Comments: Would recommend that if your looking for a POS system you look at this software

Pros: Both front end and back end of this software works well, ease of use and the ability to customize is what I like most

Cons: customer service is lacking and that is not good in my book I had to call and e-mail many times and never felt that I received the correct support

Comments: in general good management software

Pros: easy clear interface many options to organise the stock the staff payroll and very useful tracking of the items sold by category

Cons: Other than some analytics components the software is complete and very satisfactory in all aspects of the business operations and stock management

Pros: Ive used this to help my aunt with her store, we've used the trial version but didnt continue after. Epos has a great customer support but my aunt wasnt able to continue due to wanting to convert back to her old system.

Cons: I would recommend but if you are a person that isnt technology up to date it may pose a challenge. They do give support but you still need to be patient or hire someone that knows how to follow the tutorials.

Pros: I loved that it was so easy to set up and once I got into the nuts and bolts of everything it actually made it easier to use.

Cons: I think the biggest reason I left ePos Now is the customer service, you have to pay for support even for a simple question.

Comments: Its an Epos system that is truely future proof

Pros: Great epos system, really easy to use and it integrates very well with lots of other software platforms

Cons: Support can be a little slow, The price is also pretty steep as everything seems to be an add on rather than included

Comments: More from Eposnow. They say they have called me several times. Technology does not lie. I have only one cell phone and there are no missed calls on my phone from any number anywhere. Beware of EposNow which should be renamed EposNever.

Pros: Did not get a chance to use as they shipped me a defective product

Cons: Did not work on arrival - waste of time. Was sent a defective product - did not have a chance to try out.

Pros: The system is easy to use. I would love to have continued to use it....if they stood by what that tell you when you are purchasing the product and provide customer support, as they indicated.

Cons: Do yourself a favor....DO NOT PURCHASE AN EPOS SYSTEM. They DO NOT stand by what they tell you, when you are purchasing their equipment. Their support after one year is HORIBLE. If you refuse to buy their customer support plan, they tell you that they provide email support, which is a lie. They told me desktops have a 3 yr warranty on all equipment. Now, they are saying it only had a 1 yr warranty and we have to pay for a warranty, to have anything replaced now. I have created several tickets and never heard a word back or got the problem resolved. Today (Sunday at 2:00 CST) our desktop was down (which is ironic since our warranty supposibly just expired on the desktop). We had customers in our store and I needed our desktop up to check out customers. We received an error message saying the desktop could not be found, it has been moved or deleted. We called EPOS. It went to U.K. They refused to help because we did not purchase the 24/7 customer support service and said to call the US support line on Monday. Needless to say, we will be shopping for another POS system that stands by their product and customer service!

They only want your money without supplying any service.

Pros: None. I was not able to use it due to poor setup on eposnow setup team. The UK Team seems to be a little more helpful but the US branch.

Cons: Their Customer Service is terrible. They will not keep appointments, never return any support ticket requests, and never call back when they say they will. I purchased this 2 weeks ago and it is still not up and running. I emphasized how important it was to get up and running before the 2nd quarter and that message went in one ear and out the other. I can not tell you how the program operates as mine does not work. According to them, `there seems to be something wrong with your profile. [Your problem] has been escalated to the senior tech team.

Pros: Easy to access modules. As a beginner, I don't find any trouble navigating and using this software because the things I needed is directly present in the home screen. All I need to do is just click and type.

Cons: Support do take a while to answer your call, although I have only noticed this recently. Their stationary (till rolls etc can seem a little pricey) but you aren't bound to buy from them.

Pros: This software provides very good for generating insights to make informed business decisions. It¿s cloud-based but also enables offline till operations until you are back online, then it synchronizes.

Cons: Upload of stock in bulk is challenging & laborious. You have to purchase another software from epos to enable bulk upload of new stock.

