Pros: I love Pipedrive, I use it every day. The smart contact data is pretty cool as well, helps find a leads information quickly.

Cons: I just hate how it costs. It has some great features and integrations - but I don't think cost is reasonable.

Pretty good product for the cost.

Pros: I like the minimal effort it took to start using the software. It did not need much setup to get going.

Cons: I didn't like the cookie cutter feel of the product. I did want to do a bit more customization to better fit my needs.

Really liked it as it is very easy to use. Helps in creating the sales pipeline very fast.

Pros: It is very easy to use
Creating the pipeline and working on it is very smooth.
System is quite fast and works smoothly

Cons: I have been using it from last 6 months and I really don't find any issue. Yeah sometimes it gets stuck but that could be because of internet connection.

Comments: Well Organised structure with simple processes

Pros: We can feed all the details of our prospect manually on Pipedrive, but if we have a huge bucket of leads then, Pripedrive has a bulk import option, which is pretty cool and saves lots of time and effort from the manual feeding of data. - Scheduling activities are very simply organised, with filters. We can assign the task, mark them as per their importance or on a priority basis. - The reminder helps to never miss the task and do the proper follow up. - The mobile application is a charm, one can easily operate when on the move also.

Cons: There is always something to make even better, they can bring some additional features and integrations with other networks, they have to work on customer support. Overall one of the best CRM in the market.

Pros: It lets me get back to what I do best, selling, and not having to figure out how to input my data. A must have for smaller sales orgs.

Cons: It's not as power as other crms but for small teams it does work. With time we had to transition to a more robust system

Pros: Sales processes, schedule, emails get organized. One can easily check on everything at a glance. Easy to use and UI design is streamlined and appealing.

Cons: For my business, I think Pipedrive covers my needs well. It is a bit costlier than similar software that have more features than Pipedrive.

Pros: It does simple collaborative CRM and Project Management.

Pros: After using other sevices in the past, I really like the way you can link all potential clients info together, this makes great use of tracking everything from different marketing efforts and allows you to see the progression of the lead

Pros: The system is extremely easy to use. The user interface is intuitive and easy to navigate. There is an open API which makes it easy to integrate Pipedrive with other applications that we use every day. The cost is also very affordable compared to Salesforce.

Cons: The reporting features could be more robust in that we should be able to save custom reports and report on information without exporting to excel first. It doesn't integrate with as many applications out there as it's competitors, but I am sure that will get better with time.

Pros: We really struggled to find the right CRM, as we have some unique processes across an international team. Pipedrive had a great reputation and was the right choice!

Cons: To be honest, it does WAY more than we needed, so it's a bit overkill. This made it a bit overwhelming, but we got the hang of it with support's help.

Pipedrive is the best software I've used for setting sales goals, managing leads and reporting.

Pros: The reporting is what drew me to Pipedrive. I wanted a system that would give me a read on how many contacts I needed to reach out to achieve my sales goal. I've tried other systems and they've never offered that aspect. I also like to the overall layout and how you can create your own stages and see it all at a glance without a lot of clutter.

Cons: The price on the gold plan. Although the email integration appeals to me, I can't justify the increase in price when I already have other plans with emails integration that don't cost extra.

Overall: Measuring sales goals.

Sadly, service and stability has declined in the past year

Pros: Easy to use UI with simple-to-manage third-party integrations. Onboarding is a breeze compared to some of the other CRM we have used.

Cons: Limited functionality but most importantly they have had a problem with emails saving in their system for the past 1.5 months. They claim it is a bug, that it is fixed and yet it still persists. Given how critical the email history is to a CRM, it's surprising that they have not escalated this properly. Also, customer service was great when we signed up in January but it has declined significantly since then. What used to be almost instanteous chat support has turned into sporadic support. Often takes hours to get a response now.

Pros: One of the best thing is simplicity of this software we can easily become familiar. PipeDrive offer us mobile customization which is awesome to use.

Cons: i don't see any calendar views on it. Limited functionality is another problem of this software. for example i couldn't find any store contacts features yet.

Pros: It's easy to plan appropriate communications for each prospect. If one prospect seems eager to move ahead, I can make a note to call or email the next day.

