The customer support team is very prompt and so helpful. Pros Storypark is an asset to my service as it has boosted family involvement, supported our sustainability journey in the reduction of paper that we use and it also allows us to communicate with families with ease. I keep discovering more possibilities within the program. I love the tracking feature so that I can monitor the children I am following, the interactions and engagement with families and the ability to link in with framework, QIP referencing etc. it is time saving and efficient. April 12, 2019 5.0 We have been using Story park for just over a year and it has made a remarkable improvement to the educators documentation. We are seeing a lot of collaboration with families. Our previous software company didn't allow the educators to see when families were looking at their stories. Now the educators can see how many views a story is receiving. Even if the family isn't commenting, the educators know that someone is looking at what they are doing and it is not a waste of anyone's time. Pros This software is very user friendly and allows the users to customise the features to best suit the needs of the service. I take heaps of photos and knowing that they will be on there for when the child is older is really great.It’s great for overseas relatives who can see weekly development of the child. Pros I love using Storypark with my phone as I collate all the photos that I want then I can upload them onto a story, it’s so quick and easy and I can do it during my quiet moments which means I can do my journaling during the day and families get to see their child’s learning. Cons The thing I find most frustrating is that it won’t load all the photos I choose, so then I have to go into my gallery and edit them before I can upload them, it’s so time consuming and I’m in a hurry to get it done.