Cons: I WISH I COULD GIVE 0 STARS!!!! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! After 3 weeks of dealing with incompetence I was sent a new printer WITHOUT the cords!!! Seriously?!?!?! And when I want to speak to a manager, they tell me they are too busy with other calls-so there are that many unhappy people that I have to wait in line to speak with someone in charge? That's not a good sign. Just started with them and SERIOUSLY UNHAPPY!!!

I've been using EposNow for 2 years, I would greatly recommend!

Comments: I literally do not know what I would do without EposNow, I would recommend them to anyone and have done in the past! We had a problem with our cashdrawer and it was replaced the following day. I've recently got very involved with going deeper into stock levels and master products and am very impressed with everything I can do!

Pros: Insights into sales, stock, customer loyalty all on dashboard and easy to read. There is so much I can do in the back office, I'm still learning new things 2 years on and am still very impressed with what I am able to do! Support are brilliant, always very friendly and helpful. There is a feature vote where you can submit any suggestions for the system and users vote on features they would like to see. The apps that integrate are very useful and there is something for everything you could think of! I can access the back office from anywhere, I love this, it means I can work from home and keep up to date with sales.

Pros: Great feature rich POS, and good value for money. We have managed to setup everything as required for our Dessert Shop using Eposnow system. The customer service was amazing and our implementation manager worked with us to ensure all of our questions were answered throughout the initial setup.

Cons: I still have a lot to explore on the Back Office to implement stock level controls, but I would recommend EposNow to anyone.

Pros: Very easy to understand and use. Customer service was very nice and helpful with providing me with the information I needed to get me thru the problem I was facing.

Pros: Excellent experience migrating from an old system to this brand new system for our cricket club. The help in the implementation phase was really invaluable and they took their time to understand our current practices and provided better resolution rather than just trying to copy what we¿d done before. I just also say that the tech support and `live chat¿ has been excellent in getting quick answers to little niggles rather than submitting endless tech support tickets. The software is easy to use and I like being able to access my information on my phone from anywhere that I am. The email dashboards that you can automatically email to yourself are also very good, especially yesterday¿s sales and last weeks sales.

Cons: A member of staff is dyslexic and struggles with the colours. We would like the ability to change the colours so that it is easier to distinguish different products. We currently keep track of 700 members in an excel sheet and would like to find a way to manage multiple member types in different categories, and allocate each category the same price automatically through the software.

Pros: I spent a lot of time researching POS systems before opening my cafe next year and I finally settled on Epos Now due to a good mix of price and functionalities. During the first phase they walked me through the system and company and made sure I was taken care of through all stages of my signing up process, thank you! The company offers 30 days free training when you purchase the software and I was lucky enough to get allocated to one of the rep. Besides being a bubbly personality and always in a good mood (which is not so easy to find in general) she was extremely patient with me asking the same questions over and over again and she explained the software's main functionalities with clarity and confidence. In just a few sessions we set up my whole menu on the system and the way it will appear on the till so all I have left to do now is plug in the hardware before opening and I'm good to go! Based on the service received so far I would definitely recommend Epos Now.

Pros: I purchased this POS system back in June in anticipation of opening my convenience store. There wa a delay in the start of my business I was not able to setup my system and implement my training in the original time frame allotted. When I was finally able to setup, which was months later, when I contacted EPOS they were beyond helpful. The license that I have does not come with phone support, but the tech team has went above and beyond to help me get the setup over the phone regardless. I love the interface of the software and the versatility that it provides. I am truly enjoying using it and really like `guide me¿ and the App Store.

Cons: Sometimes it is difficult to get through to a technican and I do not always receive a response to tickets that I raise.

Pros: My implementation consultant at EposNow was genuinely brilliant at every point of contact. We'd got an incredibly tight deadline to have our till systems up and running, which, without her help, we'd have had no hope of achieving. She was personable, understanding and most importantly both clear and efficient. As someone who hadn't had a massive amount of exposure to the EposNow system, she communicated it's functions and features clearly enough that I could then immediately train others extensively and to an intermediate standard. Great service from the EposTeam, the integrations consultant included for his efficiency with our WorldPay integration. A massive thanks, especially to my implementation consultant. Top Work! Pros: I have had a very easy time from the delivery to the set up and use of the point of sales machines from Eposnow. My point of contact at the company provided me with quick and adequate training that I was able to effectively pass on to my staff and was incredibly useful in answering queries. The support team was also excellent.