On the other hand, if a different prospect is hesitating, I can make a note to call in three weeks. If her tone of voice is frosty, I can tailor my approach as needed. Once I've made the note, I can forget about her. When Pipedrive reminds me to call again three weeks later, I have the notes about all our conversations right there in front of me. Boy, do I sound attentive and well-organized.

Cons: I'm not a tech person, but I've had to set it up myself because I'm the only person who uses it in the company. I'm sure there are things I can do, particularly making batch updates, but the idea of customizing seems overwhelming.

Overall: Pipedrive's ability to track large numbers of prospects. Thanks to the ease of record-keeping I can "remember" each discussion with each prospect, no matter how long it has been since I spoke to her or him last. I can even do it on the road.

Pipedrive is nothing but a time saver!

Pros: I love the ability to add multiple contacts in a single deal with just one window open helps me save a lot of lot of time as I have to add several contacts daily in to already existing deals. I dislike one thing about pipedrive that it sometimes is bit slow to load.

Cons: I dislike two things about pipedrive: 1. It sometimes is bit slow to load. 2. It doesn't always update the entries we enter in to the popup window(to add contacts in to existing deals) automatically and if I accidentally close the popup window, I lost everything I entered. I experienced this 2-3 times.

Cons: Only having one line for a full name... this complicates things when exporting because it will jumble anyone with a middle initial, prefix, suffix, or hyphenated last name when moving into an excel sheet.

Cons: I like everything, the only inconvenience is me that sometimes does not monitor the reports, but ultimately is an excellent software that encourages communication with customers.

Pros: CRM done well through their intuitive interface. This is actually a godsend for my sales force as they are able to handle leads fairly easily to cut to the chase and close the sale.

Cons: Pricing is a little bit out of range for most SME's. And cloud-based can sometimes be a setback when there are connectivity problems.

Overall: It helped my sales team keep track of leads and focus in on the closing of deals.

Pros: This software helped me many times when I worked for a marketing agency. It is very intuitive and will aid you in consolidating all information in one spot about a lead/client. Furthermore, it has a great repertoire of help FAQ.

Cons: Something that really got me frustrated at times is the fact that it would log me out after a brief period of inactivity.

Pros: Pipedrive gives a great visual view of moving sales from the beginning stages to closed. It is one of several tools that does this well.

Cons: While it does it's job, I ultimately found that the email integration was bringing in messaging I didn't want there, the configuration was confusing, and ultimately it couldn't scale to the volume I wanted it to without losing the value. Good for a small sales team processing 5 to 30 sales opportunities at a time.

Overall: Pipedrive has a great visual aesthetic, but you need to be on the bus or off the bus - there is no middle ground. If you are going to use it religiously, it might be a great sales tracking tool for a small or mid-sized business.

Pros: Pipedrive is one of the most simple Sales CRM out there. If you are looking to do sales quickly and effectively, Pipedrive is the best! The learning curve is very short allowing for immediate use of the product. The filter and bulk editing tools are great to allow to generate reports quickly and reassign to another person in bulk!

Cons: It has some limitations as it has limited customization options. It was frustrating to not be able to create multiple deals at once, which is ideal when you upload X # of customers, then want to turn all of them into deals.

Comments: There are still a few enhancement I believe need to be made such as vcard abilites, outlook integration, internal quoting system. For the most part a simple platform that gets the job done.

Pros: This platform is easy to use especially when dealing with multiple users/managers/etc. It provides a lot of nice features and integrates with a good amount of other platforms.

Cons: The customer service team is not a quick as you would think. There is also no phone number to contact everything is via email or online chat which can make things difficult.

Good tool. Does what you expect it to do, with a more Trello like approach.

Pros: The main difference, which is the only pro against competitor products is its Trello like style. It is easier to create this task flow within your CRM.

Pros: I love opening pipedrive and seeing the pipeline clear and easy. Moving deals around and keeping track of Them is simple and the layout is great. Importing data is also pretty straightforward.

Cons: The biggest issue is manual work. I had to manually input everything and this became a huge issue. The integrations with Gmail aren't very good, and it doesn't pull data from an open source like LinkedIn so everything is sourced only from manual data.

