Pros: I would like Pipedrive to have a desktop version and better integration with Gmail/other mail apps. I would find it helpful to have desktop notifications from Pipedrive reminding me of my scheduled tasks.

Cons: It has very limited automation for a CRM software and does not have a desktop application like most other CRM software. So you need to log in to your browser or use it on the mobile app for making any changes.

Pros: It's very easy to deploy. The interface is very user-friendly and easy to interact. Teamwork can be easily done by assigning different permissions.

Cons: I find it bit costly. You have to pay price per user. It takes time to set up in the first place but it's worth it.

Pros: It is really useful, being able to share relevant client info when needed to colleagues ensuring we are all aware of where we are at.

Cons: It's not the most flexible package as it beings to struggle when you start needing more functionality or you try to intergrate other platfoms

Pros: The user interface is extremely intuitive. I just came on to this team and just started using this software, and it was really easy to catch on.

Cons: Honestly, pretty expensive for a small business like the one I'm working for. I'm pretty sure there are free/less costly alternatives but we haven't looked into it.

Pros: Pipedrive's UI, with its visual pipe and instinctive approach to move bargains from stage to organize, is one of my most loved CRMs. We've been utilizing it for more than 3 years and consistently they've included new, more effective usefulness. New plan sees and an as of late discharged information improvement include makes me idealistic this CRM is heading the correct way. Exceptionally prescribed.

Cons:
I think the value point is somewhat high for the esteem it offers, and it could consolidate more information input robotization (arriving with recently discharged highlights). They are simply beginning to fuse the capacity to do trickle email crusades, so it's quite fundamental right at this point. Their dashboards and reports could be better at uncovering deals bits of knowledge from information gathered.

Pros: We can share the information of our clients in the work team, to follow up on the state in which they are found and to count the number of businesses that were successful.

Cons: At the beginning it was difficult to discover all the functionalities that Pipedrive had and how useful they could be.

Pros: Pipedrive is so easy to deploy. We were able to be up and running in less than a day and our sales reps caught on quickly, the software is not bloated so you don't have to say we use this but don't use this.

Cons: There is quite a bit of customization already included with the product, but if I had one con it would be not being able to customize reports as much as I'd like without having to export the information.

Overall: Ease of use, our sales rep can easily use this software without the hassle of training or complicated steps to follow.

Cons: Editing records in bulk can be a bit confusing at times, it's worth getting some training before trying anything on a lot of data!

Pros: The interface is very clean and clear. Team management works easily, with good options for user permissions. You can generate alot of business information from this application and it is infinitely extendible by creating your own plugins or input tools.

Cons: There is a learning curve to using the software efficiently. For most custom features, you need to invest quite some time in creating or setting up your own plugins or scripts.

Overall: This software enables both small and large business key insights in their business and sales process. We are using this software and improving our use daily to ensure we use all our information to stimulate company growth and priority.

Pros: Integrates with Google Calendar and Google ¿ontacts. More visual and intuitive than older products such as Salesforce. Can easily schedule detailed follow-ups for every wholesale account. Rich in many other features such as canned email responses, email integration, email status tracking, dashboard of live data and other reports.

Cons: Not very flexible security wise in limiting access to certain functionality for individual users, which I feel is a big pain.

Overall: Complete CRM package. Helps us keep organized.

Pros: It's super easy to use, great for prospecting and taking notes. It provides a calendar integrations and email syncing. For an upgrade can can sync your email and send directly from the platform.

Cons: It would b great if it could have power dialing and voicemail drop added as a feature to the software.

Pros: The ability to click and drag your deals along your pipeline so that you can visually see what's going on with your team's production. Also, the integration with Kixie is nice.

Cons: Always felt like I was duplicating efforts or constantly aggravated because of the deals, and persons, they should have an option to simplify this process to make it one VS separate

Pros: Pipedrive is a great solution for small companies. It's very easy to use, no need for a lot of training. Completely integrated with Google Suite you can send emails, docs from the drive, create meetings and events to the calendar

Cons: This software should have a way to follow the calls from the Google Voice and create a call log, so there is a history of the calls to each customer. Another update needed is the fact that you are not able to send quotes through the app, you have to create the quote and send it through the email and the attach it to the lead on Pipedrive, it makes the process longer and tedious.

