Comments: I am still learning to use all for functionality, I think it will be even better for my business as I continue to use it. Cannot beat the price.

Pros: Videos explain everything, Customer Service very active in making sure you get it going correctly and feel comfortable using the CRM

Cons: Learning any new system is a bother but is to be expected. I have been using ACT and Salesforce so it is not all that different, and it is a little easier.

Comments: we are going to keep going with it, it gives us everything we need for now

Pros: economical , easy to put data in easy to learn how to use it per seat cost anyone can afford everything is easy to print off

Cons: not to many options to customizing you can't track the same way if you had SalesForce you do need training the help videos are not much help you can't share the data unless they have a seat or you print it off

Comments: Best value for the dollar to be found.

Pros: Very versatile. Does what we need it to do and does not consume too much time to keep things in order for our business

Cons: We experience some technical difficulty on occasion creating new leads on the laptop. Never a problem on the iPads.

Pros: It's so easy to use and the reminders are great. I needed a place to organize my contacts and this has been perfect.

Cons: So far, so good. I can't think of anything to add as my business is still growing. Maybe to have suggestions for sub categories would be helpful?

Comments: Thanks to the staff in helping me create a couple of fields in the program.

Pros: This program is awesome. I came from corporate America career with a CRM program that was big $$$, big work and lots of work to maintain. I am now working for a company that had no CRM just an Excel spreadsheet with the list of customers. Which was fine, but now I have super-charged it with this program. I am able to do my job without worry of missing something. AWESOME product. I am still tweaking it a little but that is the beauty of this program. Thank you again for your help.

Pros: Allows email to be directly incorporated into the program without any additional steps. Can corportae a large data base of individuals with little difficulty. Program is very cost effective and relatively easy to use.

Cons: I don't care for the name but it is Less Annoying! I would like to software to aggrigate individuals with the same comany in an easy to find location.

Pros: Having all of my client information in one, easy to navigate place is important to the success of my business.

Cons: I used one of the pre-defined databases. In retrospect, I should have had LACRM support help me customize it a bit more to my business.

Pros: The system is easy to use and maintain. Everything you need to know about a client or prospect is in one place and the search capability is massively helpful in the way it is set up. We are still finding out ways of improving what we do on and with the system.

Cons: Could do with some additional functions like being able to rank tasks in your workspace. But these are being addressed I understand. Other than that there is not much to complain about that we can see.

Overall: Clarity around what was happening in the relationships being formed by the business and who was involved from our end in those relationships.
A Cross platform tool that supported what we did. Previously we didn't have the mobile capability that we needed.

LACRM has improved our organization of customer information so that we can help them efficiently.

Pros: The software has a great, user friendly interface without sacrificing quality and features. It includes all of the necessary options for keeping up with customers in the most efficient way and making sure no one falls through the cracks. The tools available make the software extremely flexible as well. Less Annoying CRM is an impressively comprehensive system at a very reasonable cost.

Cons: The search options are somewhat limited. However, there are workarounds that make this a very minor issue.

Pros: Simple and easy to understand. Absolutely fantastic customer service. Love not having a contract. Great value .

Cons: I would prefer an easier link with Outlook, but not that big of an issue. Other than that, there really are no issues.

Pros: Its so easy to use I didn't have to watch the video tutorials to set up files initially. You can attach files to each record and look at previews of them. The reminders system tasks titles can be easily changed if errors. can create bcc emails for each record.

Cons: easily used with outlook email but difficult to use with office 365 or microsoft email programmes so finding that difficult.

Overall: manages work private patient side of the business

Above all I love the service I receive from Less Annoying.

Pros: The Calendar; being able to see at a glance what is happening, what the rest of the team is doing and easy access.

Cons: Having to save contacts under a company one at a time. I do not have anything else at present that I am not happy about

Pros: I appreciate this software program because it is so user-friendly. Not only is the program easy to use but you are constantly provided with back up technical support and are able to talk to a live voice about whatever question or issue you may have. This company truly specializes in the team approach!

