It is easy to navigate and automatically directs you to what you need to accomplish. No glitches and easy to use and the overall excitement of how the data I input and presented. I can’t wait to find other ways on how to use this application in our assemblies and presentations. Pros The PresentationPoint really brings good experience in any place your want to impress with ideas people around. The information and with each progression that you will encounter with this application has been achieved. For instance, if you examine the universe of business, information is being utilized continually to investigate, develop, process the system and results-driven by these corporate organizations. In any case, in the computerized age, it's difficult to design which sort of information you should work with to enable your business and friends. That is the place where the information you need to be organized in this application software. The process is very easy, and your data gets updated in real-time, which is in its own way a very helpful application. Cons One of the features of this application that I might be having problems with is the digital signage where I am not very familiar with how it works. This is also not accessible when you don't have an online connection. yes, it is a great feature and very much functional but to those people who are not yet familiar with how it works, it might be hard for me to use this feature of software application. I know weather is an eye catcher for digital signage and use PP to add that functionality. Pros This product allows you to add enhanced digital signage features to a basic powerpoint presentation. Pros What I like most about this software is that if you are in a setting that presentations are frequent occurrences, then this software allows for you to give a more original and interesting presentation than is normally given. That is, when everyone uses the same software, their presentations always end up being particularly similar. But, if you use a product like PresentationPoint, your presentation serves to stand out compared to the others, not only because of the ample features, but also because of subtle differences. Cons What I don't particularly like about this software is the amount of ram it uses, and its tendency to get bogged down and crash.
