Usability of web version is lower than Outlook's plugin, but Outlook plugin limits usage inside Outlook.

Pros

I was given a 30 day trial to really test it out. I like how easy it works with Outlook.

Cons

Desktop vs online features are different, however I believe changes are i the pipeline

I only use it partly to keep track of projects because I'm not a sales rep. For this purpose it suits. I'm sure it has more features that I don't use though.

Pros

It provides an overall overview of orders, it does not need any special app (is included in Outlook)

Cons

It is a bit user unfriendly when you need to open some item - it is necesary to click on correct field in the row.

Implementation of eWay-CRM was the right choice for our company. It made order in all active and possible projects, internal projects included. Everyone in company uses it daily.

Pros

\- User friendly enviroment - Everything about company projects is placed on one place and accessible for anyone who has rights - Nice and helpfull customer support

Cons

\- For correct work you need to set rights for every user, kategory (group of users) without mistake (its not that hard and then it works nice) - none

Lately I do not use the eaway so much because I am not in such big contact with customers. But my colelagues using it and I think they are happy with this app.

Pros

Easy to uderstand the environment of the program. Also I realy like an integration into the Microsoft Outlook.

Cons

Sometimes it takes a longer time to start the MS Outlook together with Eway. But I get to used to it.

Mid level user not had much more than 25% use of the platform and modules but the Company, Contact and Deals modules are very nice.

Pros

Outlook desktop integration and outlook android Technical support

Cons

lots of updates and at times have to stop work and exit the platform to ensure I don't loose synchronisation

generally better at the start of the contract, jiri was excellent and very helpful. the support team is also very helpful, however not very flexible when it comes to the charges for things in the system i/e mistakes etc. i understand that there are busienss costs etc, however if thats the case that peopel can make mistakes, it should also be the case that the systme should allow a user to rectify those mistakes i/e restoring a deleted field.

Pros

easy to use system as long as you dont make any mistakes.

Cons

accidentally removed a field from the system and to have it restored would cost us a support fee..

It's relatively slow, you have to use multiple filters to figure out an information you are looking for... it's not very intuitive and user friendly. if you're an IT person, you probably manage, but we're not...

Pros

Possibility to collect variety of data about the client, including invoices and recent activity.

Cons

It's not compatible with Mac, I have to turn on my old PC to access an invoice :(

I am really happy with it, especially since it’s all in Outlook. It’s easy to use, makes saving and assigning emails to projects simple, and I recommend trying it.

Pros

It was easy to use, integrates well with Outlook, and lets me track data from my emails in the CRM.

Cons

It makes Outlook slow at the start and sometimes has issues working with it.

mostly very good, the customer service is good but a little slow. Usually the questions i have cannot be answered by the AI bot so i have to email or call. They are usually very helpful once you get an answer though

Pros

I found it very easy to start using as a user ( I only started a few months ago). The set up and interface is very clear and self explanatory

Cons

I have to switch between new and old outlook when i wanted to make changes to the system as an administrator which was annoying and time consuming

That it integrates with Outlook very easy. I am looking forward to seeing what this CRM will do.

Cons

I have not learned how or if this will allow you do send multiple personalized emails from the task list yet, to hit multiple people on follow ups with one email.