Overall: The benefits of this software are numerous. Since I have other programs to compare it to I have to say how much I appreciate the truly less annoying quality of this CRM. When you are on the telephone live with prospects or customers you really need a program that is easy to use and not too complicated....and gets the job done. My primary benefit that I believe sets this company apart is the coaching and technical support staff that is provided as part of their service. Each person I have spoken with goes the extra mile and provides a quick answer to my issue. If I am unable to get right to a representative they call me right back in a timely manner. I can only surmise that the top level administration provides a dedicated mission for their employees who continue to amaze me. I am truly fortunate to have found less annoying and look forward to a continued successful journey with this extraordinary group.

Comments: I've used 2 CRMs before and this is by far the best. I can customize work flow but not over burden myself with very detailed but non relevant CRM software

Pros: Easy to Use Customized Pipelines Easy Data Entry Easy to Add Follow Up Reminders Daily Email With Tasks

Cons: Can't add a "group" to new contact when in putting information. The search feature does not auto fill in contacts as your search. Very minor but I did notice that.

Highly intuitive software and easy to use. Has completely changed the way I run my business!

Pros: Functionality. It's very easy to use and feels very fluid. Tracking pipelines becomes less of an arduous task!

Cons: The only thing that would be a great addition would be to have LACRM automatically log emails are sent from a synced email address!

Overall: I made more sales and became more organized!

Pros: When we log in, we see all our word space. So, we have in one view the Pipelines summary, an activity summuray, the task scheduled for the day and the calendar. It is easy to get personalized report. All report can be sort as we want.

Cons: Nothing as we can set it up to our hand. The thing that can probably be add is calculated field in order to have report with an estimate of business we can get with the information we enter by Customer or new prospect.

i have used another CRM system which is geared for the bigger companies. This is easy to use.

Pros: Ease of use, simple GUI which is easy to navigate. Customisable pipelines makes for some fancy reporting

Cons: Haven't found anything yet. If there was anything to be really picky, would be allowing repeat appointments, ie monthly , weekly bi monthly.

Overall: Maintaining good relationships with a very large database of customers. It helped increase our business 400% in less than 6 months.

Pros: Once set up, it meets me needs and customer service is great. It helps keep me organized. It's available via internet wherever I am.

Cons: The email thing where I have to cc in myself for keeping email records is not the best approach. It feels like a alternative.

Pros: No contract, price, speed, customer service and is very easy to use. You can upload your current contacts and download.

Cons: The only issue I have is that I'm not smart enough to integrate LACRM webform to my contact form on my website. I use ASP and they use php.

Pros: I have used another crm, one of the largest, for years. It did the job and had the bells a whistles however when it's so complicated, the user ends up creating shortcuts, skipping tasks and the benefit is lost.

Less Annoying CRM is simple, it's to the point and allows for customization so you can see the big picture yet it's easy and fast for the user to not be bogged down with entering data.

I had spent several months looking for another crm to use for my business and worked on several through their trial period. Less Annoying CRM took an hour to do what I still haven't managed to do with the other companies I looked into.

Cons: I would like to have the ability to custumize, change or delete some of the mandatory preset fields. That being said, the ability to add fields and additional customization offsets this.

Overall: It does the job, it's logical and simple.

First time CRM user, This system is REALLY EASY to use! Customer support & tutorials are very easy to follow

Pros: Customer services responses are in depth and quick turn around. You don't get short answers that need several follow up emails. The answers provided include options, choices and illustrated demos/ explanations of what to do etc

Cons: Training videos do not have properly constructed subtitles so it's laborious and time consuming to follow as it necissates stopping and starting to decipher "nonsense" words generated by auto- subtitling

Overall: Low score above because Deaf partners in Utility Warehouse will struggle with the online training because of auto-subtitles which are confusing.

Pros: This CRM is very flexible. I Can easily adapt it to meet my company's specific workflow and project management.

