Works well if you are connected to a good stable internet, not too great if you are on the road and using slower Wifi speeds.

Pros

Easy to keep emails relating to a project together. Helps to manage the workflow and see where each project is in the workflow at a glance.

Cons

Sometimes a bit slow and requires very stable internet to work well and takes time to sync between users some time.

I use eWay every day. Since we have a lot of orders, it keeps me informed about their status. Handing over the order between colleagues who are handling specific parts of the order.

Pros

Create forms as needed, supplement them with others. Variability, connection with MS office applications and the possibility of storing other files and information about the order.

Cons

Maybe just problems with updates and if I have my computer on continuously for a week, I either have to log in again or restart outlook.

Overall, it works well as a shared contact directory and knowledge base for our team. The main limitation for us is the mobile/phone integration: we’d like contacts to sync to the phone more naturally and to have caller ID display based on CRM records. Aside from that, it’s a dependable tool for maintaining shared contact information and context.

Pros

Centralized contact database that is shared across all users. Easy to store and find notes, history, and key information linked to contacts. Helps keep team communication consistent (everyone sees the same context).

Cons

Contact syncing/moving contacts to a phone is limited (not a seamless “phone contacts” experience). Caller identification is missing/limited — it doesn’t reliably show who is calling based on CRM contacts.

We are satisfied with eWay. We don't use all the modules, but I can imagine that if a company used everything connected, offers, orders, marketing, accounting, it would be a good way to manage everything in one place. Super practical.

Pros

We chose eWay because it's built into Outlook, it's really handy. You can easily match emails to opportunities and save them. You can easily see what stage of the negotiation you're at. It is good for mailing campaigns.

Cons

Maybe it would be good to have more possibilities in creating mailing. The templates are very strict and some elements cannot be removed from them. More options for text alignment, slightly better editing.

It is good for project tracking, security and tracking sales and follow-ups. When trained to use it effectively you can enjoy the experience.

Pros

It links up with my e-mails make it easy to track project input from different sources. The user interface is user friendly once you start using it.

Cons

When tasks that are not related to a project are automatically linked to a project. When eway fails to sync with your e-mails or project you can work off line and your updates are not updated with other collegues.

I´m satisfied. I also have experience with CRM Salesforce. eWay is more user-friendly and faster. It has everything I need to manage business cases.

Pros

There is a very simple, logical, and fast interface. It is important for daily use with software. I like it.

Cons

There is a few con, the new skin of the software - nice graphics but there is less space for information. But there is option to stay in "old" interface.

It does what its supposed to do. I use it on everyday basis just as a user, so there si not much I get in contact with.

Pros

Integration with Outlook, lot of options, simple layout a good speed. I like that there is also a web version.

Cons

The new visual design is not the best and we are keeping the old one. Also the way it handles leads and opportunities is not as straightforward as in other crm systems.

Once you've customized it to your needs, it becomes a powerful tool that every business needs. The eway team is very helpful, responsive, and experts in their field. A CRM is a must.

Pros

Integration to MS World. It does not require an extra step. It is always on. The web version is very good too and will be the future going forward.

Cons

Confusing at the beginning. It needs a lot of customisation to tailor your needs. But it can represent any market situation and sales cycle.

I was planning to try replacing the CRM, but the integration within Outlook is such an added value that I couldn't find a simpler, faster solution.

Pros

The biggest advantage of this CRM solution is the integration with MS Outlook. Outlook is my basic tool and thanks to eWay CRM I have client contacts in one place, I can create a time sheet from the diary immediately after completing the work.

Cons

Random technical errors, for example when my invoice doesn't get sent correctly. But support always resolves it.

eWay-CRM has helped us centralize our communication and project tracking in a way that fits naturally into our existing workflow. The learning curve for new users is minimal thanks to the familiar Outlook interface. We’re not a large team, so having everything accessible from one place without the need for complex setup or switching between tools is a real time saver.

Pros

The seamless Outlook integration is probably the biggest advantage. It works like a natural extension of Outlook, not like a separate tool. Email tracking, linking items (contacts, tasks, projects), and the ability to set follow-ups directly from emails are all very useful in our daily workflow. Custom fields and filters are also a plus.

Cons

Some settings and administrative options are a bit hidden or unintuitive. Reporting is limited unless you export to Excel or use Power BI. The mobile app is functional but not as polished or feature-rich as the desktop version.

Pros

The way of working with tasks. It's our internal standard. I would probably also improve the process steps within individual projects.

Cons

filtering, but that's just my problem that I forget to turn off the last filter :-). And also system quick response.

They're not that big, I'm not used to them yet, and so far they've been slowing me down at work.....

The ability to store all necessary project documentation in one place. Possibility of linking between projects.

Cons

The ability to store all necessary project documentation in one place. - This can be a disadvantage if the program is not sufficiently secure. Furthermore, it is not possible to add more people who are leading the project, and last but not least, PDF documents cannot be downloaded to a PC. BTW: Poorly designed questionnaire. Questions are not direct and lack context for further work with the data. And since we are in the Czech Republic, why can't this questionnaire be answered in Czech?

I like the user-friendliness of eWay, the possibility of own configuration, and the project overview.

Cons

Integration with Outlook could be better. It is needed every 30 days to allow eway in Outlook. Also, it makes Outlook slower.

The system is really easy to understand, even for someone who’s not super technical. Everything is laid out clearly and works as expected.

Together with tools like SW POHODA and other instruments, it creates a comprehensive framework that helps me effectively manage the entire order lifecycle.

Pros

What I like most about eWay-CRM. It's definitely its deep integration with Microsoft Outlook. Thanks to this, I can manage all my clients, projects, and business cases right where I'm used to working. For me, it means a huge simplification of my work – no more endless switching between applications, and all my data is nicely organized in one place. It's simply brilliant!

Cons

Honestly, I haven't run into any significant issues with eWay-CRM. The system has worked reliably for me and has met all my expectations.

Customizability, many possible views, shared and connected entries throughout all the possible databases.

Cons

Inner performance and performance inpact on outlook is bad. Also, after so many months of usage, it still feels really overwhelming, it would be nice to be able to disable / hide some features and buttons

I am satisfied, we use it for almost 10 years. Mobile app is great for quick checking before a business meeting.

Pros

User friendly It is easy to connect e-mails to project Mobile app - I use it a lot for calling, thanks to it it is not necessary to have all my contacts in my smartphone.

Cons

As like other systems, it is as good as its data... duplications are our problem. Maybe some warning that there is already similar contact would be useful.