Pros: It is very simple and intuitive to use. They also have many guides to help you configure the service. Additionally, it has support for cell phones, which makes it convenient for street vendors.

It is a great help for tracking prospects.

Cons: The price scheme does not seem the best, I really think that they could offer a single plan at a single price. They also charge for each user, which is not the best. It is oriented perhaps to freelancers that can handle everything from a single account. However, in an organization it is necessary to have accounts for each vendor, manager, etc., which translates into a very high cost to get the most out of it.

Overall: I think it's a great software that can help many companies with their CRM. It is easy to configure and you can start working very fast. However, for our company it has not worked very well, especially since we need many user accounts, which translates into a high cost. There are also workflows that we can not create in this application.

Pros: As managers, its really easy to keep track os different leads, clients, customers and projects our teams work on. You can know (past and future) all moves and activities they are making on every step of the way, thanks to their funnel designed UI.

Cons: We had some trouble uploading data from our DB. We had to create a lot of businesses and projects from scratch.

Overall: Everybody knows exactly on what stage of the sales process our clients and team members are. Its easy to use so we dont need to invest lots of time updating each project. You just make a few clicks and keep on selling!!

Pros: I like how easy it is to pick up information. Some pages work in drag and drop, which is perfect for the Pipeline stuff. The use of auto-picking up emails to contacts is great for keeping all info in one place.

Pros: I don't have to switch to microsoft office for my needs, everything is made for me by it. It has a very nice interface and I have used it along with other crm's used by my company.We can find all things easily by Pipedrive. Format and graphics are a great plus which help you do things faster.

Cons: Marking scheme has a little blot, when we mark a work as done. The navigation system is not good enough for catching up with address. A small amount of time should be given to solving of problems of premium users.

Overall: The graphics and the format are simply great features of this type of crm apps, I love the way it helped me and my team out of spreadsheets.

Comments: My customer service rep has gone out of her way to accommodate my timing needs and to help me customize the software. Because of her excellent customer service, I haven't thrown in the towel and moved on to another crm. In large part this is because it's clear that no existing crms are really customizable for my needs, and I'd rather work with someone with whom I already have a relationship than try to get to know several other softwares. There are a lot out there, but -- as I said -- none that are very customizable to my needs,

Pros: Because I'm an actress (individual entrepreneur who is promoting herself) my needs are about customer nurturing, no sales. Pipedrive goes a long way to adapting to these needs.

Cons: But, there are also some features that can't be changed or deleted, which make it a less than perfect match.

Pros: The visual representation of deal flow makes this a no-brainer for anyone to grasp. We used this to streamline our outreach and on-boarding for recruiting and Pipedrive made it dead-simple to see where people were falling off and keep track of who we had contacted and who needed to be followed up with.

Cons: What I love about Pipedrive is that it's not trying to do too much. It's good at what it does and it's not trying to throw the kitchen sink at you. If you need a simple to use system this is about as good as it gets!

Overall: Really it just too a process that was difficult because recruiting requires a lot of followup - so instead of people falling off in the process, now we could keep track of where everyone was at all times, and also avoid reaching out to the same person twice.

Cons: This is really only a good tool for smaller businesses, in my opinion. As you receive more leads or information, you'll have to upgrade to a better software system. So I don't like that this software doesn't grow and scale with a growing business.

Pros: There are so many different versions of CRM, each has a unique feel to it.
Pipedrive is one of the most "comfortable" to use, the feel is very natural, it takes you step by step towards closing those sales.

Cons: As with all robust software there is going to be a setup that is going to take a while, there is no way to avoid that. Yet this program is well worth the time.

Overall: Very good and solid software.
It is among the top CRM names for a reason - it has earned its place.

I think it is an excellent tool for sales teams and managers.