Cons: The CRM does not integrate with my specific type of VOIP service. This wouls add a lot of functionality for me.

Pros: The system is easy to use - I taught myself with the help of the induction guide - but the customer service team are extremely helpful for questions on specific requirements or improvements to make the most of the sites benefits.
It is also very affordable and gives even small businesses the opportunity to be able to have access to such a brilliant tool to manage customer relationships.
I particularly like the Email task alerts and the fact that all tasks for the day or coming days are clearly shown o the "Activity" page.

Overall: Great CRM system, easy to use, affordable, excellent customer service.

As a start-up business, this is the easiest to use CRM platform we tested.

Pros: I would have rated the customer support as 10 stars on a 5 star scale. First of all, they answer their phones without making you go through a multiple layer call tree. They helped us get setup, taught me how to customize pipelines so we could better track follow-ups, proposals and work-in-progress. We looked at higher priced CRM platforms, but it always seems like we would have to hire someone to customize the product. With LessAnnoyingCRM, I was able to do all our customization.

Cons: We would have like to add a custom field that was a data format instead of exclusively a text field.

Overall: We got a CRM system that we were able to customize to track our follow-ups, our sales process and our work progress.

Top Notch CRM that's definitely less annoying on your wallet!

Pros: The cost was the biggest determining factor in choosing LACRM. The learning curve is short. It's extremely easy to use. The customizability is exceptional. Gets the job done. Fast response time.

Cons: Lacks advanced features of costlier CRM's but this keeps it affordable. Bulk data editing would be nice to have.

Comments: The staff doesn't really know the product very well. It took me a month to learn how to configure it to do exactly what I ask them for on the day that I bought it. So I have it working now the way I like it but I wasted an entire month learning how to use it because the staff didn't know what it did.

Pros: Has most of what I need to organize my contacts and track my activity. Some of the features are more powerful then they seem at first glance.

Cons: You can attach an image to a contact but you can't see the image until you click on it to open it specifically. I would prefer of at least a preview of the image while you're looking at the contact.

Comments: This is a terrific program for managing a few hundred leads. It is easy to organize and categorize leads and track correspondence with the leads.

Pros: I like the customer management and the ability to set-up tasks at a future date. Like the cloud-based service.

Cons: The calendar is adequate but would be well served to have the ability to color code appointment types etc.

Comments: Moving our company information was fast and easy. The customer support is wonderful.

Pros: Very simple, not over the top with complicated syncing and linking with other programs. Does exactly what I want, to remove the need to have post it notes in files and on my desk as a data base for clients.

Cons: The reminder system doesn't allow for a snooze or postpone. You have to manually┬┐ change the reminder. Sometimes it builds up and is less effective at getting action taken.

Comments: Great software. The customer service was excellent from beginning to end. They were never pushy, and are always ready and willing to help. I am very happy with the functionality of this program and am looking forward to continuing to use Less Annoying CRM.

Pros: Everything about the program is simple to use and navigate even for CRM newbies. Just a few clicks allow you to customize everything and input new clients. No more wasted time!

Cons: It looks a little generic but you get what you pay for! I haven't found any major flaws in the program yet.

Comments: If you just need basic customer contact management with limited calendar integration, and you don't need automated integration with emails and calendars, this is a very good value. If you need a more robust system or have some coding or basic database skills step up to something like FileMaker Pro.

Pros: Easy to learn. Good basic contact management. Decent built in reports. Integrates well with Google Calendars and Contacts.

Cons: Very little automation built in. Can't calculate calendar dates, such as 90 days before X date. Only basic email operations. If you want to send an email every time a customer is 30 days out from an event, and you want that automated, find another CRM. This one won't do it at all, or without some real customization, which isn't a strength of this system.

Comments: We chose LACRM for it's simplicity. We are a small but growing business that needed a quick and easy way to track contacts, leads, projects, conversations, and details about our clients so we can stay more organized. LACRM has been a great help.

