Mgr. does not know the product details and is not very helpful. They constantly refer you to hyperlinks with articles and cannot walk you through an issue you are experiencing. Good job team Didacte, we love the software! **Pros:** Ease of use Fully customizable Ability to integrate Quizzes to validate learning Import users feature **Cons:** The only downside for us was that we needed to commit for a year with a minimum of users.
