"TOTAL MISLEADING AND WASTE OF MONEY"

**Overall:** It has been over 7 months we acquired STAYS SERVICE THEY did not give us the right information, we have the most expensive package and it has been a total misleading. The worst customer service. We don’t find help and now when we have reservation in one platform the units disappear in our website. 2 weeks waiting for someone to help.

**Pros:** Nothing. Process difficult and no solution. No right information were given, they take forever to answer.

**Cons:** It has been a total Misleading We are frustrated. The worst experience ever It was a waste of time and money.