Pros: Simple program and easy to learn, even for those who are not comfortable with technology. Customer Service has been awesome. Video tutorials are simple and helpful. Can't beat the price, especially if your company has never used a CRM- it's a great way to get your feet wet without having to pay for all the bells and whistles that you may not need, or have time to use in the beginning.

Cons: I am hopeful that the program will come up with an auto-fill option so I don't have to enter addresses twice when building contacts (once on the company screen, and once on the contact screen).

Pros: Great customer support. things are intuitive. You can customize things and are not limited in functionality. (Unlimited custom fields) Good pipeline functionality I think. Separation of events and tasks is well done.

Cons: Website based. Not a big limitation and it still works well with my phone. But some advanced mobile features are not possible until they create mobile apps.

Comments: Love the system. I use it for my main calendar by having my apple calendar linked to my Google calendar, and Google calendar sync to my Less Annoying Calendar. Everything is reported onto my Less Annoying Calendar.

Pros: The quick & easy access and updating of the system. The reminders are perfect for my application. The system is very economical and well worth the monthly fee

Cons: Still waiting for the Mobile access version. Would like to see a dual tab area for birthdays DOB's so I can specify Mr. & Mrs. DOB's on one contact screen.

Cons: It would be nice to automatically add e-mail sent from Outlook without the need to add the BCC adress each time

Overall: We were looking for a better CRM solution for us to replace an expensive and over complex on premise solution we were using. After trying a number of offerings, we went with Less Annoying as it was easy to set and get started and had the features we needed. The flexibility to have as many or as few members of staff that need the product able to connect it is a very cost effective way for us to have the CRM we need.
As with all applications you have not previously used, we initially had some questions and problems that we needed help with, but this was quickly sorted with on line support from the team.
Being able to access LACRM from all our different devices made it straightforward to use and keep everything updated. After nearly a year using the product we are still very happy with our decision to go with it.

Overall: I needed a simple to use CRM that could handle large group & industry specific contacts without any razzle dazzle. I needed a CRM that incorporated a good notes section so I could track our client communication for efficient follow ups. I needed the ability to apply filters to do searches & sorts within the database. Less Annoying CRM was the only simple & straight forward program that I could find. This program is so easy & user-friendly to use that maybe they should change their name to "Not Annoying CRM". This program has never annoyed or pissed me off.

Overall: I run a small nonprofit in Durham, NC. What I love about Less Annoying CRM is how easy it is to customize the pipelines to meet my needs. I track volunteers, circles, partners/clients, community support, donors. For the price I have found nothing better. In fact, I am so sold on Less Annoying CRM that I recommend to other nonprofits.

My only complaint is there is not currently integration with ToDoist. That would be awesome.

Comments: Been using for 4 years. Always hated it. Site is unresponsive when I need it, mostly after sales appointments. It stays in buffer zone and will not pull up when needed. This has been happening for 4 years now. Site also takes to long to navigate from one screen to another, and goes into buffering zone when trying to do that. Overall: I found Less Annoying CRM while attempting to learn another CRM, which I found frustrating and difficult to use. As a teacher turned contractor, I have successfully taught myself to use various forms of grading and estimating software, but try as I might, I could not make this other CRM make sense. Enter Less Annoying CRM. I started to look into other products and the Less Annoying title caught my eye. I thought, if it is truly less annoying, I'd be thrilled. Not only was it less annoying, but I was able to upload my contacts and have the software meaningfully implemented in a day. I found it to logically laid out, and the customer support and tutorials to be immensely helpful. I'm glad I discovered this product as our office manager, crew leaders and estimator use it daily to update our client profiles. Having everyone on the same page with all information is priceless. I am thankful for what Less Annoying CRM provides as well as the tremendous customer support. I recommend the Less Annoying CRM wholeheartedly.

Recommendations to other buyers: When beginning to use it, don't over think it. Get it reasonably implemented and then fine tune as you go along. I found this worked well for me. One thought, don't delete statuses, just rename them if you want to change them.

