Pros: Very stable, rarely if ever have problems. Runs for weeks/months without requiring any attention.

Cons: none

Overall: Very stable product, very rarely if ever have issues. Support is outstanding. Sales and support staff are always very responsive to questions.

Comments: The Virtual Hold team has always been extremely responsive to us when we have had questions or concerns about the product.