Pros: My implementation consultant was an absolute star - to be fair all the staff I have dealt with are brilliant but as my implementation consultant was responsible for my training then of course most of the praise goes to her. Lovely professional personality - great positive frame of mind. Very well spoken, clear and easy to understand - a total joy! I shall be purchasing another till from this company for my other business. DO NOT HESITATE - this company knocks spots of the other companies. Seriously - don't go anywhere else.

Comments: We have experienced one small issue which an engineer is coming to visit us to resolve. Everyone I have spoken to has been absolutely amazing and I am very inpressed with the software and the service.

Pros: Very impressed with EPOSNOW! Support and training have been excellent. Our implementation consultant has been extremely thorough and patient with all of us! Back office is user friendly and the till front is easy to use. Thank you again for all of your help!

Comments: In general this software provides everything you would need to run your business ar a very good price, i would definitely recommend this software for small business owners

Pros: Epos provides everything you need to run a basic store. It has sales report, labor report, and many more useful informative reports. On top of that its really easy to add and edit items on your menu.

Cons: Sometimes its a little hard to reach a tech and some functions need to be added, like a field to put your store phone number on the receipt

Pros: I use the product every day and am happy with the ease of use. Everyone picked it up quickly and the system is working for the business. I don¿t have any issues with the system and am going to integrate with my payment provider. I have never had any need to phone the customer support team but know they are there if I need anything.

Cons: I would like to see some improvements to invoicing. In particular I would like to be able to put my company logo on the invoice. Another thing that I have noticed is that when you look at an invoice it generates a new invoice number which does not need to happen when you are purely viewing an existing invoice.

Pros: Excellent company so far! Tried the free trial which helped to get used to the system then when we were ready they created a bespoke package for us. Have already used support to help us with our menu programming. Can¿t wait to get the system up and running.

Cons: When phoning Support I have sometimes waited a while to get through to them. Other than that, they have been an excellent company.

Pros: customer service agent did a fantastic job during my one-day training course. Before the training day the system seemed quite difficult to navigate however now a week later I'm really enjoying using the system and can see why it's regarded as one of the best in the market. What's been the most impressive about them is that after the training was finished he wasn't uncontactable, via email he has helped me with numerous queries after the training which is above and beyond what I expected!

Pros: I have had such a bad experience with this company I really cannot mention any pros. I would not recommend this product

Cons: No customer service. Faulty products. I decided to send the product back after a week. I wound up having to dispute the charge with my credit card company in order to get my money back.

Comments: I'm told that they let our representative go. If this is the case, their service may be better. When we received the system, we never opened the boxes. All we did was watch the video tutorials. Our service rep was terrible and missed all of our setup meetings. This pushed us back over 30 days which led into a major event that we were having and could not setup the system during this event. Following the event, we ended up changing our minds and wanted to return the unused unopened system. They would not allow us to, because its in their contract that their are no returns. Make sure you do your research before purchasing any POS. We learned our lesson and are now stuck with this system.

Pros: Simple system to use on the front end. Staff could jump right into using it. Good video lessons to get started

Cons: Poor Customer Service Inventory management needs work. You have to enter all your inventory into their spreadsheet template and doesn't track some of the things we need for our store.

I would highly recommend your firm and staff to anyone.

Pros: I am impressed with the Eposnow POS system and service, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to whoever is seriously thinking about a point of sale system. it is one thing to own a system but it is another thing to be able to help when things go wrong (and they sometimes will). Pros: Lewis the EPOS Engineer was absolutely brilliant. I cannot stress enough how patient and helpful he was. He was very clear in his instructions and answered all our questions really comprehensively. He was easy to approach and has a superb professional manner. We have staff at all levels and he was able to advise all of them at their level. He was absolutely brilliant!

