.

Cons

This really isn't a con...the sky really is the limit with iScout! There are so many features and options for customization, which makes it a bit overwhelming. The customer service is OUTSTANDING, and iScout has been incredibly helpful breaking it down for us to help us get started. We are working through one section at a time to build it out and make it work for our needs.

We have been able to track accidents/incidents better and faster to reduce them.

Pros

The ease of use in the field on the mobile app for the guys, but getting them to use on their phones has been the complicated part. Can't force have to show them why it's a value to them as well as the company.

nothing at this time, I think this app is a great benefit to all companies.

Pros

I've been plunged into trying to figure out KPA and without much guidance I've been able to answer any questions I've had eventually.

Cons

Didn't have a natural beginning point for learning about the different features, felt like I was starting mid conversation.