Pros: Having used Salesforce in many of my prior roles, the thought of implementing it at the start-up I am now running was a headache. We simply don't have the need for robust CRM capabilities yet, so when I found Pipedrive, we decided to give it a shot. We began with 30 wholesale clients and have since grown to over 2000. I am now managing both our "boutique/specialty store" channel (1000 stores) as well as my key account pipeline with major retailers, all in one place. It is SO EASY to use. The whole program is just incredibly intuitive and easy to pick up without any demos at all, to be honest. I have since dug into the resources they make available and am now getting even more use out of it. Ease of use and the user interface as a whole are just phenomenal. Finally, affordability - we have started out with the entry level account but can easily grow from here.

Cons: There have been maybe 2-3 more complex reports / data exports I have wanted to run over the past 2 years but was unable to - just wasn't a capability of Pipedrive. But we always found workarounds, and it seems like a very rare sacrifice for what you get in a streamlined, user-focused CRM experience.

Overall: Systematized and automated my sales process/pipeline!

Pros: Nothing drives the pipe and pipes the drive like Pipedrive to drive deals where they belong....on dotted line

Pros: Pipedrive is a very well organized tool that has helped me to control my possible sales and redirect and manage the leads I get from different ways (mostly forms and landing pages). With PipeDrive, I can see how my work is going, how much I've sold in the month or in a period of time and I can take leads to offer my company products.

Cons: Actually I have not seen any cons to PipeDrive, maybe more integrations with the API to post forms in other sites. It would also be good if the prices were less high but that's a thing I understand is part of its business model.

Overall: Is a great support for tracking possibles sales and to manage the company possible clients.

Comments: It is the easiest to use CRM that I have tried. It truly is simple tu use and has a lot of tutorials. If you use other types of software it has a lot of integrations

Pros: It is not expensive to start and the basic plan has a lot of capabilities. If you are doing good and want to upgrade to features like email integration, follow up, templates and products then it gets a bit expensive

Cons: If you embed the forms in your website it doesn¿t really look that good. I also feel that they could enhance the basic plan a little bit.

Pros: Pipedrive has proven quite useful as a tracking device. We have used it off and on to compare to Google Analytics data. Also very intuitive!

Cons: It can be considered expensive, but ultimately is worth using. It is also cloud-based, which some people may not be fond of.

Pros: The easy navigation which takes you to a further step without any hassle. You can drag & drop too & all its features are the most required ones.

Cons: The software is perfect & doesn't have any flaw as such. It's easy to acess, easy to navigate, & very user freindly.

Pros: In the sales area of my company it has helped me a lot, since I have organized each of my projects and I change them as the business increases or if it is lost. I can visualize them incredibly. I love!

Pros: So I own a Digitial Marketing Agency and We use Pipedrive for many different reasons! The features they offer to help our agency out is second to none! Pipedrive is a great software to help my agency out!

Cons: One thing though I could say I dislike about pipedrive is the price and I feel if they lowered the prices just a bit more people would be interested!

Pros: I cannot say enough good things about this software. We've been using it for over a year now and it has never failed us. Everything you imagine to do with your CRM tool you can get done with Pipedrive and its integrations. You don't need any time at all to get used to it, it's very intuitive. The custom fields and details about contacts and deals are endless. You can integrate it with your gmail and it will automatically import all your emails and trigger drafts for every new deal you make. Reminder and deal rotting options are pretty handy. Reporting is also well constructed because you can go in details and export anything you need.

Cons: The only thing that can be a little annoying sometimes that it does log you out if you're inactive for sometime during the day but it's not too much of a problem.

Pros: Pipedrive seems targeted to small teams. Things like SalesForce are just overkill for small businesses and Pipedrive was the solution. This CRM has all we need to be successful. A beautiful interface that's intuitive and easy to use, great metrics and information at a glance. I particularly love how easy it is to customize the pipeline.

Cons: I wish the Form Builder was a little better. Some design changes are needed there for it to be a useful tool, for the time being it's going to remain untouched.

Overall: This is an easy to use CRM that requires little training to new employees. I highly recommend pipedrive.

Pros: Pipedrive is an really easy to learn CRM system. I like the web-hook integrations with zapier, and the kixie phone integration.

Cons: It can be frustrating to limit acces to data for some users. This has been an hard thing to learn for me at the beginning.

Pros: I like the pipeline, it's easy to use and can be configured as you wish. They push for more activities and motivate you to complete them by showing this visually. Set goals and create activities accordingly.