Cons: No complaints except I'd like to be able to send a bulk email to groups or everyone in a particular pipeline status.

Overall: When we looked for a CRM, we looked through quite a few, and most of them were overkill - way too complex - not to mention. Can't have that! With other CRMs the cost was to high or the off the shelf customization was not what I wanted. The other feature I find very helpful is being able to use it on my tablet or phone. Pros: Easy to use, quite powerful, always works as advertised.

Cons: Maybe some power features like GID mapping, but these are frills, not necessities right now.

Overall: I have been using LACR for about three months now, and it is transformative. Almost no learning curve, and generous and very fast support. Cannot recommend highly enough!

Recommendations to other buyers: If you're a small company trying to build up a clientele, this software is incredibly helpful.

Comments: The LACRM intro videos made the tool very easy to use from day one. This CRM provides everything a business needs to keep track of prospects and customers, as well as the ability to customize pipelines and contact groups, etc. They also have the BEST customer service team I have ever dealt with. We integrated LACRM with MailChimp and are now able to send professional emails to our contacts on a regular basis. Terrific value for the money!

Pros: Simple to use. Has a variety of tools within the CRM tool to help run and organise your business.

Cons: Have not found anything I have not liked with this software.

Overall: I have been using Less Annoying now for a few years and I find this CRM tool absolutely great. It enables me to keep track of clients. It reminds me of tasks I need to do. I have a history of communications and actions with my clients that I can check back on.

There is support available online, by email and by phone. If you have a challenge it is quickly resolved.

There are a variety of other good things this software can do that I do not use but others may find very useful. It is certainly good value for money in my opinion and I look forward to continuing to use this excellent tool for years to come.

Pros: Easy to use, does not claim to be more than it is, affordable, easy in and out of the program with only a monthly obligation...no long term contracts.

Cons: Would like to see an Iphone app.

Overall: After using several of the big names like Agent Office and Top Producer, we were so glad to find Less Annoying. We were not using all of the features of either product and found the learning curve to be too steep. Now we actually use the software everyday and love that it is produced and supported out of St. Louis, Missouri. "Try it....you'll like it and the price!"

Cons: I wish that I could duplicate events and tasks in the calendar section, I also wish that there was an actual app for my phone- I still love Less Annoying CRM even without either of these

Overall: I can not express enough how much I love this CRM. It has everything my associate and I need and it is not so complicated. We don't have to jump through hoops to find information or pull reports like we did when we used Sales Pro. Not to mention it is extremely affordable.

Overall: I started using Less Annoying CRM a couple of months ago....slowly incorporating it into my daily routine. Initially, I had wanted it only to keep track of my contacts and phone numbers but it has turned out to be far more useful than I had imagined, at the start. Using the 'pipelines' to keep track of quotes has saved my sanity. Very happy with it. When I have a question or problem..customer service has always been very quick...usually within an hour, to respond...and doesn't mind my stupid questions.
Very, very happy with it and would recommend it.

Overall: I have had occasion over the years to use other CRM's including Boomtown, but the Less Annoying CRM is exactly that - it's NOT as annoying as the others are with their endless learning curves. I'm not a genius when it comes to figuring out a new program. But with this one, I literally sat right down and started using it. Zero learning curve. I also like that the company gives a 30 day trial to determine if you want to buy it. I can't afford to NOT have it, and neither can you.

Pros: It is a simple to use product that I can access from anywhere I can find a computer. The fact I can access my information through my cell phone is invaluable.

Cons: None worth mentioning.

Overall: I have a lot of balls in the air and Less Annoying CRM helps me focus and stay on track. The fact that I can create groups and relationships helps me keep everything together for a give project and allows for quick access to history, emails and notes is very helpful when I am on the phone with a client. Best of all their customer service is "over the top" Being able to talk directly with someone when you have a question or problem is immensely valuable. Less Annoying CRM is everything I could hope for at a very reasonable cost. It's the best!