Pros: I think the interface is really intuitive and easy to use while only needing a browser. The way to manage the deal stages is extremely helpful.

Cons: It sometimes takes time for the system to load and I often need to refresh my browser. I would also really like to assign an email o multiple deals.

Pros: The company has a self-explanatory system that is easily customizable. By providing a visual system, it makes it easy to quickly see what needs to be done on a given day and where you stand in the process of future sales.

Cons: doesn't integrate directly with Outlook. There were a few design flaws and interface issues that we ran into. For example, if a group of deals were tagged or categorized incorrectly, we would have to get an intern to go through each deal separately and correct the mistake ¿ there wasn't a mass change option. Small issues like that made using Pipedrive take longer than necessary, which was a bit inconvenient.

Overall: Pipedrive is organized and simple to use. For a small business looking to track deals from the moment a lead comes in until it is closed I would highly recommend Pipedrive. It displays your deals in an easy way to see what stage your various deals are in, and makes it easy to find an old deal/contact.

Pros: Pipedrive has a fantastic user interface, which gives this software a short learning curve.
I also love the ability it gives me to view snapshots of all current transactions via my dashboard : making it easier to focus on current task at hand.

Cons: I wish the team behind this software can make Pipedrive available as a desktop version. Also it currently lacks a service/cost estimation feature.

Pros: The ability to not only keep track of leads but also being able to send emails to them, plan meetings and keep track of how the business relationship develops.

Cons: How the IMAP feature with Google fails sometimes and I cannot connect my mail to Pipedrive, which makes it a hassle to keep track of the development of the business relationship while also reaching out to the lead.

Overall: A single place to keep track of all of the business leads that me and the rest of the business development team brought to the table. Being able to see how much business I've brought in ever since I started in business development.

Pros: Our sales team uses Pipedrive to track their inquiries and sales process. I, as a software developer, used its API to integrate Pipedrive with our website and web applications. Pipedrive has a great API documentation and interactive interface that you can try the functions in realtime.

Cons: Integration was a little bit complicated at first but I don't encounter any other problem with Pipedrive during the time I use.

Overall: Potential customers who visited our website and drop a lead to us are directly integrated with the Pipedrive accounts of our sales team. We also separated the leads according to regions easily using pipelines. Pipedrive made it very easy to keep track of the customers from demo to sales process.

Pros: Price is best when compared to other CRMs. Interface design is nice and better than other options. Lots of integrations apply.

Cons: Does not have a pre-set checklist option. Does not have a search option to just pull up contacts you are looking for. Integrations must be used for almost everything-zaps are exhausting!

Pros: It is super useful how you order the different businesses you are creating and its subcategories. It also shows you the time you have in each of them.

Cons: I did not like that it seems complicated and difficult to use, in turn it is a little complicated to understand the sections that pipeline uses for its reports

Pros: 1. Easy for management to do deal tracking
2. Cloud access helps with collaboration. This has reduced our sales catchup meeting a lot
3. Very cheap compared to the alternatives
4. Great for importing/exporting data from other such services
5. Marketplace has lot of competent integrations

Cons: 1. The dashboard looks messy when data is imported from other services. Takes a lot of effort to clean it up.
2. VEry unintuitive user management interface. Had a very hard time deleting/suspending/unsuspending users.

Overall: Easy setup and import from Salesforce. Saved a lot of money.

Pros: PipeDrive is very simplistic and generally good for tracking the stages of prospects down the sales funnel. Acts as your personal sales manager that helps you pick the right activities and deals to focus on. 24/7 great customer support. Email Integration and Tracking. Goal Setting ' Reporting. Google Apps and Maps Integration. Google Calendar ' Contacts Integration. Simple, intuitive interface. Easy setup. Solid mobile apps.

Cons: Limited functionality for the price. A bit expensive than other similar software No provision to send emails / sales campaigns from within the CRM. Does not provide a built-in phone system. Lacks the sophistication of Lead Scoring or sorting of leads that will reduce the time spent by sales agents to sort through leads. No capability of tracking user behaviour on web and apps.

