It doesn't include some advanced troubleshooting features that might be helpful in an enterprise environment, but for a small business that's just getting started, I think it's a reasonable option. Pros Nagios Network Analyzer makes network monitoring fairly easy to get started with - especially if you're in a smaller environment the way that I am. There's a good collection of visualizations to help you understand what's going on. Cons Like a lot of on-prem services, Nagios Network Analyzer doesn't use machine learning or anything like that to streamline the troubleshooting process. Pros Nagios is able to monitor all of your network routers, switches, Access Points and devices that support the SNMP protocol, including No-Breaks, power generators and even phone systems. For the endpoints Nagios is able to monitor all of your servers (Linux, Unix, Windows and MacOS). Cons There's a learning curve for the configuration of the application and the dashboards that follow it. After finishing this first piece the monitoring piece is a breeze.
