Pros

Clear workflow, convenient invoicing, pleasant communication with support when needed. The price-performance ratio is okay for me. Overall, we are very satisfied, we have been using eWay for several years.

Cons

I liked the older look a little better, but it's nothing that bothers me. Customizing individual steps in the workflow is very detailed and therefore a bit more time-consuming, fortunately it doesn't need to be done very often.

Overall, the experience has been mostly positive. I believe that over time all features will be transferred to the new eWay Online user interface and everything will be perfect.

Pros

eWay-CRM Online is clear and well-structured and is fully integrated with the Pohoda accounting system. The mobile app is practical and easy to use.

Cons

The need to constantly switch between the old eWay desktop version and the new eWay Online, as not all functions work due to the installation on our server required for the accounting system integration.

I don´t have much experience. I use eWay to upload information and documents for individual projects so that others can also have access to all these materials and information if necessary.

Pros

That emails are updated when I add them to the project. I´m also satisfied with the clarity of the information I enter into eWay.

Cons

When I want to upload items to a project, it takes a long time and causes the entire eWay system and associated email to freeze.

eWay-CRM is a practical and user-friendly tool that integrates seamlessly into my daily workflow, but some aspects of it feel outdated or limiting—particularly when it comes to reporting, performance, and the modern user interface.

Pros

Deep integration with outlook, project stages and workflows, assigning tasks, tracking deadlines and responsibilities. Customizable fields and forms. Document management directly in CRM.

Cons

Reporting isn´t very advanced by default. Dashboard are basic. I miss richer analytical tools. No native “power‑level” visualizations (like Power BI‑style dashboards). Customization requires technical skills or admin access. UI feels a bit outdated. Cannot be integrated into the new Outlook.

The customer can customize almost everthing to his needs. The best thing is the workflow regarding our projects.

Cons

everything has to be paid for (every small change is very expensive - considering that we are not sure, if it will work for us). That is what is holding us back.

I have experience with other CRM systems too and eWay is easier for modifying forms, adding new downlist and more intuitive for users' work.

Pros

I like eway-crm mobile app. I have all clients' contacts immediately when I need them or if clients call me I see who it is.

Cons

In the mobile version of eWay, there were missing some features that were in the PC version. It limited me in my work, I was in the field.

CRM integration in Outlook makes working with information easier and faster, and everything is clearly organized.

Cons

The transition to the new version of the user settings section is somewhat confusing due to the combination of the old and new interfaces.

linking individual data and searching for them together, filtering allowing you to find the desired result very precisely

searching in files and the need for precise diacritics when entering, unintuitive control of individual pop-up windows

Super simple to set up, super intuitive design, love that it looks for leads within your own in box, keeps everything organized and is a single source of truth.

Pros

It is so incredibly easy to use because of its deep connection with outlook. No more missing contacts or loading to a separate system. Great value for the money and perfect for any small business.

Cons

Nothing. I have tested everything and cannot find one issue. Other CRMS are too clunky, have too much. This is easy breezy.

We have been using the system for about a year within our sales team and are gradually adapting it to our needs with technical support. But it is already making our work much easier.

Pros

Integration with MS Outlook, clarity, and easy management. All of this optimizes our internal and external processes and communication within the sales team with minimal effort. As a result, everyone on the team has embraced it and uses it naturally.

Cons

I imagine greater flexibility of the system. But that stems from our approach before the introduction of CRM. For optimal configuration of modules and, above all, their relationships, programming of eWay technical support is necessary.

Its a good CRM with a very good balanced price quality rate. Whatever the size of the company is, it is easily adapted for every industry.

Pros

Directly connected to MS outlook is a must. Furthermore a tailored personalization of modules allows users to better manage workflow in a easier and efficient way.

Cons

Design is not as actual as it should and IA should be considered overall.

Email storage, management and assignment of individual projects to individual designers. Managing attendance and storing contacts within the company, having everything in one place.

Cons

I don't think I can think of anything yet. For what we use CRM for, its functions are sufficient. I miss the function of creating e.g. an entry from the diary function. When e.g. minutes of a meeting are written in the diary, the possibility to generate the minutes in word format for example.

Overall I am very satisfied with eWay. The system is clear and easy to navigate, tasks work reliably, and I use it on a daily basis. The only minor issue is slower performance when there are many records in the diary, but everything else is positive.

Pros

What I liked most about eWay CRM is how clear and intuitive it is. The interface is easy to use, tasks and related workflows work reliably, and I can find everything quickly. It helps me stay organized and work efficiently every day.

Cons

What I like least about eWay CRM is that it can be a bit slower at times, especially when there are many diary records or several users are working at once. It does not happen often, but in those moments the work feels less smooth.

Pros

I generally like the clarity and ease of work in CRm. The system is very easy to navigate, monitor the progress of assigned tasks, and generally know the activities (tasks) of other colleagues.

Cons

No complaints. In the beginning, we had some problems with the steps of individual tasks, but with support, we were able to set it up to suit us.

We use Eway mainly as an overview of opportunities, projects and a contact list. In projects, we generate orders, contracts and other documents from templates. Everything is simple, clear and functional.

Pros

What I like most about eWay-CRM is its ease of use. The program is clear, functional, and integrated with Outlook.

Cons

I'm not comfortable with customizing templates. Sometimes templates don't get overwritten correctly.

Overall, I evaluate the e-way positively, it makes my work easier, although there is room for improvement in certain functions.

Pros

I like the clarity of the e-way, that you have everything in one place, there is an option to filter views and export data to Excel.

Cons

I miss the option to copy text directly from the lists. When you want to copy some data, you have to click through everything. And our marketing lists are not working well. the warnings we receive are very poorly timed, they don't match the dates at all

We have been using eWay-CRM for many years already. I like the tool mainly for the people behind the product. They are always willing to help you fast and efficiently.

Pros

Customer support is always invaluable and quick. The tool is versatile and can be easily modified to suit your needs, although it has certain limitations. Simple logic can be used to associate emails with records in CRM. eWay-CRM is still developing and bringing new features to support us in our work.

Cons

There are many pros to the new user interface design. Still, one significant con is that it is not possible to view tabs alongside main project/deal information on the first page, which is not particularly helpful for quick orientation when working with multiple deals or projects during the day.

Easy management of entire processes, from opportunities to orders and the entire production. I like the individual user processes that Eway has tailored to our needs.

Cons

Previously, mainly synchronization issues. Strange rights settings in the user interface. Time-consuming uploading of files to individual projects; Outlook cannot be used while uploading.