Cons: I don't like the emailing part. It's not really merged (maybe it can be if you pay extra), now you have to add a mailadress to the BCC, but then you miss their replies.

Pros: It's amount is low per month per user, and that's pretty low considering the many options it has available. It also connects to Zapier which means that you can integrate just about anything with it, we funnel all our leads from all over into this system, across 10 different programs. We love the option for custom fields and built-in integrations with google products. It's very simple and easy to use.

Cons: This is really only for lead management, as it's lead capture abilities are severely limited. They do have a form building option, but it looks terrible and is incredibly primitive. We are forced to use another service to design and embed beautiful and custom lead forms, then feed all the responses into pipedrive via zapier (pipedrive does have some sort of php callback options to submit leads, but you have to be a very experience programmer to understand it). Once you begin dealing with large quantities of leads, the loading of the data can be excruciating.

Overall: All our leads in one, easy-to-manage, location.

Pros: Gmail sync'ing between Pipedrive and Gmail is a good concept.
All the features roughly are there.
Decent UI design.
Price is OK, assuming features worked OK.
I still use it despite ALL the missing functionality.

Cons: None of the features are executed well. This is strictly beta software.
It's not that the site crashes, it's like the developers created all the ideal features but implemented them like 1/3rd of the way.
Google Gmail and Calendar integration is incomplete and slow.
Importing of leads is frustrating and creates almost as much work as it promises to save.
I am using Gold level.

Cons: For me the biggest con was that the system did not have features for multilevel marketing, where every user would pay for himself and would be able to see performance of his downline. Pipedrive is only for flat sales strucures.

Pros: This is my favorite CRM I've ever used. It's super easy to learn, and it's got all the features you'd expect. The Kanban-style pipeline is extremely versatile, and even fun to use.

Cons: It's possible I simply wasn't using it right, but the revenue prediction aspect of the pipeline was a little weird. I wish there were a way to both use the likelihood of closing a deal at a particular stage, and keep that likelihood from impacting the revenue projection.

Pros: -The price point is very good compared to the rest. This is a great solution for small to medium size teams.
-Simplicity. Very intuitive.
-Ease of use. Pretty much self explanatory.
-Ease of setup. Some reading needs to be done but is as simple as it gets without the need of a 3rd part consultant.
-Customer service.

Cons: More filters would be nice. Filtering by team members, client name, type of business can be tricky sometimes. Sometimes its easier to download and filter using excel which would be nice to see in future releases.

Overall: Great CRM for small to medium sized teams. Requires little experience and is very easy to use and setup. There are a ton of videos explaining setup and proper use and customer service is always willing to help out.
For me this is the easiest to setup up and use of all CRMs out there. We have used others and they are either too expensive when your team starts to grow or too expensive to setup.
Using Pipedrive on your smartphone is also a pleasure to use.

I needed a CRM tool that I could quickly get up and running. Pipedrive met the need versus others.

Pros: For my work I need to track activity across multiple clients and often positioning their solutions to the same end using client. Pipedrive is great for this need. You can build pipelines in this exact way. The tool is also very easy to use, easy to track your progress, and easily aligns with my email, calendar, and contacts. Lastly, when you have a question their support team is right on it and they follow up.

Pros: Really intuitive and easy to use. Staff are actually using it. Our old CRM was far to complicated and expensive. Staff didn't understand it didn't use it properly.
Customising to fit what we do and to enable us to track KPI's is really easy.
Imports are very simple.

Cons: The email integration isn't 100% . We deal with a lot of the same people on different deals. Often the emails get linked to the incorrect deals.
You can't change this unless you're the owner of that email.

Overall: The software is so easy to use that Staff uptake has been amazing. It has allowed us to capture the info we need.

Pros: What I like most about Pipedrive is that it is free and you only need your email, some personal and company information. In addition, it allows you to better plan your sales strategies and be your own advisor as well as to be aware of which products are sold the most and which are the most effective members of your team.

Pros: Pipedrive is very similar to BaseCRM. It is a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Tool that exists entirely in the cloud. The Android app is packed with alot of features and the web app allows for customization.

Cons: Although similar to BaseCRM it does lack a few important features like texting support. Additionally, like BaseCRM you have to pay a monthly fee for each user as compared to being able to buy a package deal.

