In a lot of workplaces, people hesitate to share their real thoughts, especially about sensitive topics like company culture or management, because they worry about potential backlash. Pros I’ve been using Incogneato at work for a while now, and it’s honestly a great to give feedback without feeling exposed. I can be completely honest about things like our culture or benefits. The themed prompts every month make it easy to focus on specific areas. I like that I can submit my feedback every month Cons sometimes it feels a little too simple. I wish there were more ways to see how the feedback is being used or if anything is changing because of it.