Pros: The most important benefit I've realized is the number of man hours I have saved thanks to this software. I have more time for my family, friends and even my business. My expenses are managed properly, digital records are kept and along with this my expenses can be printed out in a report format for me to verify. I recently started using this application and I have never regretted this decision. The website was easy to use and the application itself was easy to understand.

Cons: I've faced a few problems when I use Pipedrive on my phone, the application lags and slows down my phone. Along with this, I have even faced a few difficulties when I make payments in foreign currency. As my product is imported from Germany, my payments are in Euros and Dollars, along with the local currency, Pakistani Rupees. Pipedrive sometimes makes errors because of the conversion rates which I then have to correct manually.

Overall: Being an entrepreneur myself I have to make sure that all my finances are in order. Having a limited budget and a lot of options to choose from regarding the running of my business, I make decisions regularly. I used to maintain all accounts manually for my company and a lot of times there were calculation mistakes or unavoidable human errors. This is where pipedrive came to my help. All I had to do now was send the receipts to the Pipedrive team and they themselves took care of my expenses. Records are kept easily, I can check the expenses against my bank statement and I can even use different currency for my expenses!

Pros: I like how it easily visualises the state in which your leads are. It's very easy to create assignments, assign leads and put in important info or notes. The software looks good and gives nice statistics so that you can set goals and see how your conversion rates are per fase.

Cons: I don't like the email integration, it's not working great. Also copying the bcc email doesn't always copy automatically. Not big issues though, we're very happy!

Pros: Ability to customize the pipelines and fields. Live and up-to-date statistics dashboard. We use the stats to drive inter-office competition.

Pros: Pipedrive is a visually oriented CRM that allows for the end user to track "Deals" through user defined states; from initial contact through the end, whether the deal was won, lost, or determined to be dead. Values can be associated with the deal allowing for the accounting of potential and real profit valuations. Tracking deals through the system is visual and easy to follow, and all critical demographic data associated with deals (contact information, activities, dates, etc.) is simple to enter. Various views associated with deals can be listed or represented through visual icons.

Cons: Because of my familiarity with our previous CRM, it was initiall difficult for me to make the switch. Once I "caught" the way Pipedrive worked, I learned to appreciate the various functions of the software, especially the ability to visually tract deals through stages.

Overall: With Pipedrive, I not only have a CRM database at my fingertips; I can visually track my progress with each of the deals on which I am working. It allows me to schedule my daily activities and to keep track of my activities and notes associated with each deal.

I have used Pipe Drive for over 2 years. I was looking for a very user friendly CRM and found PD.

Pros: The ability to customize the sales process to fit your sales cycle. It is not complex to use nor difficult to setup. It can be as robust as you define it to be or as simple as you like. The ability to determine the User Defined Fields based on YOUR terms. Mobile and Desktop or Tablet access.

Cons: Honestly..... not srure I have found a negative. I guess there may be a few limitations with mail merge options.

Pros: The ability that we have to follow every step of the Leads. The ability of attach files in the leads, like commercial business proposals. I really like the notes field where I can put my notes in the leads "road".

Pros: This is a full featured CRM at a fraction of the cost of Salesforce or other full featured CRM. It is a great tool for managing a team of 3 or more salespeople ¿ especially if each person works 10+ deals at a time. I really like the swim lanes for tracking deal flow.

Cons: Pipedrive keeps adding new features which is great, but they aren't well designed. This leads to a lack of unity in the user experience. For example, the Settings section allows you to do almost anything. However, it is extremely difficult to find how to do what you do. I even struggle to remember how to change a setting after a couple days. Thankfully their is a lot of great documentation so the answer is only a search away.

Pros: -Lets you manage sales leads from point of contact, when the proposal is made, and when negotiations start.
-Links to your google account so you can cross platform email leads through their system.
-Easy to use search function that lets you search by deals, people, and organizations.
-Settings are very customizable, lets you transfer ownership, change the user interface, etc.

Cons: -Sometimes has performance issues when it has to load lots of data at once.
-Google calender can desync sometimes randomly.
-Sales statistics could be more detailed as an option.

