Our overall satisfaction is high. We can clearly track the workload of orders and their profitability. We have an overview of contacts and the status of work on individual projects. Compared to other CRM systems, we can highly recommend EWAY CRM.

Pros

The system is similar not only in appearance but also in its functionalities to Outlook.

Cons

The connection with Outlook occasionally drops. After EWAY updates, database synchronization errors appear, which then need to be resolved with the IT department. User-unfriendly linking of incoming emails to individual projects.

My experience with eWay-CRM has been smooth overall. It’s intuitive and helps keep everything organized, but the recurring login pop-ups can be annoying.

Pros

I like that eWay-CRM works directly inside Outlook, so I don’t need to jump between apps. It keeps all my tasks, contacts, and emails in one place.

Cons

Sometimes the login screen keeps popping up, which interrupts my work and makes me lose focus.

eWay-CRM has definitely helped streamline our workflow. The mobile app is convenient, though I wish there was a more seamless integration with Power BI.

Pros

The AI tools for creating contacts and tasks are super helpful. They reduce manual work and make everything faster and smoother.

Cons

It can be confusing when users are in multiple groups with different permissions, it’s not always clear who can see what.

Positive so far. We need to develop the system further, but to date, recording key customer information has improved greatly, we are just starting to take advantage of the email campaign options.

Pros

Package is still fairly new to us and we have more to learn and integrate, but so far we find using the system easy to navigate and helpful in organising key customer interaction, such as quotations, and emailing.

Cons

Templates for quotations and sample requests are good, but they are a little too complex and take too long to complete

The collaboration with Outlook is great. Simplicity, intuitiveness, possibilities to adjust the system according to your own needs.

Cons

In each version of eWay, you can only do certain steps - the online version is clearer, but you cannot, for example, save emails directly in it.

It's been okay, I use it on a day to day basis. Long response times can be frustrating sometimes, but overall good experience

Pros

Interconnectivity with outlook, calendar etc. Easy to navigate, easy to understand. Connected to Pohoda SW, also easy.

Cons

Significantly slows down PC at startup, sometimes also during work, respond times can be long, sometimes freezes completely.

I like how eWay-CRM helps us manage projects and customer data easily. Still, some confusing aspects like the integration with Outlook and permission settings, need attention.

Pros

I store all customer info, meeting notes and tasks in one place, so nothing gets lost and everyone stays on the same page.

Cons

The design isn’t always consistent across desktop and mobile which makes switching devices harder.

I am using eWay every day in my office. I write there all my bussiness activities during a day. And on the end I can see all my productivity separatly for each client. With this summary I can make invoicing. I am satisfied.

Pros

monthly/daily/weekly summary of my productivity. Review by each client. I can everytime go back and complete my report.

Cons

It doesn´t work at home, on another PC. I tried it to install by your instruction, but it doesn´t work.

Sometimes, fortunately, e-way is my last chance to find the information I need from 5 or more years ago.

Pros

I like the automatic saving of all email communications about the project with the customer, which are clearly sorted by date and time.

Cons

After starting Eway, my computer freezes for about 2 minutes and doesn't respond to anything. Sometimes eWay ends up in blocked programs.

Pros

simple operation, simply access good support and help desk alway available to help with every probles and my neeeds.

Cons

I have no negative experience. Everything I did in eWay worked perfectly and without lags. I can't fault anything

I´m using eWay on daily basis for maintaing clients database, making and managing business cases incl. orders making (definitive outputs in word, pdf). Making notes and messages to colleagues.

Pros

Main advantage I see in simplicity of software. Other is implementatio to outlook software. And third main advantage is connection between every part of software.

Cons

With standard rights I can´t edit word outputs of documents (or I can´t to find how). Currently I have to edit after import to word. Every document.

E-way CRM is easy to use, and easy to filter out what information you require

Cons

E-way CRM slows down a lot of my other applications on my laptop. Additionally, sometimes Microsoft disables the add in if there has been any conflicting issues

Pros

Easy and intuitive work environment. All necessary information about project on one place. Really appreciate export data to excel file.

Cons

No problem with eWay. We try to use it efficiently. eWay is supplement of outlook sometimes problem after actualization of outlook.

We were looking for a simple CRM for recording business opportunities. We tried many trial versions from other vendors and finally we chose e-Way because we like its integration into MS Outlook. No need to teach the team new software, they know and use outlook daily. And that was the biggest advantage. e-Way is simple and user-friendly. And that's why colleagues use it.

Pros

Its simplicity and integrity with MS outlook.

Cons

Version for MAC is limited compared to Windows version

User friendly, lot of options at hand for example pulling reports

Pros

It is possible to trace an enquiry logged and see all relevant documents on one enquiry

Cons

Fact that things duplicate themselves likes e-mails and documents in task but also placed on deal or contact while you can not create a second and so forth deal for the same client with the same e-mail address, you must delete e-mail address and add into notes

A huge advantage of eWay-CRM is being able to simply sync with Outlook, thus, chums can easily get into the system. User-friendly tools and the automation process save time and money. However, the plug-in panel issue can turn away the participants.

Pros

eWay-CRM is a friendly, flexible and sprint function. It is not additional apps that are required and instead gives impressive features like request tracking and video training which make it a reliable solution for working professionals.

Cons

This machine is mostly good but the mobile app needs more features and sometimes, small bugs appear. To make it more intuitive, a color-coded status feature could be included.

As all CRM systems its something new but highly user friendly and great for customization. Being an Admin/Supervisor is convinient, most settings/setups are done graphically.

Pros

\* API documentation \* Great feedback and customer support \* Constantly updating user interface and web app

Cons

The only thing, that bugged me was the outlook interface and the need to have database data on client side, but that was replaced by web interface, which does not have this problem. Outlook version is still more robust and web one is missing a few components, that will be added in the future I firmly believe.

eWay-CRM has made managing projects and customer data much easier. It integrates well with Outlook, though I wish the online version worked better with the new Outlook.

Pros

It automatically links emails to deals and projects, which saves me time and helps keep everything well organized without extra effort.

Cons

There is no direct integration with Power BI, so making custom reports takes more steps than it should.
