It improved employee performance because they are more committed to quality and performance, and receiving recognition motivates them more to do their jobs well. Surveys also help validate employee stress levels or satisfaction, so action can be taken to improve if something goes wrong.

Pros

It improves the employee experience with engagement tools that provide recognition and better drive performance with an easy-to-use interface that we can all learn very quickly. Weekly surveys ensure that employees receive accurate recognition. All the features provide a clear view of each employee's performance in their area, allowing them to properly incentivize those who deserve it.

Cons

The customer support service is slow in responding to tickets because they have limited hours, and if an urgent ticket is submitted, it can take up to 3 days to be resolved.

It is okay wish I had done more research.

Pros

I think the product is good and certainly what our company was looking for regarding surveys.

Cons

1) Acct. Mgr. does not know the product details and is not very helpful. They constantly refer you to hyperlinks with articles and cannot walk you through an issue you are experiencing. The request to support does not show the subject or question asked so you are constantly having to remember the questions asked.

A fair tool for regular employee performance management system

Pros

1\. Easy to se and user friendly software 2. Well connected with other HR/ employee tools like Bamboo/SAP easily 3. Offers a great mobile app version and its very light to use 4. Cloud space is huge and keep all the past record 5. Smart reminder is inbuild

Cons

1\. No AI support was given 2. Doesn't support all formats of files to upload 3. Performance appraisal process flow is not very well managed as the reports are not accessible by the employee anymore once submitted

Very user friendly with little to no training needed for employees. Great pre-written questions that align with current climates

I wish there were more reminders for people who are inactive. We have to step out of the system to remind people to fill out surveys

Pros

Plateforme très interactive sur laquelle on peut créer des modules, des cours mais aussi des petits jeux style quiz pour s'entraîner. C'est un super outil pour entraîner ses élèves, notamment grâce aux statistiques qui permettent d'obtenir une compétitivité intéressante.

Cons

Il manque certainement la possibilité d'interagir à distance avec ses élèves. On est obligé de passer par un logiciel tiers.

Overall, Barley has transformed how we manage compensation. We’re able to put more forethought into our company comp reviews, so that we can make effective and fair compensation changes and communicate them in a clear way to employees. Before Barley, we were doing salary planning and running company-wide compensation reviews manually with different spreadsheets which was time consuming and led to some out-dated information. With Barley, we’ve seen huge improvements in managing our compensation such as:- Time savings: Our team now completes comp reviews in 20% of the time in Barley compared to our old manual process- Managers empowered: During comp reviews, our managers have all the information and context they need to make fair, strategic pay recommendations. This includes clear visibility into their team budgets. - Increased pay transparency: Barley is the first place we visualized our pay bands. Now that it’s centralized in Barley, all key stakeholders can access it when they need it.Barley is now a key part of our compensation management structures and strategy.

Pros

\- Beautiful and easy-to-use platform- Quick implementation process. It took us a day to set it up, connect with our HRIS, and sync data over.- Highly customizable. We can adjust Barley to meet our needs and approach to compensation. (Ex. For their visualized pay bands, we can customize the departments, pay zones, currencies, job levels, etc.)- Automated workflows and approval chains for comp reviews. Barley has reduced the amount of admin work previously needed to manage comp reviews in spreadsheets for my team and our managers.

Je trouve ça plaisant. Pour moi, c'est un beau projet de pré-retraite ! Ça stimule ma créativité. J'apprends. Je réponds plus rapidement aux besoins de mes clients.

Pros

Très facile à utiliser pour l'administrateur et pour les utilisateurs. Le personnel répond rapidement aux questions. Il y a des capsules aussi qui aident à se diriger sur la plateforme. Ils ont pensé à tout.

Cons

Seulement quelques clients ont de la difficulté à rejoindre la plateforme. Didacte m'a expliquée pourquoi et comment rendre la plateforme plus accessible. Il doit y avoir une capsule à ce sujet mais je ne l'ai pas encore visionnée.
