Great user experience.

Pros

eWay-CRM is absolutely the best Outlook CRM that help us to manage all our customers information like emails and notes in one place this helps us to save time and be more efficient and effective in all our projects because all communication anybody can read and make smart decisions. It's a great tool because it integrates with emails, calendar, tasks and contacts. It's easy to use this tool as it has a very intuitive and user-friendly UI and it works like Outlook making more easy to use and understand. When it comes to projects management it keeps them under control.

Cons

My team have been more productive and effective. Boost our sales and automate all our business services to save time and cost.

The smooth interface with Microsoft outlook, which is our primary tool, is crucial. We do not require logging into and using a different systems. Overall happy with eWay- CRM tool.

Pros

information on the status of projects is simple, to handle and is constantly available in outlook. workflow and methods for integrating eway with other systems have been carefully considered.

Cons

Sometime issue related java scripting, and restart the outlook. The most recent version interfered with one of my outlook plug ins, causing it to stop working.

Overall, we're pleased with the experience from both a user and customer service perspective although of late the latter may have dropped a bit. The fact that the product is being continually improved upon shows that the vendors are focused, vested and attentive.

Pros

It's not just that eWay-CRM sits on top of MS Outlook, there are many other add-ins that do that; its that it's been designed to work 'within' Outlook the way that most Outlook users 'think' and work that makes it so appealing for professionals of a certain age who grow up using Outlook 2007, 2008, 2010, 2013 and 2016. It feels like 'home', renovated without spoiling the original 'wood floors and period features.

Cons

The lack of ability to provide its models and menus with alternative display names/headings is disappointing. The default names of "Deals" and "Projects" don't lend themselves well to certain categories of work or geographical preferences. For instance, we would prefer to use "Enquiries" instead of "Deals", and "Cases" instead of "Projects" in some circumstances.

Reason for choosing eWay-CRM

We chose eWay-CRM because it works the way we do on MS Outlook and because it works with multiple email accounts per user, even virtual and shared email accounts. It's a great way to collaborate with outside partners too, in a GDPR compliant way.

System is in MS Outlook and you don't need another program. Very comfortable.

Import backup data. Backup duplicate issue. Otherwise relatively problem-free.

Very impressed. It gets the main issues of sales. Most of us have many active opportunities and tasks but we can't remember everything. Eway helps me track it, reminds me, then leaves me with a straightforward record of the whole process for reference.

Pros

Integration with Outlook for tracking emails with opportunities, and for managing tasks.

Cons

Some missing features are only available in Enterprise version. Like the ability to make a contact private to a particular user. I'm the MD so I have email comms that I don't want to be public but I have no easy way to do that unless I get the enterprise version.

My experience from first engagement with my sales contact, Tzanko, through to implementation and support has been first class. I couldn't have aksed for more.

Pros

Having your CRM embedded inside Outlook removes a lot of unnecessary steps compared to other solutions. With eWay it is easy to switch between contacts, companies and deals but you can also open seperate windows for each module and have everything running side by side. I have found the speed very impressive and searching for information is rapid and easy. I also really like the way the task management system works as it allows me to keep on top of my day. Converting inbound or outbound emails into journal entries and tasks is very easy and makes sure your records are accurate.

Cons

So far I haven't found any negative points with eWay

eway-CRM helps us to manage all our customers information. We are able to manage and share all our customers and clients data. Track correspondences. It also enables us to track sales. Attach emails, notes and documents. Plan follow-ups tasks. Workflows helps to automate sales pipeline.Track project finances and prevent protentional problems.When it comes to email marketing its used for sending bulk emails, collecting feedback and generating leads. Overall its a great all-in-one Outlook CRM.

Cons

No dislike at all. Everything is going on well. The support has been very phenomenal and so proactive.

My overall experience is pretty good. It has wide range of feature that let me to handle my customer conveniently and efficiently. It also has integration with other applications such as Microsoft outlook. overall management work gets very easy with this platform.

