Since the product arrived, I have used the trainning service and some support and they have always been very helpful and professional.

Pros

The way the product is presented, looks great, and is easy to use. The bar at Fields End Water Limited has been very successful and the till has been a great addition to the smooth running of the bar.

Cons

Nothing, I haven't used other products so nothing to judge against, but overal very pleased. Can't think of anything negative.

Everything about EPOS NOW. Time is crucial for small business. Payment receiving from customer is very slow and there are all other factors. - Poor customer service - No reliability of customer support - Build system that works very slow and take close to 2 minute to take a payment. - EPOS NOW is 100% SLOW PROCESSING SYSTEM AND WE NEVER RECOMMEND TO ANY ONE OF OUR CIRCLE. - No proper communication from customer support team if we raise complaint. - they're operating from UK and don't get surprised that delay on communication or any support. - Though set payment close time according business requirement, your payment will be always different from what you make. 100% not helpful company.

Don't Touch This system or this company Ever!! Client of mine purchased this system, it has never worked since day 1, they have tried to engage customer service for a full refund due to the company failing to provide the paid for service in a reasonable time. In the mean time this company has STOLLEN fees from my client, double charged them and On top of this they think it's appropriate to charge a early cancellation fee. This company has no morals and has broken several ACCC laws.

Nothing, everyone else does the same things just better

Cons

Customer service, promise the world and never deliver. Even when they promise to call you back it never happens.

Epos Now rollout has been seem less. I thoroughly recommend this system! The support from the call centre is brilliant. I can actually talk to someone very easily. The online support is great too!

Excellent system that is easy to use. My team love it! Great frontline support. I am really impressed!

Nothing! I have no complaints about the system. It works really well and is very well supported. No hidden problems at all!

Absolutely disgusting. Has caused me the most stress this year than anything else.

Pros

The low eftpos percentage rate. Sucked me in. Not worth the stress EposNow has caused me at all.

Cons

Double charged me for 3 months despite me telling them each month that this was happening! Then it took MONTHS to recieve back, after hours on the phone and many emails sent. THEN they illegally charged me ANOTHER TIME and I am STILL waiting for this refund! The people on the phone can’t ‘authorise anything’ and have to send it through to a “manager” who you cannot speak to, and who does not approve refunds for months and months and months. No one can tell you what’s going on.

Very good. We’ve taken ages (almost 12months) to take the plunge and commit to an EPOS system believing it would be difficult to set up and it would prove inflexible, but it’s proved surprisingly easy

Pros

Functionality, sits alongside current card payment system (DOJO) easy to set up, UK based support team - who answer your calls to their 0800 number without sending you through loads of multiple choice options before speaking to a human!

Cons

That I can’t connect my kitchen order printer wirelessly. Sadly a long Ethernet cable runs between the printer to the broadband box

It was very simple to set up and we had the on boarding team on hand should anything complex come up.

Pros

Its a POS system with lots features, but is vert easy to set up and simple to use. The on-boarding team were with us every step of the way.

Nothing, we have only used a few features, but they have all been great and the reporting options are very detailed.

The support system with Epos Now has been great to work with. They have answered every question we have had as quickly as they could. The system was easy to get set up, and we were quickly up and running with it.

The thing we like the most about Epos Now is that it is easy to use for the customers as well as the staff.

Cons

The thing I like the least about Epos Now is that it is set up primarily for food service, so we can't change some of the places in the machine that say food/drink, etc. And also, we wish the time was able to be adjusted to 12 hour time instead of 24 hour.

Its very secure. Easy to use. All the format is clear and precise. Payments are through quick and accurate.

Sometimes it cant find the server and has to be linked to my phone network. Takes a few minutes on occasions to find the cardreader.

Although a great software to have, hard to use at first but again, taking over the till and speaking to a real human is always the best way to go..

You can do almost anything g you want with the system. All you need is a little patience to get your head around it and if you can’t the support is there for you (a real human)..

Overwhelmed as a new user and taking over a coffee shop ment out of hours adjustments so not to disturb the working day..

Nothing really, however, if I need to state something, then the card reader broke after a short time of having it, but this was resolved with a replacement one within 24 hours.

By no fault of Epos, I assume; but my cellular phone company charged me dearly for the international calls during training sessions. I think the calls were to Canada or Europe. Perhaps, letting the customer know that dialing directly to the office may result in long distance international charges would be quite thoughtful and beneficial. 🤗

Excellent. I've always been happy with the product and how easy it is to set up and bring into operational use. But the best thing is the support team who are very able and efficient in fixing those little issues the team come across regardless of whether its a till issue or external factor.

Pros

Easy to set up, easy to use and training can take a few minutes to do the basics. There are good on-line help guides but the Technical/Support team on the phone have always fixed any minor issues we've had, usually not to do with the product but maybe a Wifi or knowledge issue. Product is not expensive to buy and running costs are low.

Cons

No real Cons to talk about! I've run two business' where we changed to Epos Now and both have improved our business effectiveness immeasurably.

With the implementation of Epos Now At Canalside restaurant Ltd, we have greatly improved our service to our customers and sped up the process from start to finish, with less mistakes being made especially with our integrated card machine this is also helping us retain money otherwise lost due to human error.

Easy to use system, for both the front door and back door of the software, friendly staff and support team, quick response times and knowledgeable staff.

Cons

A few subtle implementations to the system could be made, but these are issues specific to my business rather than a out and out problem.