Cons: We would like a report that shows what has been sold within a set date range. At the moment we can get information by category but would like to run a report per product in each category. This can be done by exporting the information to excel at the moment but we would like an easier way to do this.

Comments: They lost our complete inventory two months after opening the business. We have over 2000 products in our store. It was a nightmare trying to deal with them. We aren't happy with the service at all.

Pros: Camera system integration with the point of sale is a good way to check on employees and transactions.

Cons: Customer service is horrible. Their hardware is always acting up and you have to reboot and unplug the units to try to fix new equipment. They use your credit card to pay for the equipment and monthly service which started charging me three months before we opened the business. Then we got a business credit card and switched to that card. Epos was billing both cards and wouldn't stop for 4 months until I canceled my personal card. They wouldn't reimburse me for the double billing.

Pros: Fantastic Service from start to finish, Amar Mehta went out of his way on many occasions to help us , and made setting up the whole system so easy, he is a credit to your company and i would recommend him to anyone with epos now.

Comments: When I asked for a refund for the months they charged for service the answer was no. Seriously if your considering eposnow just keep moving there are better systems out there.

Pros: In theory, from the demo's, I liked the inventory management aspect. Being about to generate an order sku from within the system and when the order arrives you just scan the barcode and the product is entered. That was the best feature to me.

Cons: Even the back end is designed for a tablet. What that means is the user interface worse! You must have a touch screen and even then its "wonky" and hard to navigate. Their training and onboarding consists of you watching a whole bunch of lame videos and doing all the work yourself. When I did a trial run of NCR Silver it was so self explanatory I didn't need the tutorials or much help from the onboarding people. Look not only that but the advertisements say that the system was developed around a large vape company. But when entering the items for vape liquid they said if I want to track stock on 0mg, 3mg and 6mg of a given flavor then I have to create separate items! Not sure what the point of having variables is if every product variation needs to be entered as a separate item. NCR Silver does this with ease and probably other systems do to.

One of the best SAAS point of sale systems I've seen!

Comments: Overall i rate this the best fair priced POS system available with good support.

Pros: - Great front office (terminal) - Own backoffice module, so you can review sales, edit settings etc, manage inventory - Smooth for full touchscreen devices. Software only or full hardware bundle available - Connected to your system from everywhere. Even on your smartphone. - Easy handeling of functions, they also have a guide me assistant to get started if you are a novice. - Apps store to expand your system by your own needs

Cons: - Have to enter items manually. They do have a import module you can buy as a subscription. Can get expensive if you add all those subs in total. this should have been included in the system, at least a simple import feature. - The app store needs to be open to third party developers

Pros: After purchasing a card payment machines i was referred through to Epos for my till solutions. After speaking with one of the point of sales consultants, who was very knowledgeable and helpful, he recommended the right products for my new business after listening to my requirements. With in the hour of our call i had received a comprehensive quote and was able to review the demo. By lunch time i had made my decision this was the right company for me and by close of play i made my purchase. I would thoroughly recommend this company for your till solutions. Not only have they supplied me with a really competitive quote but the service i have received so far has been second to none.

Pros: After dealing with some express and direct epos dimwit's these guys brought a ray of light to what I thought was going to be a dark and expensive failure. Epos Now helped me set up in minutes and one of the customer reps. was more than helpful in showing me around the various functions of their software. Pros: On Wednesday 20th September 2017 I was having some problems trying to log in to the back Office on our EPOs till. I phoned the support line in the morning & was connected to a 1st line support Agent. I explained the problem & it was agreed that she would phone me back at 4pm to help resolve the problem. We have recently changed company names over & there had been a mix up about which account etc. was still active ( our fault ). she phoned at 4pm prompt then kindly spent the next 2 hours or so helping me re install EPOs back office again as the one we had been using was now locked. I explained to her that I needed to get the new programme running as we opened again at 9am on the 20th & we needed the system up & running. Just to summarize as it would take to long to explain she was exceptional in the very cool, calm & professional manner in which she helped me resolve this issue. I was getting a little stressed as this was put on me last minute but she explained the process step by step in a very friendly & understanding manner. Anything she wasn't sure about in the process she asked for advice from her team & at one point she kindly got another member of her team to help also. Its vary rare when you deal with telephone help lines that everything you ask for happens but I can honestly say that she went above & beyond to help me which was really appreciated & I was able to set up the new Back Office system in time for us to be able to trade again in the next morning. she is a prime example of how to get a good end result for both parties in & limited time scale in very difficult & testing situation. She is an asset to your team & I hope she receives the recognition she deserves.