Pros: The way that the sales pipeline is set out just simply makes sense and considers industry standard methods. Pipedrive is built with the user in mind - complexity does not exist, it's so simple.

Cons: Although it's still in beta, the integration with Asana has a bug in it which needs fixing. Unfortunately customer support can't seem to offer help. Perhaps it's an issue with Asana?

Pros: CRM works great on task management and saves time. We use it to manage transactions, so it's very easy to find out where to act to close more deals. The program has excellent content in the support section and a blog with sales tips, and e-mail even has sales training. Another advantage is that the reports clearly indicate how many transactions, calls, meetings and emails you need to do to close the deal.

Cons: I believe that the price policy is a little high for the functions that are offered, and it can include more automation of data entry. I want better dashboards and reports. Limited automation for CRM software. There is no desktop application that is available in other CRM programs. Therefore, you need to log into your browser or use it in your mobile application to make any changes.

Cons: There is no way to export the latest notes on each deal which is key for management to ensure employee productivity. Having too many deals in one pipeline category usually means a lot of scrolling... not the most effective way to organize the pipeline view. Also, how are the deals sorted within the pipelines? By date? name? not sure...

Overall: It replaces an outdated sales tracker our company used to use, and there is potential for this to be a stellar way to organize our new trackers. However, the lack of basic features such as being able to export more information (the notes!!!!) makes it hard for a manager (me) to get a quick overview of how my team is doing. Having to click through each project makes it difficult and timely to keep track.

Pros: CRM software is tough to get right. It needs to be powerful without becoming complicated and cumbersome to use. You need to be able to enter information efficiently and quickly; the goal needs to be converting leads into sales, not spending half your day putting lead information into the system. I feel Pipedrive has struck a very nice balance between usability and power. There are a lot of customization options, but the Pipedrive focus always has been to get information in quickly. Data entry shouldn't be a chore, and Pipedrive has hit it out of the park with this one.

Cons: I really don't have anything bad to say about Pipedrive. It doesn't integrate with our existing business software (not Pipedrive's fault) so we're not using it as heavily as we could be, but I've been happy with the results we're seeing.

Pros: Pipedrive is simple and doesn't have any bloat. In combination with Yesware it worked really well. It is also cheap and doesn't have integration expenses like Salesforce. I loved it, but our management kept wanting to over spend on Salesforce and get a "big boy" CRM as they called it.

Cons: They could make it easier to view the sales funnel and analytics. I'd have to export to Excel to build analytics.

Pros: I love the Pipeline feature of Pipedrive. It is the most visible Pipeline of any CRM software I analyzed. I also like the two way email sync and the reasonable price.

Cons: It doesn't have an email marketing platform integrated with the CRM so it requires that you use a separate program for that. I like other programs that have both functions within the same application.

Pros: Integration with Google Apps is one of best thing to have. I can easily add my documents to my deals in Pipedrive. This feature allows me to track my google contracts and important documents every time I need it. Contacts management is again a great feature. This completes Pipedrive as a perfect CRM service. I can manage all my prospects data within Pipedrive CRM and retrieve data as needed. Primarily it is used as a sales-focused CRM, but with its ability to customize pipelines and deal stages we have adapted it for sales, development, strategic development, and a few other areas.

Cons: I would also like to be able to have different pipelines to different users. Also, customizing the stages to fit our needs was a little tricky in the beginning but we worked it out.

Pros: Simple visual display of our sales pipeline and a decent follow-up setup and reminder system. The timeline feature is useful too (but would be better if the email integration was reliable)

Cons: the email integration with Exchange is unreliable - it seems to be matching messages by title rather than by contact so we're getting emails attached to completely the wrong leads. Also Archived emails are ignored for some reason. It should just match based on contacts' email addresses and nothing more and ignore any other emails (as a co-founder of the business I have a ton of non-sales related emails that I don't want synced into Pipedrive)

Overall: simple visualisation of our sales pipeline, decent action reminders

Pros: I like it a lot, because I can adapt it to where I direct it, at least in the commercial area it has helped me a lot to track each prospect.

Cons: Its interface is a bit confusing and I find it difficult to locate many functions, but it is a matter of habit. The page could be a little faster to load contacts more effectively.

