Pros

Clear workflow, convenient invoicing, pleasant communication with support when needed. The price-performance ratio is okay for me. Overall, we are very satisfied, we have been using eWay for several years.

Cons

I liked the older look a little better, but it's nothing that bothers me. Customizing individual steps in the workflow is very detailed and therefore a bit more time-consuming, fortunately it doesn't need to be done very often.

I don´t have much experience. I use eWay to upload information and documents for individual projects so that others can also have access to all these materials and information if necessary.

Pros

That emails are updated when I add them to the project. I´m also satisfied with the clarity of the information I enter into eWay.

Cons

When I want to upload items to a project, it takes a long time and causes the entire eWay system and associated email to freeze.

Overall, the experience has been mostly positive. I believe that over time all features will be transferred to the new eWay Online user interface and everything will be perfect.

Pros

eWay-CRM Online is clear and well-structured and is fully integrated with the Pohoda accounting system. The mobile app is practical and easy to use.

Cons

The need to constantly switch between the old eWay desktop version and the new eWay Online, as not all functions work due to the installation on our server required for the accounting system integration.

We use Eway mainly as an overview of opportunities, projects and a contact list. In projects, we generate orders, contracts and other documents from templates. Everything is simple, clear and functional.

Pros

What I like most about eWay-CRM is its ease of use. The program is clear, functional, and integrated with Outlook.

Cons

I'm not comfortable with customizing templates. Sometimes templates don't get overwritten correctly.

I can find all details about customers nad employees. Invoices, orders, contact details and much more.

Cons

Options between old and new version. I like the new one but some people do not and then when we try to find something together it is complicated.

Pros

It links up with my e-mails make it easy to track project input from different sources. The user interface is user friendly once you start using it.

Cons

When tasks that are not related to a project are automatically linked to a project. When eway fails to sync with your e-mails or project you can work off line and your updates are not updated with other collegues.

eWay-CRM managed to bring peace and order into my chaotic online workplace and my job easier. It also managed to speed up certain tasks of my job. I've previously worked with Outlook and eWay-CRM certainly come on top, out of the two.

Pros

The thing i like the most about eWay-CRM is how easy and intuitive it is to move around and work with it. It's easy to undersand and learn.

Cons

There is only one minor thing. It's a nitpick. I am only missing the ability to highlight certain informations (for me) in the texts with a colored background.

eWay is pleasant to work with, has many options. Almost everything was adapted to our requirements. I am very satisfied with the support.

Pros

Working in projects and workflow. Actions associated with transitions between workflow states make my work easier. And certainly the ability to work in the web interface.

Cons

I wouldn't say I don't like it, but the least convenient thing is that the document templates cannot be edited by the user. I saw that they are working on it.

Super simple to set up, super intuitive design, love that it looks for leads within your own in box, keeps everything organized and is a single source of truth.

Pros

It is so incredibly easy to use because of its deep connection with outlook. No more missing contacts or loading to a separate system. Great value for the money and perfect for any small business.

Cons

Nothing. I have tested everything and cannot find one issue. Other CRMS are too clunky, have too much. This is easy breezy.

Pros

Directly connected to MS outlook is a must. Furthermore a tailored personalization of modules allows users to better manage workflow in a easier and efficient way.

Cons

Design is not as actual as it should and IA should be considered overall.

We have been using eWay since 2009 and have grown accustomed to it. We greatly appreciate the custom reports, as we use them in our daily business operations.

Cons

The online version feels overly spread out and modern, which is understandable. However, compared to the desktop version—where everything is clear and regularly sized—I find this to be a drawback. Additionally, many functions behave differently online and are less user-friendly. For example, something as simple as logging attendance now takes longer than on the desktop version. I understand this shift represents the future, but I would appreciate it if the user-friendly features of the desktop version were retained.

Pros

Customer support is always invaluable and quick. The tool is versatile and can be easily modified to suit your needs, although it has certain limitations. Simple logic can be used to associate emails with records in CRM. eWay-CRM is still developing and bringing new features to support us in our work.

Cons

Good, I am happy with it over all, also the support is quite nice and it is not a problem to discuss some changes

Pros

Ease of use (the management of opportunities) and integration into the Outlook - option to transform the events into diary

Cons

Some details in compatibility when transforming the opportunity to project - for example the category; Also the mobile app is not matching in the user - friendliness and it is not usable for me, even though I would use it