Pros

There are couple of things that I like the most about this application, First It is easy to use through I can manage any customer and sales related to it. Second it is customizable, I can customize it as per my need and requirements. It has wide range of customer service.

Cons

Sometimes I encounter with technical issues which is not good when I was working with this application.

No there were no alternative I choose, as it has a free version, I tried it and never looked back for another product for CRM.

Great for keeping notes and tracking information for customers and prospects, grouping user in categories, and attaching users to companies

Pros

Great ease of use and fantastic integration with Outlook, which is one the most important features for me. In fact change from another CRM for this very reason (the other CRM's integration with Outlook was always breaking on new updates).

Cons

Very few cons - one improvement, although not a big deal for me, would be if software would load quicker on startup. Once started its great.

Love it! It fits the way I work perfectly. In my opinion, best CRM available.

Pros

I have tried dozens of project management, task management, CRM programs over the last 10-15 years and I have always given up on them after a few weeks or months. I am approaching a year and I am using eWay more than ever. eWay is the absolute best CRM I have ever used. It fits my needs beautifully. The fact that it is embedded in Outlook and seamlessly works with Word and Excel docs is a feature not seen in many, if any other application. It is easy to use, easy to customize, and support is awesome. Quite simply, I can't imagine not having eWay as a part of my day-to-day life.

Cons

There are some minor tweaks I would make, bit most of those are personal preference related. I would like to see some of the features, like task or projects, have the ability to be displayed in different views, like Kanban or Gantt.

Using the software for more that 6 years, with growing number of users and still happy with the product.

Pros

Most important is the seamless integration with MS Outlook, which is our main tool. We don't need another system to log in and to work with. It helps with integration and motivates users to work with the CRM system without troubles and helps keeping all the data and proceses tidy and up-to-date.

Cons

Sales statistics could be better. We use our own system.

### "Meets Nearly Every Of My Fussy Needs"

Pleased, as described above.

Pros

My business size and complexity outgrew my (educated database amateur's) ability to script a CRM myself. But having been used to the 100% flexibility of writing my own, I've gotten very particular - the system must be intuitive for me specifically, self-hosted without needing a server - and especially not browser-based (a big one), quick, and flexible. The eWay system meets all of these needs.

Cons

Two things. I'd prefer to pay a lump sum and be done with something, I like ownership. Unfortunately the entire world is moving against ownership and to subscription models. I can see where it's good business, and so it is what it is and eWay is excellent enough in use that I was willing to not pay once and own. --------- The other minor issue I have is one that other people might not mind - I wish that I could have a desktop icon for it, and open it in its own toolbar window stack that does not blend with the Outlook window stack. I get around this concern by opening an instance of Outlook on my second monitor, and adjusting my monitor settings to toolbar-stack windows per monitor. I hope they can do accomodate this some day <hint, hint>, but again, the otherwise overwhelming quality of the product overshadows this.

It is pretty user friendly, but what i love is the customer support. Any issue or question I have had was answered fairly quickly. Their team is patient and explains things in a way I can understand

the Outlook integration means I can use CRM wherever I have email access

had previous issues with duplicates when importing contact info. Our company list changes frequently and I am not aware of a solid solution to update my contacts

We use it to keep track of or customer interactions. Improves customer relationships.

Pros

It works... all the time. Sounds like a basic, but contact software can often be flakey. This platform is very stable. Other positives, very easy to learn, runs fast, doesn't take a lot of key strokes to do most tasks. Also, they are always updating it.

Cons

There are no major outages on how we use it. Small things. Stronger custom reporting. I wish the Journal calendars were better integrated.

It did what we needed at a reasonable cost. It was fast and easy to use.

I use the database, contacts, reporting and create involves, which I really appreciate.

Pros

For me is Eway the best accounting system for creating invoices. It is logical, quick and pretty easy to use.I worked with the system Money-S and with the czech system Pohoda, and Eway is the best! Thanks.

Cons

Sometimes when I work in a database with files saved in Word and Excel format, it is very hard to find it. Because it is so variable, one must keep an eye on the settings of the ancestor items, and that is the hard part of it.