Pros: I can have a very good sales control with Pipedrive. Each provider connects with the same user and takes the initiative with its possible opportunity and it tracks it until it wins or loses it. Simply very useful.

Cons: The interface is a bit confusing and you take a long time to understand it, but at the time you end up getting used to it

Pros: I liked the fresh approach to sales and attempt to make the unpleasant sales process more pleasant and visual. Dashboards are excellent.

Cons: Pricing. Some features we considered vital (email tracking) are offered in the most expensive solution. After free trial, we decided to use another solution.

Pros: I like to use it as a scheduling tool - I give myself tasks and then implement them as required. It highlights tasks for today and overdue tasks

Cons: Sometimes I find it hard to filter. For example, in our office we have several different projects. I can filter all winning deals or all deals belonging to one project but I don't know how to filter winning deals for one project

Pros: I love the fact that I can customize and field to my specific industry and needs. it makes fining quotes emails and contact information all in one easy to find location. Best value for a service I've seen ever!

Cons: Only with there was an address or contact book separate from current pipeline screen, sometimes I have 5-20 contacts on one deal and when that deal closes I need a way to continue account management and next project engagement.

Pros: This CRM exceeded all my expectations. It is very efficient, its quality is very good. Besides that I can synchronize my emails and organize my sales easily.

Cons: I do not like very much its interface is very rigid and it makes you bored for a moment but its quality and efficiency makes it worthwhile.

Overall: I can trace my goals as far as sales are concerned, it is as easy as efficient. It has been a great help to me.

Overall: Not much, some people may view it as a negative that you manually move stuff over to the next column, but I love that it's setup that way. It gives you the satisfaction that it's moving along.

Cons: More intergrations with communication tools like Slack is recommended. It would be the best inhouse tool if you intergrate tools with it .

Pros: After using numerous sales tools in the past, I came across Pipedrive and immmediately fell in love with the convenient Pipeline view. Finally there was an easy way for me to organize multiple projects completely independent from each other! Our company has different divisions that don't have much in common. Differentiating between them is key.

I also like the fact that you can add an (unlimited) amount of custom fields for deals, organizations, and people. This is especially great when you need to capture data that is specific to your industry. I can also specify whether this info is important and should be displayed prominently on a deal/company/person or not.

2 Way Mail Sync is working nicely and smartly links incoming emails to deals, once you made an initial connection.

Cons: Sending emails from Pipedrive is slow, takes a lot of time to display in the deal, leaving you wondering whether the email was even sent. Uploading attachments also take about 3 approaches in my case until it finally works. That's quite cumbersome and put me in a bad spot a couple of times because I forgot to add attachments.

The lack of natives VOIP Integration is also unfortunate and very important to us.

This is not really a critique about Pipedrive, but I m going to say it anyway: per-user pricing is high! At least give me a few users whether I use them or not, but it's not cool having to share users.

Pros: interface: the pipeline ui is self explanatory and one of the biggest point for getting it. every salesrep will understand it.
setup: easy setup and implementing in technical infrastructure
price: the price is a big plus. not to compare with enterprise software, perfect for entrance in CRM market.

Cons: features: don't get me wrong. pipedrive has tons of features and an API with pretty good extra tools. but it propably has less freedom in customizing that e.g. salesforce. this can be a good thing for newbies though.
features 2: recently it seems that some of the features of the basic plan, moved to other plans. i understand the step from an economic side, but for me as a user its a pitty.

Overall: Perfect entry tool for CRM, especially for SMEs! Must have to control your contacts.

Comments: Pipedrive wants to offer an easy to use pipeline management system. If you ONLY want to have a visual of where your deals are in the pipeline, then this may work. Scheduling and completing tasks is burdensome at best and the reporting feature is very weak. Not intuitive to use, even coming from a supposedly more complex CRM (IE Salesforce, which we switched to).

Pros: Visual pipeline with click and drop features. Doesn't require much information to create deal, account, contact etc. (More on this to follow)

Cons: Pipedrive lacks basic reporting features. You cannot run accurate reports on activity or metrics. Managing email and call activity is a chore, since you have to manually complete a task in PD for it to "count". Even then some of the activities and notes do not show in reports. No way to get a clear picture of pipeline by stage, unless you count every stage as 100% chance of close.
