Pros

We use in our company eWay-CRM on daily basis to track projects internally. As the main benefit we feel, is the flexibility of the eWay-CRM with many possibilities to add or improve features or functionalities, that are beneficial for us. Expecially the implementation of the data exchange between eWay and MS-Excel is key add-on feature for us. Also the eWay APP is very helpfull

Cons

I would preffer to have more integration also with Apple HW, ideally to have full supported Apple products.

Pros

You can effortlessly follow your clients, forecast your sales, manage your projects, and conduct profitable email marketing campaigns using eWay-CRM. Its user-friendly layout and adjustable options make it one of the top CRM systems available.

Cons

Sometimes it gets automatically closed due its bug issue. I really hope if they could fix this problem quickly.

Our experience with eWay has been mostly positive so far. We decided to manage the business and orders through eWay and we are satisfied so far.

Pros

If you work with MS outlook, you don't need to learn much, you can start right away. The combination of eway with MS outlook is brilliant. The system can be created according to your needs.

Cons

I don't have a significant negative experience. Sometimes it is necessary to update the system, it takes a few minutes. We wanted to update the billing module. It was only possible for a fee. The transfer of e.g. meeting minutes to pdf or doc does not work correctly.

Great product for decent money, their support is fact and efficient.

Pros

It is built-in Outlook so no "extra software" is required. The company account management has also been done very well. The way of exporting important data to .xls is very easy and intuitive.

Cons

Sometimes the way how this CRM can be customized (in detail) becomes an obstacle rather than a benefit due to many many different fields but it has certainly improved a lot over the years.

So far everything is nice, it has many more features than basic CRM that everyone is offering as well as the customer support is very nice!

Pros

Customization of filled forms and ability to make form fields as needed.

Cons

There are some areas where it could be more flexible, for example some fields like type are build in. Other thing is that you cannot add "days left" field for deals or projects, but just for tasks.

Reason for choosing eWay-CRM

First and the most important, eWay CRM lets you work in outlook and use several outgoing mail adresses. Many CRM\`s lets you use only one outgoing mailbox, that really limits usage. Other products are very limited in customization part as well. Microsoft for example gives such flexibility but in the end it costs much more.

Overall experience is good. It's faster than Salesforce, easy to deploy and customize it (extensive info at their support site) and most important integration with MS Outlook.

Pros

That it is integrated with MS Outlook. About 90% of leads come via email, thus easy conversion of email to a deal is crucial for us and saves a lot of time.

Cons

Until e-Way support staff did not show that e-Way could be opened in a separate window, the e-Way software was a bit slow.

I am only 2 weeks into my trial and purchased today. eWay has given me everything I was looking for that Nutshell and Salesforce did not provide and much more.

Pros

I love not having to leave MS Outlook to manage my CRM. Integration is seamless and works perfectly.

Cons

I have not had enough time in the system to find any "least" liked features or functions. So far it is everything I have always wanted but did not know existed.

I hate when Outlook freezes. Nonetheless everything else is outstanding.