Overall: My team is able to use this software to coordinate sales and our many leads, as well as stay organized.

Pros: No more need for excel, ease of use, has compatibility with other CRMs and other apps. I use it to manage 3 distinct channels of revenue for me, and it allows me to have three pipes with customization sales process steps.

Cons: For some reason it didn,t let me sync with my exchange server. No-one was able to find why that was.

Pros: Easy and quick and simple.I am not technically strong but I found PD very easy to learn. I make 40-60 calls a day and really helps me stay organized and stay focused on following up on calls.

Cons: I can only think of 2 negative thing which I assume is probably just me. When entering a new account the profile appears to just go at random order. I use to be able to call through Skype through PD and for some reason does not allow me to do this anymore. This occurred after Skype did upgrade. I find this very frustrating and when I communicated with PD they said was not their issue. With Skype you can't get a human body. If some changed compatibly with Skype and Pipedrive I would assume the PD would make sure they would be compatible with any upgrades.

Comments: Love it, it makes my job very easy and it allows me to make a full plan on my to do list of every single day. It also allows me to keep track on my team and allows me to take over when ever I see some deals are falling behind.

Pros: Easy to use, if you make a mistake its easy to undo. All information is log to pipedrive so if the person leaves the company, its easy to continue the job. The videos give you all the information you need.

Pros: usability, customer support (so nice and quick!!), clear arrangement within the features. Feedback from my team: Yay it´s fun using it, although usually it´s annoying to use new tools - so best feedback ever.

Pros: Pipedrive provides a simple, fast interface that pulls all information relevant to a deal into a single view. This includes the main contact, other contacts, price and product information, activity history, and coming activities. There is a sidebar that you can customize with specifics for your business, such as names of competitors that the prospect buys from, size of their budget, customer phase (are they a prospect, a new customer, or a renewing customer?), etc. All of this info can be easily updated on the fly, so a sales rep can focus on selling rather than on fitting a sale into a software system. The mobile apps provide similar functionality, so it's easy to use Pipedrive out of the office. Pipedrive is easy to customize, so getting started does not require a lot of effort or training. This is ideal for startups and small firms, as well as for independent sales reps.

Cons: There's nothing really bad about Pipedrive, and it keeps getting better. I would like to see it add customizable series of actions that can be added with a single click, so the rep does not have to manually add repetitive steps. For instance, it would be good to add a series of follow up steps that must be done after a sale closes, rather than keeping a separate list in other software.

Pros: It is easy to set up and use and provides a focus on a funnel, so it can help salespeople track leads through to sales well.

Cons: When you try to get your PW reset, if it can't find you it sets up a trial account automatically, this confuses and can duplicate accounts. Wish they would kill that idea.

Pros: Everything is clickable and you can manipulate almost everything. Fast. Intuitive. I love the email features and the automatic updates to contacts.

Comments: Its not that much to think over. Try it and you will never leave =) They keep coming with updates and new features all the time, you need to keep up with theres speed!

Pros: First of all, the support is awesome. I love them! Pipedrive is easy to use and have powerful tools to stay on top of your customers.

Cons: Something i miss is that i would love to be able to send an sms that is sown in the deal on Pipedrive. Now i send it and the go in and write a note that saying that i have send a sms. I want to send mail through the app aswell. (Thats on beta now =))

Pros: My favorite thing in pipedrive is the app, where i can get my leads direct phones without leaving the main screen.

Cons: When i import a list of lead, i can't choose in what funnel they'll be put. I can't clone the steps of a funnel in a new one. One improvement will be notifications from browser, like the ones on the app.

Comments: It can be difficult at the beginning to build your set of fields. I wish I started with a few deals and played with them a little before starting to work at full speed.

Comments: If there was a simpler way to manage post-sales activities, would be great: installation, billing etc.