Pros: After evaluating a number of potential EPOS solutions for our business we decided that the Epos Now solution was a close watch to our required specification, functionality and ease of use. It provided all of our essential hardware and software requirements and many 'nice to haves' that were on our original list. After installing the system off-site we had an intensive period of testing user data and configuring the system to match our specific business processes. Epos Now provided plenty of training and support during this period and we were impressed with how much functionality was available compared to our old system. After the user acceptance testing was signed off the system was installed seamlessly into the operation and has ran perfectly from day 1. Combined with the remote back office, the Epos Now system has been welcomed by staff, has introduced many new efficiencies into our business and continues to do so the more we use it. We have no hesitation recommending this system to others.We had a couple of small software gaps that we needed more help than usual to rectify however epos now made available the support resolve them.

Comments: I'm sure any future issues will be answered in the same manner and look forward to continuing working with Epos Now.

Pros: Today's session was very easy to follow and understand. The session was conducted by customer support team and was made easy by his willingness to listen and be very patient. I would like to thank him for a most enjoyable working afternoon with all queries answered using his knowledge, suggestions, and expertise. We had multiple issues however they were discussed and each answered quickly in as much depth as required.

Comments: Lots more to learn I'm sure but great system.

Pros: I did a lot of research before deciding on Epos Now. Competitively priced with gold functionality and ability to integrate. Our implementation manager was great and got us up and running and we are now trading.

Cons: We had a little issue around delivery. We were on a short timeline but they pulled it out the bag in the end.

Pros: Customer rep. was very helpful to get me to understand the software and also his customer service is excellent.

Cons: I did not like how internet explorer was unable to run the eposnow software. I use internet explorer for everything.

Pros: Customer rep. was a great help and he was on top of his work. The software fits our needs nicely and I look forward to continuing our relationship with Epos Now.

Cons: Unfortunately I didn't want to get on the phone and had to because live chat wasn't available. They said the US is working on getting it soon though.

Comments: I would like a standard report that shows the number of certain product sold by week. I asked my retail manager to do this to anticipate restocking needs and she never did. Again, if you have this report feature, she couldn't find it.

Pros: I thought your Customer service was excellent! As we used the system more, we found out more of its capabilities.

Cons: I was told my retail manager that there was no way to program a discount in dollars, only in percentage. Can't believe its true, but she swears she searched the system and couldn't find it. So if it's available, it must be hidden. Also, we use computer tablets and the maximum size of the number keys was too small, especially for men with big fingers.

Pros: Customer rep. was very helpful in solving my issues. I am very pleased with Epos now - I have only been working with it for a few days but I know it is going to work much easier than my other POS system

Cons: Live chat is not currently available in the United States. Sometimes getting on the phone can be a hassle so I can't wait for that feature to be available for me.

Pros: My regular support guy was unavailable, so another support stepped in. He was great, mission accomplished! I appreciate how responsive epos now support people are. I have worked in the tech industry for 40 years, and I know good support (and bad support!) when I see it. You folks have very good support!

Pros: Nice design with colors, clear to understand , easy to use, quiet convenient with everything stored on the same place.

Cons: Features not specially enough to pay for it. I still be able to access my documents from anywhere without paying. Processing payment method is limited. It seems very useful for restaurant and order but might not enough for rooms retailer like us.

Pros: I had a web ticket and received a call from David and he was able to fix the issue we were having with out tax as well as fix our cash drawer issue.
