Overall, my experience with Netstock was positive. The platform made inventory management and forecasting easier by providing useful insights and helping identify potential stock issues. I found the system reliable and helpful for making more informed purchasing and inventory decisions. While there was a learning curve with some of the more advanced features, the benefits outweighed the challenges. Overall, Netstock is a useful tool for businesses looking to improve inventory planning and efficiency.

Pros

What I liked most about Netstock was how easy it made inventory management and planning. The platform provides clear insights into stock levels, demand, and purchasing needs, which helps reduce guesswork and make better decisions. I also liked the user-friendly interface and the ability to quickly identify potential inventory issues before they become bigger problems. Overall, Netstock helped make inventory planning more organized, efficient, and manageable.

Cons

What I liked least about Netstock was that it can take some time to learn all of the features and understand how to get the most out of the platform. Some of the more advanced tools can feel a little overwhelming at first, especially for new users. I also found that certain processes could be more streamlined. Once familiar with the system, though, it becomes much easier to use.

Pros

The automated demand forecasting and reorder recommendations have completely eliminated manual spreadsheet tracking. It takes the guesswork out of purchasing, saves hours every week on purchase order creation, and gives us clear visibility into optimal safety stock levels.

Cons

The setup process requires a solid amount of time and effort up front, particularly around getting historic ERP data cleaned up and mapped correctly. If your underlying data isn't clean, the forecasting models take extra tweaking before you can fully rely on the recommendations.

Netstock delivers a smooth, efficient inventory management experience with standout support and forecasting tools. The overall experience is overwhelmingly positive, but businesses with highly specialized requirements or unusual ERP setups may find its limitations more noticeable

Supply Chain Management. It’s designed to be intuitive, so even smaller businesses without dedicated analysts can make sense of their inventory data.

Cons

Reports and dashboards are somewhat rigid; users can’t always tailor them to unique business needs. While the interface is user-friendly, mastering advanced forecasting and optimization tools takes time

We're still trying to figure out how we can maximize the use of all the data. Also the surprise rate increase was rather unwelcomed.

Pros

The forecasting and easy visibility for stocked out and potential stocked out items has been a major benefit for our company.

Cons

The lack of live data has been a real challenge when looking for backordered items specifically. We often still need to be looking in our ERP system while ordering.
