It has been over 7 months we acquired STAYS SERVICE THEY did not give us the right information, we have the most expensive package and it has been a total misleading. The worst customer service. We don’t find help and now when we have reservation in one platform the units disappear in our website. 2 weeks waiting for someone to help.

Pros

Nothing. Process difficult and no solution. No right information were given, they take forever to answer.

Elegí a Stays como socio para confiarle mis propiedades de alquiler vacacional ¡y fue una excelente elección! Es importante tener una conexión tan segura con las plataformas, lo que nos da tranquilidad con la sincronización de nuestras reservas (algo que antes nos causaba muchos dolores de cabeza). Sin mencionar que la API es muy estable y completa para lo que necesitamos, lo que permite una óptima integración con nuestra operación, haciendo que el día a día de nuestro equipo sea más fluido. Además, el soporte siempre ayuda cuando lo necesitamos. Pude llevar mi negocio a un nuevo nivel.

Pros

Soporte a disposición, conexión segura con los canales y una API excelente para integrar lo que necesito.

Cons

La versión aún necesita unos ajustes para optimizar aún más el uso diario del equipo en tareas de rutina.

Pesima experiencia para que sepan, los mensajes no todas las plataformas se conectan, no puedes hacer promocines por booking, solo una especifica de movil, lo que te deja super mal frente a la competencia, siempre te dicen que el problema es la plataforma de renta no ellos, con despegar cobraron menos e incluso el fee de gestion no lo incluye, ha sido terrible y eso que no estoy contando todo.

Pros

Por ahora nada, de verdad no entienden la mala experiencia, es tanta que me estoy dando el tiempo de escribir aca.

Cons

La venta te dicen que todo se conecta, esto no es así, les importa vender, pero después cuando necesitas ayuda se limpian las manos y ellos nunca tienen la culpa. el servicio al cliente terrible.

Particularmente fiquei muito frustrado por conta dos problemas de conectividade e falta de suporte.O suporte parece ter um compromisso maior em fechar os chamados do que efetivamente resolver o problema. Por vezes o atendente nem lê o histórico e faz perguntas que já foram respondidas no passado. Aparentemente o importante é bater a meta de responder "20 chamados por dia" ...mesmo que o problema não tenha sido efetivamente resolvido.Já estou questionando se fiz uma boa escolha e ponderando outras alternativas.

Pros

De forma geral tem boa qualidade, mas agora fica até difícil ver as qualidades do software devido aos problemas de suporte e conectividade.

Cons

Eu tive uma sequência de problemas de conectividade e o suporte é extremamente lento. Tenho chamados que ficam esperando por 6 dias...Falta um "curso" sobre as funcionalidades de cada menu.Espero que algum funcionário da stays faça um curso na udemy.com (videoaulas curtas explicando menu por menu. Se houver um upgrade, basta editar somente video específico)

Por ser um produto nacional, imaginei que tudo ficaria mais fácil, principalmente o atendimento.

Pros

O recurso que mais utilizo são as reservas, sinto que o sistema tem muito mais a oferecer e ser explorado. Estou procurando me aperfeiçoar mais no uso do software para ter melhor performance e resultados.

Cons

O uso no celular, acredito que um aplicativo seria mais ágil e fácil utilização. Tem algumas funcionalidades que não consigo alterar no celular.

Estou feliz e satisfeita com o sistema da Stays, de fato entregam o que prometem e a cada mês nos surpreendem com novas ferramentas e facilidades.

O quanto é intuitivo e o fato de ter as conexões com as melhores plataformas de locação

Cons

Quando estou logada, cai muito rapidamente se fico sem mexer continuamente.
