Also the surprise rate increase was rather unwelcomed. Pros The forecasting and easy visibility for stocked out and potential stocked out items has been a major benefit for our company. Cons The lack of live data has been a real challenge when looking for backordered items specifically. We often still need to be looking in our ERP system while ordering.