Pros: - The ease with which you can manage your contacts and projects is great - It works very fast with no noticeable delays - Interface is nicely customizable to fit your needs: you can change different fields to show the information that is useful to your company, hide others etc - you can manage your pipeline with the steps that mean to you during the management of a deal

Cons: Sometimes the search finds too much information: from all the deals that are already closed etc. But that really is a very minor thing.

Comments: Sales can now see what number we are sitting on for the month and know how much harder to push, also drives completion

Pros: Easy to use, input and track deals and deal progress. Great for teams and Man-Co alike to see what is going on within the business from Sales and tracking the stages after sales. Really Simple to add Calls, deals and contacts

Cons: A little more granular goal setting and more reporting tools would be great. No a con, but to have the ability to Win a deal and then hand it over to a Project manager, to then have the ability to track where the project is after the sale

I like the easiness of using Pipedrive

Pros: The flexibility is great with different view, different statistics options as well export functions.

Cons: Integration. I don't like to "force" of activities. Sometimes it makes it too tedious for any communication

The best sales pipeline management tool.... hands down!

Comments: I have tried many different software programs to manage my sales pipeline and none of them have been as easy as Pipedrive.

Pros: - Very easy to use - Intuitive design - Comprehensive reporting - Visual dashboard - Activity reminders - The essential integrations you need to run your business.. -... everything

Comments: We tell everyone about PIPEDRIVE it has been a game changer in our business

Pros: Tracking sales daily has made a difference in our business. Also tracking where business comes from has been huge and no more guessing.

Cons: Tracking deals for same client with different close dates should be a function. We like everything else

Comments: My team has a terrible track record of adopting new software tools (asana, jira, etc.). Not the case here, we all use Pipedrive daily!

Pros: Pipedrive is extremely easy to use, I love dragging leads through the different stages of our sales cycle. Allows me to track our internal sales efforts, and manage priorities nicely.

Cons: We actually do not have anything negative to say about our experience. We may want to unlock tracking and other features soon with an upgrade in our membership.

Comments: There seems to be a lot of development focus on improving the email side of Pipedrive. We still prefer to email from Gmail, preferring the interface and more options offered. Just a note to let you know.

Pros: Very simple to use. The visual interface and syncronisation with other services works brilliantly for us.

Cons: Events on the calendar should click through to the deals they relate to. The emails are not perfect yet.

Simply fantastic, has changed the way we operate and allows us to help many, many more clients

Comments: Overall it is a great system and the pro's certainly outweigh the cons by a long way. The day to day functionality is just superb, the best I have used and I have worked in a sales environment for nearly 20 years.

Pros: You can set it up to suit your business. It's very flexible and has allowed us to produce a great deal of good data to allow us to change and adapt our business. Anyone who uses the system is kept right up to date with accurate information about our clients and what stage the sale is at. It also allows us to quickly recognise deals that have little or no potential so we are not wasting time and staff resources with no return.

Cons: The site reporting is good but could be improved as well as the export reports. It would be great to have the flexibility to select specific fields to include or exclude from reports but as it stands this is not possible. It also doesn't include contacts when exporting data for deals which means it is not possible to generate a deal based mailing list, i.e. deals that were closed in the last 3 months due to lack of funds. This makes it difficult to generate e-mail campaigns from the system.

Comments: Probably the most logical and well-thought out solution for the nature of our process and functions (Construction industry, B2B, Complex selling)... really helped with cutting down on time taken to research and manage data.

Pros: Huge amount of flexibility - custom fields, variables and sorting methods. Integration support for minimizing redundant data entry between systems is also a strong point for this product.

Cons: One tiny thing - ability to search by custom field input (quotation numbers for example) - not really an issue as we have a solution / work around for this though.

Comments: Works great for us and the price is right.

Pros: The features for the price is good. It has the basic features we need and is easy to use. It suits are needs and is inexpensive.

Cons: Not as feature rich as some of the others, but I am no expert in CRMs. It was definately more intuitive and easy to use than some of the others we tried.

Pros: Ease of use and visual interactivity. Drag and drop functionality and customization of fields to suit you specific business needs. Mobile platform works excellently and the integrated call log and email log functions add simplicity to the recording of information. The handy schedule function helped to record key appointments.

