Honestly, I hate it. For more details please see the field above. I don't know anybody in our company who enjoys working with it and people try finding different workarounds on how NOT to work with it.

Pros

It is integrated with Microsoft Outlook.

Cons

It looks like something out of the 90s. Super-complicated, slow, endless updates slowing down the rest of the system, not user-friendly at all. Maybe it's great for accounting, but it is the worst as a CRM. When I compare it to Pipedrive I used before in a previous company, it was so much better. Also, working with data is pain in the ass. I would like to but I can´t be bothered with this system. In Pipedrive, I could see visualizations of my targets, revenues, etc. at 1 click.

eWay is CRM system which we integrated few years ago. We are really satisfied with it. It can provide data you apriciate to have like a manager. There are many ways how to work and look to data. You are able to modifie many fields and customize it to your needs. Like a benefit is an mobile phone app. Great tool for company of our size.

Pros

Integration in Outlook. Could be modified from our side. Mobile phone app. Imports and exports of data.

Cons

Some modifications need to be done by creator and you have to pay fees.

Pros

You can tailor forms, workflows, hide modules you don’t need, adjust fields etc. We can adapt eWay to our way of working. The eWay team is responsive and helpful.

Cons

The system can slow down Outlook, has lag, responses are slow, sync isn’t always real‑time. Especially when large data volumes or complex workflows are involved, so we have to try to slimline the info.

The synchronization of the add-on itself is usually slow and it is often necessary to restart Outlook or the whole computer to make the add-on visible and usable.

I enjoy eWay and works on it daily. It helps a lot with organisation of documents. I can find projects easily ad manage it too.

Pros

I like that all my projects is organised admin wise if I am looking for something I can find it at the specific project. It makes life easier. Would recommend it for sure.

Cons

I struggle a bit with the filtering but will see if I can practice more. Otherwise, good. I would just like to understand it better going forward. Will go to help to learn more.
