Pros: SI 2017 adds significant performance enhancements in addition to system design and productivity improvements that enable system integrators to both maximize the efficiency of their business processes and increase profitability. Building new functionality on the architecture of the System Integrator platform as well as expanding on D-Tools Cloud infrastructure, SI 2017 also adds powerful business intelligence and visual reporting to enable business owners and management to understand and better perform key functions of an integrator's business

Overall: Scheduling

D-Tools company and project calendars enable you to create Install Tasks and Service Orders for any project or resource. Tasks and Service Orders can be moved around the calendar via drag and drop, making it easy to accommodate schedule changes.

My company uses it and I have been just learning the program. There is a lot you can do.

Pros: I like how much you can do with the program. Around every corner I feel like there is something that i can do that I never knew i could. It defiantly is a robust piece of software.

Cons: You can get really lost in the program. I feel like I am learning a new language. Every time i need to do something i am having to ask a million questions to those that do know the program. I wish it was easier but knowing how robust it is i guess it can't.

Overall: Writing up proposals. It is what I uses it for.