Comments: Spent a long time searching for the right CRM for my company needs and as soon as I logged into LACRM I knew it was the one. Laid out very well and everything is easy to find and understand. Quite a simple CRM but has every feature I need. Cons: Not great at setting up my templates for importing- It will not save any templates.

If you want the CRM to do any of the steps of the sales process then this is not the software for you.

It is more of an advanced contact manager vs a true CRM. For the price, there are many more full CRM options out there featured

Overall: I have used many crm's from the old days of ACT to today's version of Saleforce and even Sugar CRM. All of them are good in their own unique ways. The huge value of Less Annoying CRM its ease of use and value as an efficient contact management tool while providing good reporting tools. Since it is so easy to use and learn minimal training time is required to learn it so it really easy Less Annoying. Since it integrates so well with gmail and google calendar there is no need to have multiple calendars going. It is a good place to share calendars as well. For the money - it is a great solution and very easy to buy use and get support with. The couple of times when I have required support, it is very simple to speak with someone or get video's backfrom Less Annoying CRM support showing how to do virtually anythin that can be done.

Recommendations to other buyers: This is a good first CRM for many companies and may be ideal for many years to come for many companies.

I would give the customer support 100 stars!!

Comments: I have been using Less Annoying CRM for several months and have found the simplicity great, however the flexibility and customization is amazing! The customer support is beyond anything I could have asked and have found their team to be incredibly responsive and knowledgeable. I use the term "team" because if one person is not available to respond, someone else picks up the question and addresses within minutes. Great customer support, if I could rate them at 100 stars, I would!

Cons: the mobile site doesn't quite have the features of the desktop, but i can access the desktop site from mobile. so far, so good.

Overall: I *really* love this product and company. It's very easy to set up, and very easy to use. As a small business owner, it has all the features I need to keep track of my leads. I've really stepped up my contacting since I started using Less Annoying CRM, because my tasks and pipelines are very clear.

The customer support is some of the best I've seen. They spent about an hour on the phone with me walking through the application while I was still in the trial period. They quickly answer my questions via e-mail - they don't just refer you to an FAQ or support area - they answer what you need!

I'm amazed that it's only $ a month. This is really a game-changer for my enrollment conversations.

Overall: I am a 20+ year user of ACT, which is a fairly powerful contact manager. But I finally got fed up with all of the technical issues, complexity, and traditionally terrible support. The final straw was trying to load it on a new computer. There technical support had me on the phone for eight hours over three days. In the end, I had to call Dell to help me do a factory reset because ACT technical support screwed up the computer so badly.

So naturally, a contact manager called Less Annoying caught my attention. I read other reviews and people seem to like it. I gave it a try, and I'm now a believer.

Getting started was a remarkable experience. I actually had a person at LACRM who I could talk to with questions. And not just a different person each time ┬┐ I got to talk to the same person. That's remarkable!

I was impressed with the ability to customize the software to accept some of the fields from ACT that I wanted to retain. Bringing over 1000 Contacts was way easier than I thought it would be.

Naturally there are a few things I miss about ACT, but LACRM's ease of use more than makes up for them. It's also awesome to be able to access my contacts from anywhere. That was a tremendous problem with ACT.

If you're looking for an easy to use contact manager with top-of-the-line support, give it a try. Their free trial makes it a no-risk trial run, and because it's so easy to use, you will waste a lot of time if you tested and then find out it doesn't meet your needs.

Recommendations to other buyers: Do the free trial. Because it is so simple, you can very quickly assess whether or not it will do the job for you.

Comments: I've been using Less Annoying CRM since 2011 and have recommended it to many people. As an independent consultant, it keeps me on track whether I'm working at my desk or on my iPad or iPhone. I can honestly say I couldn't live without it. When I've needed support (which hasn't happened often), I always get a fast, competent response. The only thing I don't like about it is the name. I'd rather see you rename it to World's Greatest Most Affordable CRM.
