Pros Ease of use, great platform to find and collaborate with like minded professionals in your space. The UI is very friendly and it has a good tutorial explaining how everything works. Cons If I could improve one thing, it would be the cross functionality with other applications. I say this lightly as I am not sure if there are restrictions internally within my organisation that are preventing the right permissions, and so someone else may have a different experience.
