eWay is pleasant to work with, has many options. Almost everything was adapted to our requirements. I am very satisfied with the support.

Pros

Working in projects and workflow. Actions associated with transitions between workflow states make my work easier. And certainly the ability to work in the web interface.

Cons

I wouldn't say I don't like it, but the least convenient thing is that the document templates cannot be edited by the user. I saw that they are working on it.

It's the first time ever that I heard positive things about a CRM system from my technical team members. That is HIGH praise.

Pros

Because eWay is embedded in Outlook, it never gets in your way. You can use it right out of the box and then gradually customize to fit your needs.

Cons

The custom workflows are not easy to set up, while on the other hand, we are cautious not to automate too many steps, since one needs to stay in touch with your data.

Perfect overview of project progress, ability to continuously clean up colleagues' messages, overview of emails and documents under one opportunity number.

Cons

I have no comments, it's perfect. It took me several weeks to learn how to work in e-way. Quite similar to Excel, if a person knows the basics of Excel, they will quickly find their way around e-way..

linking individual data and searching for them together, filtering allowing you to find the desired result very precisely

Cons

searching in files and the need for precise diacritics when entering, unintuitive control of individual pop-up windows

I do like least not intuitive creation of new projects and also any other related activities. I also find e-mail management not working as I would expect.

I have been working with this system for about a year, it took me a while to understand it at first. I have to admit that I like the fact that I have an overview of individual projects. This is more of a system that larger companies will use than small companies.

Pros

I have an overview of individual projects and the connection of eway with other software, such as Outlook. I also like the option to choose between a desktop or online. I like that I can filter individual items.

Cons

I shouldn't be getting so many notifications in my email inbox, but I understand that this is how the system is set up for the customer and it reports every change that happens to the user who is linked to the item.

Super simple to set up, super intuitive design, love that it looks for leads within your own in box, keeps everything organized and is a single source of truth.

Pros

It is so incredibly easy to use because of its deep connection with outlook. No more missing contacts or loading to a separate system. Great value for the money and perfect for any small business.

Cons

Nothing. I have tested everything and cannot find one issue. Other CRMS are too clunky, have too much. This is easy breezy.

We have been using the system for about a year within our sales team and are gradually adapting it to our needs with technical support. But it is already making our work much easier.

Pros

Integration with MS Outlook, clarity, and easy management. All of this optimizes our internal and external processes and communication within the sales team with minimal effort. As a result, everyone on the team has embraced it and uses it naturally.

Cons

I imagine greater flexibility of the system. But that stems from our approach before the introduction of CRM. For optimal configuration of modules and, above all, their relationships, programming of eWay technical support is necessary.

Connection with MS Outlook. Intuitive control. Value for money. Team collaboration options - the ability to monitor the team's work and respond immediately.

Cons

At the beginning, Outlook froze for a moment while saving the message to eWay-CRM, but this was resolved after consulting with the technicians and it is now working properly.

Pros

that I can filter what I need to do, quickly search for things, write down notes to individual customers.

When I enter a new customer and then want to check whether I have already saved them, it does not show me, and then I have to close the eway-CRM and open it again to see new customer

I do not use so much because we have turned into simple business with less project plannig. So now we need just email tracking instead of deal tracking.

Pros

One roof, many functions under the roof. Integration to Outlook. All variuous sheets under the project.

Cons

if the workres do not fill the system - the proces is not must be. Task apps or ticketing systems are copeting strongly.

We have been using eWay-CRM for many years already. I like the tool mainly for the people behind the product. They are always willing to help you fast and efficiently.

Pros

Customer support is always invaluable and quick. The tool is versatile and can be easily modified to suit your needs, although it has certain limitations. Simple logic can be used to associate emails with records in CRM. eWay-CRM is still developing and bringing new features to support us in our work.

Cons

There are many pros to the new user interface design. Still, one significant con is that it is not possible to view tabs alongside main project/deal information on the first page, which is not particularly helpful for quick orientation when working with multiple deals or projects during the day.

Neutral or slightly negative. The daily use is IMHO not very convenient, it loads slowly and blocks normal use of Outlook. The menu doesn't include all the modules, so in order to go to Journal, I need to open the whole hub.

Pros

Adding an extra level of overview and structure to the conversations. Potentially a way to have one-stop overview for all communications.

Cons

Adding extra level of complexity, PC requrements, time to process, time to load. It does not provide any extra value to my work, only requires extra attention and work. But to be fair, a big part of the problem comes with sh\*tty Outlook, which fails to do the basic part - working with e-mails.

Options between old and new version. I like the new one but some people do not and then when we try to find something together it is complicated.

Good, I am happy with it over all, also the support is quite nice and it is not a problem to discuss some changes

Ease of use (the management of opportunities) and integration into the Outlook - option to transform the events into diary

Cons

Some details in compatibility when transforming the opportunity to project - for example the category; Also the mobile app is not matching in the user - friendliness and it is not usable for me, even though I would use it

Overall, it works well as a shared contact directory and knowledge base for our team. The main limitation for us is the mobile/phone integration: we’d like contacts to sync to the phone more naturally and to have caller ID display based on CRM records. Aside from that, it’s a dependable tool for maintaining shared contact information and context.

Pros

Centralized contact database that is shared across all users. Easy to store and find notes, history, and key information linked to contacts. Helps keep team communication consistent (everyone sees the same context).

Cons

Contact syncing/moving contacts to a phone is limited (not a seamless “phone contacts” experience). Caller identification is missing/limited — it doesn’t reliably show who is calling based on CRM contacts.

It is good for project tracking, security and tracking sales and follow-ups. When trained to use it effectively you can enjoy the experience.

Pros

It links up with my e-mails make it easy to track project input from different sources. The user interface is user friendly once you start using it.

Cons

When tasks that are not related to a project are automatically linked to a project. When eway fails to sync with your e-mails or project you can work off line and your updates are not updated with other collegues.

Cons

Previously, mainly synchronization issues. Strange rights settings in the user interface. Time-consuming uploading of files to individual projects; Outlook cannot be used while uploading.