Cons: For our needs the pipeline stages needed a little more refinement and we would have like to have held more information within the software but this was more of a specific request to our style of working and for an out of the box package it was generally good.

Overall: Transparency of incoming new business.

Comments: I just really love Pipedrive. My team and I researched many CRM tools before finally choosing Pipedrive because it had the most features for what we needed.

Pros: The activity reminders! I would never remember to follow up all of the people I need to without these reminders. I also love the synced emails so I can look at all previous communication. having all the contact information in one place is great as well. The notes feature is also helpful.

Cons: The only thing I don't love about Pipedrive is that I can't change the pipeline titles, without changing them in the whole organization.

Comments: I have implemented Pipedrive into 3 companies so far - which has given each a tremendous push in the right direction towards our method of reporting; CRM record maintenance; and general organising of leads.

Pros: There are far too many Pros to list, but - I love how simple the initial setup of Pipedrive is; how efficient it can make a system; and how it works for the individual, not the individual working for it.

Cons: Not many Cons if any - I wish there was a little more charting and options from the reporting feature.

Pros: Multi-company. Love the feature. I am a [serial] entrepreneur and at least three of my companies now use PD! One of them, a 9-year old tech company switched from Salesforce. Really. And not missing any features. Newer, smaller companies, just handle everything very very fast. Dashboard is quick an easy to read. Pipes, users, integration with google (mail, contacts, Drive), integration with Asana, documents repository related to the opportunity! Nothing else to ask for. Small to medium companies or sales groups will find a great sales tool. Nice app too.

Cons: Very few for what I need. Maybe better contact sync. Approval proceses maybe also. View-only (cheaper) executive, non-sales users would be nice. Or automatic sending a sales report periodically to a group of emails... But those are perks. No CONS really...

PipeDrive is very easy to use and does everything we need it to do.

Comments: Solid product, very strong tech support, and ease of use make this product one of the better CRM systems I've used. Projects/deals I handle are multi-faceted and require numerous steps; this system allows for a lot of data input and deal migration analysis, communication tracking, etc.

Pros: Ease of use, scheduling assistant, ability to log single events at contact/company/deal level, and the ability to configure in time-dependent events along the lifespan of a complex project/deal

Cons: Merging/deleting redundancies isn't the most straightforward, not much in the way of sales infographics

Pros: Ease of use and user journey management is the best part of Pipedrive. Competing software like Salesforce can become convoluted very quickly. Smaller teams really don't need much more than Pipedrive. This is a perfect example of a smaller company that does better work than the big names.

Pipedrive also has a beautiful interface. It's laid out in a very sleek and lacks the clunky interface of some competing CRMs.

Cons: Reporting software is not as thorough as Salesforce in my experience. This isn't a huge deal for our company but I think some nitpicky people may find it a bit limiting. The reporting is pretty customizable so it's not a real complaint for us.

Overall: This is a much easier to use CRM than most competitors. This allows us to manage our sales funnel much easier than other software. This is one of the best investments we made in 2017

Comments: Overall a great investment. The most reasonably priced CRM on the market - CRM is absolutely necessary for any successful business, I have tried many myself and Pipedrive is the best of them all.

Pros: - Very easy to use, intuitive - Well presented, good visuals - Effective and custom metrics - Powerful integrations that allow it to run like a program 10x the cost

Cons: - Speed - It is very slow to run, takes a little while to switch between deals and contacts - Integrations sometime require reboots

Comments: Thanks for building this tool. Its an extremely valuable tool, sales wise and we should have bought it when we started 9 years ago.

Pros: Easy to use and navigate. Helps keep us organized and moving forward. I have connectVery helpful when I needed it. I have it connected to make Proposals and Contracts being sent and reminding me to followup. We use it for sales, accounting, prospecting, marketing leads and more.

Cons: I often have duplicates being made within persons and companies and I would like to organize merging them in a better way. I have no idea how but its confusing when there are more then 3-4 people managing all of our clients to use the right person and company.
